This 'wow' house is 3 minutes from the Keyhaven Quay and you'll have sandy toes in a 10 minute walk. Inside is bright, colourful and easy-going with plenty of space downstairs. It's well set up for entertaining on the deck and at the kitchen table.

We were very lucky with the weather but had a fantastic stay at Nye Creek. The house has a very high spec and is very comfortable and has everything you need for a home from home holiday. It is also ideally situated with the fantastic Gunn pub a short stroll away, highly recommended we ate there twice. Lymington is also a short drive for the Saturday market get there early to get parked though. We also had a wonderful afternoon team at Emes tea room in Brokenhurst. Overalll a great family break and Gus the Boston loved exploring the garden and surrounding coastline.

We enjoyed our 4-day stay very much. Nye Creek is a lovely house situated at the end of a quiet private road and backs onto open fields. The garden is lovely and very peaceful with the added feature of a hot tub. Be warned though there are lots of mosquitoes (presumably from the surrounding marsh areas)(we got bitten to bits). The house is very well equipped and there are lots of thoughtful touches around such as fans in the bedrooms, towels for the hot tub and beach, kids beach stuff, towels and bowls if you’re bringing a dog etc etc.
The New Forest is a beautiful area and very easy to drive around, and there are lots of lovely towns nearby with many many eating and drinking options.

A beautiful cottage that provided everything we could have asked for. Lovely coastal location, peaceful and pretty. Plenty of restaurants, shops and beach just a short walk from cottage. The cottage itself is spacious, comfortable and luxurious, with the added bonus of a hot tub! Our family of three generations came together to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
