Smart, chic and built for celebrations, the house has a lovely dining room, cinema room and plenty of en-suite bathrooms. The big garden is well set up for sun worshippers, a cinema room + open fires for hibernating in winter... Don't miss the long sandy beaches nearby at Mudeford.

The Bend at Neacroft had all the facilities and space we needed for our multi-generation birthday gathering. Warm, comfortable,, with an extremely well equipped, spacious kitchen (2 dishwashers, ovens and fridges a real bonus for 12 guests) and the long lounge was roomy, sunlight, and allowed the kids to play one end, whilst the adults relaxed at the other. Personally I'd prefer a reduction in the artificial plants and ornaments, but that is how it's presented.
The adjoining deck overlooking the garden catches the afternoon sun, and is a perfect chill-out area.
I'd like to recommend an enclosed space in the porch for shoe racks, as the shoes cluttered the hallway.
With all the bedrooms having their own bathrooms, and sockets and hooks and storage in all the convenient places, no one ended up with an inferior room in this lovely house.

We booked The Bend for an 80th birthday celebration for a long weekend. The house was perfect for 3 generations of family. The kitchen was really well equipped as we chose to cook each night and having two ovens was perfect. It is beautifully decorated with some amazing artwork and had everything we needed for the weekend.
The bedrooms were all very comfortable with the added bonus of being able to chose to have some set up as twin bedrooms. A great location with lovely walks and pubs nearby. Despite the English weather we also managed to spend sometime in the garden where there was plenty of seating and games. We would definitely recommend this property!

A group of us go away for a few days together every year. This is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The house is beautifully appointed and spacious - with tasteful decor and art throughout, comfortable furniture and a kitchen better equipped than most of ours..!
The bedrooms feature good quality bed linen and spotless state of the art ensuite bathrooms.
The basement cinema room was an extra bonus where we all gathered to watch Strictly…!
The garden looked very nice, although being November we did not avail ourselves of it.
There is easy access to all of the New Forest
and the coast. The Co-op at Bransgore is a short drive away if you need anything.
We hope to return..!

The Bend is a beautiful property, we had three family's, six adults, six children and there was plenty of room for us all.
Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds where, the kitchen is like home from home everything and more you could need.
The garden facilities were so much fun and I would struggle to find any faults with this property, we would not hesitate to book this property again.




The Bend is a beautiful and perfectly clean property with great character. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time at The Bend. We were celebrating my wife’s special birthday and had our son and daughter and their families with us, making eight in total. We were very impressed from the very outset and my wife was blown away by the quality, style and comfort of the whole property. That each bedroom has an en-suite was very important and all the rooms were very well designed and furnished. The garden was perfect for our little grandsons to play in and the veranda was a great place for coffee, drinks and chatting. No negatives at all from us.

This was our 3rd stay at the Bend and the first since the recent refurbishment. The weather was awful which meant we made more use of the house than would be normal so not a bad thing. The 2 young boys loved the tv room and stopped them from being bored, while us adults made use of the kitchen area. The house is spacious and well equipped and beautifully furnished and within easy reach of local attractions. The Wi-Fi is poor, but for those wanting to get away from it is ideal!
We love the house and look forward to a fourth visit in the future.

We had an amazing stay at The Bend, very comfortably held 12 of us in 6 beds & 6 baths. Service was impeccable from the beginning and the bend did not disappoint. Beautifully designed and did not want for anything. Kitchen was impressively kitted out with everything we needed to cook and entertain for the 12 of us. Loved the cinema room both for rugby and girly romcoms!! Perfect location to explore the new forest and the local coastline. We will be back!

The property was ideal for our needs of hosting a funeral for family members to gather as i live locally but did not have the space for sleeping 10-12 people nor the gathering/social spaces to relax and spend time as a mourning family.
I did debate the cost aspect but worked out that it was worth it by comparing local hotels etc. If we had gone this rode it may have cost little less and we would have been scattered all over with no real opportunity to bond as a family.
The property was clean and stunning. Every space had its own delightful feature. We made use of every part including the garden for badminton matches.
The whole experience made what could have been a sad time into a peaceful , seamless and dare i say 'happy' event.
They would have scored excellent for every category, bar for a few little niggles re plumbing...very minor though in nature.
The sleeping arrangements were fantastic. Location marvelous, each morning the views of adjoining fields filled with horses and Angora fluffy sheep...what a delightful/peaceful stay we had.. best decision ever!

We booked The Bend for a family Christmas break. The house did not disappointed. Beautiful furniture artwork and decor . The Christmas decorations and tree were so classy and made it extra special. Nothing was forgotten including plenty of bin socks cling film and washing products
The welcome basket and prosecco was a nice touch.
The rooms and bathrooms were 5 star with wonderful hand-wash from the local area
The only slight niggle was that the ground floor toilet had leak and couldn't repaired in time for our visit.
Everything else was perfect and made for a memorable stay

One word, AMAZING from start to finish. The ladies at New Forest Escapes were so helpful, their local knowledge and the time they spent helping me plan the weekend was just brilliant. The whole booking process from start to finish was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was perfect, the house was absolutely stunning and the decor beautiful and homely. It was the perfect weekend break for the 10 of us. The beds were super comfy and the space in the house was just perfect for all of us. The house was so well equipped it really was home from home. New Forest Escapes are now my favourite UK holiday company and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again to book accommodation to explore the New Forest more. I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for us, you even organised the weather to be beautiful for us! Thank you again for your amazing, first class customer service and the time you spent suggesting locations to visit and restaurants to try, you really made it a perfect weekend for us all. x

Positives:This was a comfortable house that combined style with a user friendly/practical nature. It was a welcoming place that you looked forward coming back to after a day out somewhere. All members of our family agreed this was one of the nicest houses ever used for our family holiday - now in our 15th year of doing this. The whole property seemed well thought out in design from the useful parking area to the comfortable beds - I could go on and on.
Negatives: Hardly any. Unable to find a potato masher in kitchen. Table tennis table failed to fold up properly after use.
The one big disappointment however was the lack of wi-fi. We arrived Friday and wi-fi went down Saturday afternoon. All efforts to reset router had no effect. This inevitably gave problems to some of of our party who had expected to use email etc for work purposes etc during their stay. Lack of wi-fi knocked out ground floor TV, whilst only terrestrial TV could be viewed on basement one. Board games however gave some compensation in the evenings.
Customer services were advised Monday morning of the fault who promised to pass the message on (to owners?). Later we heard BT were coming Thursday to repair so we made sure key was in porch safe. BT never came however, so when we left the wi-fi was still down. In addition, for some of us mobile phone signal became unreliable at the same time as wi-fi failure. Sorry to keep on about this, but it did cause us major problems.

The Bend is a beautifully designed house with all the comforts of home and 5* accommodation blended in. Our group of 11 covers ages from 2 to 70, including a couple of teenagers, and everyone’s expectations were exceeded. There is plenty of room to commune or take some space. We would definitely return and recommend the house and location wholeheartedly.
