Very clean accommodation with all necessary kitchen equipment provided to enable you to cook if mot dining out. The hot tub was really appreciated by us all allowing us to relax and spend time together as a family. Being just a stroll from Strawberry Fields was a reason we chose the location and it was not a disappointment in any way... great breakfast and fab shop

We enjoyed a 5day stay on our way to the south coast of Cornwall, and we visited National Trust properties and coastal villages that were within easy reach of Wooladon Estate. Our cottage was private and not overlooked. A short walk took us to the Strawberry Fields Farm Shop and Restaurant, which provided us with some different menu choices whilst away on holiday.
We had a very comfortable stay in Pheasant Barn. Very well equipped and spacious. Beautiful location with woodland walks on your doorstep. Added bonus of an excellent farm shop and restaurant nearby. Would highly recommend.
Lovely property in a beautiful tranquil location but very easily accessible to main roads if you want to explore further. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed the freedom offered on the estate. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
The rookery was a little ‘tired’ mould in showers, felt damp until we put heating up. Welcome pack 2days late. Location lovely. £800.00 for 4 nights a bit steep considering we had to strip our own beds and put rubbish out.
