We recently stayed in Barn cottage on the Wooladon estate l can not recommend this place more highly . The luxurious cottage and its stunningly beautiful surroundings make it the most perfect retreat. We’ve stayed before and we will again.
Recently stayed with a group of 12 of us for a stag weekend in the countryside. The house was incredible value, everyone enjoyed their weekend. The surrounding area is lovely to explore and the house has more than enough space to accommodate a large group in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms excellent and the rooms fairly luxurious. A far cry from the usual "stag" weekends! The owners were in touch and responsive to any questions or messages we had. Wouldn't hesitate to book and stay again in the future.
What a beautiful peaceful place.set in wonderful countryside. We loved the barn conversion for its cleanliness and location.the cream tea left for us on the first night was fantastic. The surrounding land and trails were fantastic and i caught a few nice fish in the lovely carp lake. We will be returning again as it is such a fantastic place. Thanks to all the owners and staff for a lovely experience.
We stay here at least twice per year and absolutely love it. It is always so clean and all little details to make your stay more comfortable have been thought of. Kate the manager is so lovely and helpful. Can’t recommended Wooladon cottages enough. Such beautiful location and grounds.
We had a fabulous stay at Pheasant Barn . The barn was lovely and clean and warm and really delightful.The staff were exceptional and so friendly easy going and accommodating . The dogs loved it plenty of walks and really dog friendly and the farm shop was a real treat so nearby. All in all a great time was had we will return. Thanks once again.
The rookery was a little ‘tired’ mould in showers, felt damp until we put heating up. Welcome pack 2days late. Location lovely. £800.00 for 4 nights a bit steep considering we had to strip our own beds and put rubbish out.
