A lovely spacious 3 bed bungalow with gorgeous views over the needles. This property was clearly a well loved family home before and that makes the place really special for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful family time away in this beautiful home which was very comfy and had everything we needed. It's location is brilliant if you love to see the sea! We loved being warm and snug while watching the rain and choppy sea. When the sun comes out there are fabulous views of the Isle of Wight. We were sad to leave and would love to come back in the summer.

Needless Point is the perfect place for the view out to sea, it may have been a touch wintry outside, but sat in the conservatory enjoying the sea view was lovely, all the rooms and the bed were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed for cheffing. Milford on sea is in walking distance with many independent shops, restaurants and takeaways, hope to return to Needles Point in 2024

We thought the accommodation was much bigger than the photos showed, a great place for the six of us to stay! Really well stocked with all you could need.
Location and views are amazing.

Fantastic location, with a relaxing view… a great spot with easy access straight onto the coastal walk.
Roomy, and quiet. I went with my two sisters and we all had our privacy, so pottered around very happily. We didn’t feel on top of each other . The conservatory is wonderful, spacious lounge, lovely bedrooms….
Our trip here in November was great value too….
It must be absolutely sensational in the summer- I can just imagine making full use of the terrace then
Would happily recommend x

This is the 5th house we rent with New Forest Escapes and they have all been wonderful. Highly recommend! The location is perfect, on the seafront and 10 minutes away from shops and cafes. We went for October half-term and even when it rained nonstop, we loved chilling in the house. We did a few lovely dog walks along the seafront, and had a good lunch at the Lighthouse which is 2 minutes away. It is kitted out with everything you could need. I'd love to go again during summer to make the most of the beach.

What a great find. The accommodation was very well equipped with comfy beds. Even the smallest room had a double bed for the bottom bunk, which was ideal for our Mum who is 90 years of age. The view from the conservatory was excellent, looking across the Solent to the Isle of White. The stairs up to the accommodation are steep but my brother in law who recently suffered a stroke still managed them, and once up the stairs all the rooms are on the same level. The village of Milford on Sea has plenty of places to eat and Mr Pinks fish & chips were very excellent. The weather was wet and wind some of the time (in fact hurricane force) but there are lots of games available in the house to use. The only point to note, although not a criticism, the code for the garden gate on to the sea path did not work. The code is shown as different numbers in two places in the paperwork but neither worked. We would definitely recommend the accommodation. We had a great stay.

We were here for a week of the windiest weather mixed with intermittent & sometime torrential rain, but the location didn’t dampen the holiday. The views are amazing and sitting in the conservatory come rain or shine watching the sea kept moods high. Perfectly located to get out and about too. On your doorstep within walking distance is everything you could need, from bakeries to eating out and easy driving to everywhere including Poole & the New Forest. Hurst castle is a nice walk from the doorstep and The Lighthouse is a lovely place to eat a mere 10min walk. Inside the accommodation is spacious with a lovely dining room with lovely views again. Lots of books and games available too. Showers great and strong and beds very comfortable- definitely recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable property with breathtaking views over the sea and the Isle of Wight and Needles. It was a joy to sit and relax in the sunroom and dine on the sunny terrace. Remarkable attention has been given to every detail in the house to make your stay pleasurable and relaxing. All the bedrooms, two shower rooms, and sitting room are furnished to a very high standard with attractive artwork gracing the walls. The kitchen is well equipped with an excellent cooker and superb washing facilities. We enjoyed several wonderful coastal walks in both directions from the property, and to the Milford shops only a few minutes away.

Fabulous stay, four adults a baby and two dogs.
The best location. Very spacious.

We have just returned from our stay at Needles point and we can’t tell you how much we loved it. From booking it with the lovely ladies at NF Escapes to arriving to milk and some goodies everything was perfect. The cottage couldn’t have been a better location for us. Right on the beach, my kids enjoyed bike rides along to The Lighthouse for breakfasts. The cottage was warm and clean and we had everything we needed to make a Christmas lunch. We will definitely return next year!

The house was in a great location and the views were amazing. We could just walk out the front door, out of the front garden gate and we were right by the sea.

It rained heavily most of the time of our stay and, while we were disappointed we could not explore the area as much as we might have liked, we could not have stayed in a better place: spacious, comfortable and very relaxing, and still enjoying amazing views!

Needles Point is a wonderful location. The accommodation is lovely and it’s very comfortable. A 10 minute walk to Milford village where you will find everything you need including a couple of good pubs.

For us this has been our second visit this year.
It provides a comfortable total escape from our normal city based lives.
The property is unusually designed which adds to the attraction.
It has stunning views and of course is within easy walking distance of the village with its numerous restaurants and pubs.
We will be going back !!!

The location of Needles Point is fabulous, with sea views across to the Isle of White and the sound of waves crashing on the beach as you go to sleep. It’s a perfect holiday getaway for couples or friends. A great location, quiet and restful, extremely clean and comfortable, with everything you could need for lovely time away. Can’t wait to return next year!

The property is exactly as described by New Forest Escapes. Spacious, very comfortable and with everything that you need - if not the most modern in places, it has a homely and relaxing feel. The location is absolutely stunning and the property is perfectly positioned to take in the panoramic views of the sea. The area offers so much – numerous cafés, pubs and restaurants, walks on the seafront and in the New Forest, endless water sports, nature trails and lovely shops in Milford on Sea and nearby Lymington. We did not have time to see and do everything and will be back!
