We stayed at Seabiscuit for a long weekend in February. Grant, the owner, welcomed us to the property and provided some information. We were also provided with a lovely chocolate cake. The house is just off Lymington High Street with easy access to a good range of shops, restaurants and bars. There is on-site parking for one car, but others can be parked without charge in nearby streets. There is plenty to do in and around Lymington, for example, you can walk the coastal path or, for the more adventurous, a walk to Hurst Castle is possible - a bit cold for us this time. The house is modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished. There was ample room for us, a 3 couple party. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Seabiscuit.

We had a wonderful stay at Seabiscuit. Everything we needed was to hand. The house is very well maintained and equipped. A great location for getting out and about in the New forest.

What an amazing place. Excellent location, mere steps from the High Street. Everything is of the highest quality from the linen, furnishings and everything in the kitchen. The complimentary bottle of wine and cake were a really nice touch. I highly recommend a stay at Seabiscuit. I will definitely go back on my next visit to Lymington. An M&S and Waitrose just up the road was an added extra.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house. Great location, just a 2 minute walk to the high street where there are plenty shops, restaurants, pubs & coffee shops. The house has everything we needed & more. It was spotlessly clean & very spacious. It has a beautiful garden area, although being Christmas we didn’t get to use it. There’s also parking for 1 car. Grant, the host, was very helpful before our arrival & was there to welcome us. Lymington is a great place to stay with plenty of things to do close by.

The property is in beautiful condition and was appointed with everything you could possibly need. Although conveniently positioned in a central location close to the high street (perfect for exploring Lymington), it was very quiet and peaceful. Great communication from New Forest Escapes and Grant. Would definitely stay again!

Seabiscuit is a wonderful property, either for families or a group of friends. The interior is well furnished and laid out, with comfortable sofas and beds and lots of extra touches throughout. Everything we needed was provided. The outdoor space looked very well suited to barbecues etc, although the October weather limited our use of the space! The location is excellent - just off the high street, and with parking too! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Lymington at Seabiscuit. The central location is ideal for venturing out to the many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs yet its position is tucked away and is wonderfully peaceful. Seabiscuit has everything you need and is furnished to a very tasteful standard. The whole property is in very good condition and immaculately clean. We were so lucky with the weather that we even managed to sit outside a number of times in the pretty courtyard garden. Communication from the owner was excellent. Our family enjoyed many varied walks in the New Forest, Bucklers Hard to Beaulieu and the car museum as well as the ferry ride across to visit Hurst Castle.

We love Seabiscuit. A wonderful, modern home. Spacious, well-decorated and so close to all the amenities that Lymington has to offer. The one point that is to be considered is the cost. Seabiscuit is not cheap. Yes, you get what you pay for in this world. But be prepared to pay for all the items that a stay at Seabiscuit would entail - close to the High Street, parking, modern, well-furnished.

Seabiscuit is a wonderful place for a New Forest getaway. We were greeted on arrival by our host, who was also in communication prior to the trip and during our stay. The property is spacious, clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location of the property is perfect - tucked behind Lymington High Street, with parking included. My family and I certainly enjoyed having a lovely home to return after a day out exploring local towns, seasides and attractions.

Seabiscuit is a gorgeous property in the centre of Lymington. Although steps away from the busy, buzzing High Street, Seabiscuit has the added bonus of being situated in a very quiet cobbled street. Every home comfort has been thought of and supplied. Grant was a super host and was available by text/phone. Lymington is a great central location to visit the surrounding areas easily.

A perfect location, small courtyard just of the High St. Grant the host was there to meet us and show us around this beautiful property. 6 of us stayed with our small dog at Seabiscuit. It is a perfect location to explore the fantastic New Forest. So close to the amenities of Lymington itself, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops.
We will look to return.

Everything is of exceptional new quality. It’s like 5* hotel standard. Bang in the middle of town with undercover parking. There is no issue with noise from the Sat market, couldn’t even hear it ! Only a few hundred yards from the quayside.

Beautifully set up for a small group (6 of us for a 60th birthday). Living area is really comfortable and massive bifolds to the private courtyard style garden.

Bedrooms lovely with quality bathrooms. Great nights sleep.

Would definitely highly recommend and use again ourselves.

We've just returned from a wonderful stay in Lymington at the beautifully appointed Seabiscuit. A real home from home. From the moment we arrived there were many 'little touches' from the welcome note, fresh cookies, coffee pods, bottle of wine and activity packs for the kids as well as the lovely soap in the bathrooms that made it that little bit extra special. The house is only 2 years old and so the decor and furniture are like new. The house has everything you could need including a bbq and a box of supplies with charcoal, firelighters and tongs - just supply the meat! The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the town yet secluded enough to have privacy. Cannot fault it. We'll be back for sure.

It was a real treat to stay at Seabiscuit. The house is so comfortable and clean, with plenty of space and also very well equipped. Grant made communication for our welcome seamless. The location to the High Street and its varied shops, restaurants and coffee houses, plus the Quay area is cheating. Local attractions are plenty, then relax at Seabiscuit

What a beautifully furnished house. It’s very well equipped, and only a step from the High Street. Our host met us at the property and was very courteous and helpful. The courtyard garden is lovely, though the weather meant that we couldn’t use it. We would thoroughly recommend.
