Very quiet and secluded holiday house. Adequate accommodation and sitting out area for up to 20 people. We never got tired of waking to beautiful sunrises across the fields to the River Dart in the distance. All amenities were provided and in good order. The family made very good use of the two hot tubs, which the owners kept perfectly clean. Plenty of parking near to the house.
