Great place to stay with small children garden and main area very family friendly. The house is very well stocked. The garden perfect with furniture and a bbq.
The only downsize was the parking. Unless you have a small car it won’t fit into the driveway. Parking was fine when we were there but perhaps during summer months maybe a problem. Great walking into town too and along the sea wall. We didn’t need to use the car very much so a big plus.

We had a fantastic stay at No 16. The house is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is perfect for families - spacious and extremely well equipped. The kids (and our furry friend!) had an amazing time as well. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This is a wonderful house for a family celebration.
Top quality kitchen and beautifully decorated house.
We really enjoyed staying here despite a very rainy weekend.
It was ideal for all our family including two dogs.
Such a comfortable house which enhanced our visit.

We had a lovely 4 nights at No16. It was spotless and we were really pleased to find a lady arrived before we went in to double check that the house had been cleaned well. It was spotless! The house is gorgeous and the downstairs open plan area is perfect for family get togethers. Our only issue is that the bed sheets are poor quality polyester and really need an upgrade as do the towels to match the quality of the rest of the house. Thank for the stay!

With six adults and a five-month-old baby, we needed a large 'living' space - ideally open-plan including kitchen and dining area. No.16 was perfect! We could all be together and not feel on top of each other. The downstairs area is very large! It's very bright and airy and looks out over a rather charming garden that isn't overlooked. Furnishings and decor are all to a high standard throughout. Having three bathrooms (one ensuite) was great. The house is only about 5-10 min walk to Lymington High Street and just as close to the wetlands. Only one very minor gripe: The upstairs is a little 'cozy' - but fine for close family/friends! Would definitely stay here again.

We opened the front door and all went wow! Amazingly newly refurbished and extended downstairs with beautiful kitchen, huge island, comfortable sitting area and bifold doors along the back leading to a very smart garden and seating.
A very well equipped house with everything we needed. Spacious main bedroom with smart en-suite. The other two bedrooms are cosy doubles; one might be a little small for two adults but fine for the one adult we had sleeping there. An additional living room at front of house and a downstairs walk-in shower were a bonus.
Parking easy on street and comfortable walk into town, although a bit of a hill.
The sun shone and we loved the house, garden, Lymington and beyond. We would happily return.

Large well presented house in Lymington. Decent sized rooms with very large and airy main kitchen / living space.

Lots to love about the property. Quiet location. Spacious house. Good furniture. Plenty of room.

Some minor quibbles. The front bedroom needs a better blind to keep out the light. The kitchen needs a drainer to put washing up (and a decent kettle that pours properly). And the garden could do with a dining area and table.

But overall it is a good property and well worth considering.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a family get together celebration. The house was just ask photographed - ideal for a family group with 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen, dining, living room was fantastic, especially as it was a beautifully hot weekend and the doors were open the whole time. Very well equipped and we ate in as well as out at restaurants. Location was great with the town in one direction and the Marina in the other. Enjoyed the Saturday market and had a very good meal at The Swan Inn - booked on the decking for the evening - perfect! Even caught the Seafood Festival on Sunday and drove to the beach a couple of times for a much needed swim. Action packed and really successful!

A lovely, spotlessly clean, well maintained property. Great location with a 10 minute walk in one direction for the High St and 15 minute walk to the Sea Wall to the other.

Enjoyed our stay at Number 16, good base for exploring the area. Property was very good in a quiet residential road close to the town centre, parking is on street and finding a place close to the property can be a challenge especially at weekends. Parking space at property will only accommodate a very small car.

We’ve just returned from four nights at number 16 and I can’t recommend it enough.

The property is in a great location and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen / lounge diner is huge and opens onto the lovely rear garden. There’s a beautiful downstairs utility room / bathroom and a separate lounge.

Upstairs is just as impressive with three good sized rooms, one of which has an en suite, and a family bathroom.

The quality of the fixtures / fittings is fantastic and there really is everything you need for a perfect stay.

Will return as soon as we can.

Number 16, is a very lovely house situated well for lymington and surrounding areas.
The house has everything in it that we needed and garden was lovely too. Would 100% use it again and recommend to others.

My family and I transferred here, half way through a 'week away', due to a very poor choice of our first cottage. In comparison, No.16 was a luxury! Everything was modern, it *worked* and the decoration could have been chosen by us! Really very easy to get into Lymington and then out, to other towns and villages.
