The Manor Farmhouse at Fingals is a luxury holiday home in Devon. A lovely big, comfy old farmhouse with loads of space surrounded by a mature garden, perfect for family and friends holidays.

Fingals is a different type of accommodation and may not be up to everyone's taste. The accommodation is slightly tired especially the bathrooms, pool area and gym but the beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. The gardens and tennis court are fantastic. The premises are full of unusual art, statues and decor and there are book/games and suggestions for walks and activities. Sheila and Richard are very helpful and attentive. We went for lovely local runs and walks, played pool, swam in the pool, played tennis and visited Ditttisham (book a table at the Anchorstone Cafe) and Dartmouth. You can get a ferry from Dittisham to Dartmouth which is very pretty.

We had five days and nights staying in the Manorhouse and it was excellent in every way. Richard and Sheila could not have been more helpful when we needed them and the property (for 12 of us) is extremely well-equipped and laid out. We would love to return. The organisation is unobtrusive and shows how experienced and thoughtful these hosts are.

Lovely location if you want to be away from the world but 15 mins away from shops.
Great walks and the fingals has all types.of games and books for all to enjoy.
Only disappointment was the self serve bar closed as the family were excited about that but other than that and being a little cold the place offers everything and the hosts are great.

We loved our stay at Fingals and would be delighted to return sometime. The pool and sauna were a huge bonus.
