Woodlands is a modern, spacious detached holiday home, offering 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 fold up Zed beds, 3 of which have en-suite facilities, set in beautiful, extensive private gardens, comprising of a formal lawned garden with patio and very large sun deck ( with outside seating and loungers) leading to a wooded area perfect for children and dogs to explore, as is securely fenced all around. Woodlands is located just a 5 minute drive from the world famous Watergate Bay, 5 minutes from the gorgeous Mawgan Porth and just 15 minutes from both Newquay and Padstow.

Had lots of spider mites and webs on the ground floor and balcony was filled with wet leaves .
It could have been cleaner.

We had a wonderful holiday, nice location, we think we may have been the 1st people in, there was a arrangement of cobwebs in many of the rooms, we found left over food by one of the couches in the games room, we also felt that work on the other deck should have been done, ie repair the fence panels, repair the decking and make that area safe, in general I would recommend this property, great location, enough space in the house for everyone one. I would go back again. Good parking

We stayed here for the last week of the summer holidays, the house is very large and we had ample room for the 10 of us, it’s also pet friendly but we decided not to take the dog in the end. The bedrooms are good sizes, as is the kitchen and conservatory. Outdoor areas were good with plenty of garden furniture as we sat outside most evenings and had the odd BBQ. Laundry room came in handy as we had to wash some clothes! The property has everything you need, hoover, ironing board, hairdryers etc
Location was across the road from the Newquay airport which is probably the quietest in Britain!! Apart from the odd jet and helicopter taking off(which the kids loved)you wouldn’t know it’s there! There’s a pub next door which was very friendly and we could watch the footy in! Again it was pretty quiet and you didn’t hear much noise.
All in all it was a great place to stay! If we go to Cornwall in that size group again we would definitely stay here!
