We had a fantastic stay at High Tide. It was a lovely house and the views from the living room were incredible (even in a foggy December). Ideally located for the whole of the New Forest.
You can see the attention to detail that's gone in to the property and would recommend it to everyone!

We spent a week at High Tide in November for a family get together. It is a beautiful house with lots of space and different areas to enjoy. The many windows provide wonderful light and bring the outside in. A short walk to the sea front and Milford Village about a mile away with some nice places to eat. New Forest Escapes provided excellent service, always responsive and proactive.

Lovely property in a superb location.
Everything you need for a relaxing stay is at hand.
Comfy beds and plenty of seating.
2 small observations could have done with a dressing table in bedrooms.
There is no window in the master bedroom for ventilation you have to open doors which isn’t great overnight.
That said one of the best properties we have stayed in.
We would certainly book again.

This property is truly wonderful. There are big windows and mirrors everywhere so it feels really light, gorgeous views across the sea, fab garden and folding doors that fully open, across both the balcony and the garden levels. Everything has been thought of.

Two things to note - there is a road to cross to get to the beach (not a big deal but not sure it comes through on the listing). Also the bathrooms/en suites are very small with the exception of the master bedroom. But these are minor compared to the rest of the amazingness of the property.

Such a great place to stay for our short break on the coast. The house is fabulous! Super clean, spacious, beautifully presented and just right for our family. Great views over the Solent to the Needles. Garden is a nice size to relax in when the weather is nice and so close to the beach and the New Forest. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our family of 5 stayed for a week in August and had a fantastic stay. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean with very comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a breathtaking upper floor living room and balcony where we spent many hours relaxing on the giant sofa, reading, playing board games as well as pool and air hockey. The house is perfectly located for morning/evening walks along the beach and coastal path and the kids enjoyed the nature reserve and rope swing that was practically on our doorstep. Lymington, Barton, Avon and Mudeford are only short drives away so it’s a great base to explore from. The lighthouse was a particular favourite place for a coffee and breakfast and dinner and the sunsets were spectacular! The communication from the New Forest Escapes team was very friendly, clear and timely also. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I must say we got everything we needed from this holiday and High Tide played a big part of that.
Great location, lovely property with plenty of light so you didn't feel closed in and the views were amazing especially on sunny days.
All in all, you just had space to breathe and within a few minutes you could be walking along the beach. All about creating memories!!

High Tide is an exceptional property that brings the outdoors inside and even in unpredictable weather gives you the joy of being at the seaside. Rooms are generous, well furnished and the kitchen has everything you'd ever need. The only regret I have is not booking a 2 week stay!

House is stunning, very strange to supply 100’s of glasses and luxury things you would never use but not a single baking tray?

Cooker you can only operate one oven, hob took a while to figure out and the cooker hood did not work at all - might have been us but no instructions at all and I am no slouch in the kitchen. Also dishwasher issues and had to message the NFE as totally stuck in ‘remote mode’ which again no instructions, NFE left a message which they never followed up just pointed me towards a number and did not deal properly and online Google told you to consult the missing instruction book. With top of the range items you need a simple instruction book

Thing that totally disappointed….. instructions in the kitchen to ask us to strip the beds and empty and take out the bins, this is a total cheek when you have paid over £1400 for 3 nights and then expected to chambermaid yourself. Add insult to that the cleaner turned up a day early for changeover and luckily we were just going out for the day and managed to challenge her and stop her going in, lovely way to treat your paying guests.

A great family home. Fittings and furniture are high quality. Pool table and air hockey a great hit with the grandchildren. The kitchen was great and equipped excellently. Our only negative comment would be the two smaller en-suites. The bedrooms were cool in the mornings and we could not seem to alter the temperature. However that being said it would not deter us from booking again sometime and we felt it would be great for a family Christmas.

As we opened the door you could instantly know it was an amazing property, very well presented extremely good quality finish and very comfortable furniture. The property was very clean and fully equipped to line in. You can very easily accommodate 6 people sleeping without any compromise.

Our family had the best week at Hide Tide. The owners have thought of everything with large sofa lounge upstairs overlooking the Needles and fabulous sunsets from the balcony. There is also a bar & mini kitchen plus games table upstairs. Downstairs has a huge kitchen with dining table & bi-folding doors onto a huge patio and beautiful garden with outside seating & table. All 3 bedrooms are beautifully decorated with en suite bathrooms ideal for 3 couples or large families. Perfect location with ample beaches and superb restaurants.

High Tide was the perfect place for us to celebrate the New Year. The house was beautiful and spacious, with stunning views of the Solent. We loved spending time in the top floor living area, it is a fabulous space to socialise. The house is also within easy walking distance to the beach and Milford village, which has some great shops, restaurants, and cafes. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, such as Lymington town, and the New Forest. We would highly recommend High Tide to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in the New Forest

We booked to stay at High Tide in Milford On Sea over the Christmas week .
We chose the property, because everything you need is on one floor, as we had my 92 year old Mother with us, who is not keen on stairs.
However, High Tide has an amazing view from its upstairs lounge, which we convinced my Mother to come up and see.
Well she was sold, and each day she managed the few stairs to the fantastic upstairs lounge.
The house had been decorated beautifully, with Christmas trees and lights, festive blankets and even festive T-towels.
We could not fault the property or the facilities at all.
We initially had a problem working out the heating, but this was our fault, as we were not familiar with a Hive thermostat.
But we soon had the house nice and warm for my aged Mum, who at her age obviously needs to be warm.
We would love the opportunity to return to High Tide again.

I would really recommend this house - excellent family space and nice views over the sea. Well located for exploring the new forest. The quality of the house is really good, and it was very clean and well presented. Customer service was also excellent with great communication.

We had an amazing stay at High Tide at the end of Aug 23. As a family of four including teenagers there was ample space for everyone. The views from the open space living area on the first floor were wonderful. Having the snug with another tv in was great too.

Everything was very new and clean and felt luxurious. The kitchen had everything you needed and was well equipped. The sofa in the living area was exceptionally comfortable.

The location of the house itself was great. An easy stroll into Milford - less than 20 minutes where there are many places to eat and drink. Also a longer but lovely walk across the cliff tops into Barton.

All in all - a fabulous place to stay.
