We all stayed here Christmas week with our son and daughter in law plus the three grand children plus three dogs ! .... Both main and the separate annex were finished to a high standard and were in very good condition and well heated, loved the beds plus the bath and shower rooms, all very modern and smart ....the huge annex was a godsend and allowed Mum, Dad plus us grandparents a little bit of space and privacy when needed .... Lots of local artworks adorn the wall in all rooms and this was a nice touch ... Very private location that overlooks the river estuary and we were surprised by how quite it was here, the silence at night I have not heard many times before anywhere in the world .... great local attractions including the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, the New Forest and it's horses and donkeys roaming wild brought a smile to all our faces .... Nearest pub, shops and the beach are a short drive away so a car is a must unless you prefer to walk or cycle and we will definitely return to this area again soon as so much more to see locally and in the surrounding areas ....M&G

The property was amazing. Loads of space and having 3 beds, 3 bathrooms works great for sharing. The beds were very comfortable and luxury having feather duvets. The sofas were quite low so not as accessible for the less mobile. The art work was a great addition, but a little concern with children around, glad we didn't bring the dog.
The kitchen was well stocked apart from tea towels, so make sure you take some, didn't always want to use dishwasher.
One addition would be to add a blind to to door on the annexe, showering and dressing slightly exposed (haha!)
Location was perfect for exploring the area, Exbury gardens wonderful. Views great from all around especially on balcony.
