Tree Top House is perfectly located to enjoy the best of the New Forest. With incredibly spacious rooms and a lovely terrace surrounded by pine trees, it's a beautiful spot to escape for a long weekend. The owners were incredibly supportive offering great advice on things to do in the local area and the living room and log burner was a particular highlight, we spent a weekend in perfect comfort.

The house is very well equipped and within 30m drive from most New Forest attractions.
we were 8 guests and all of us stayed in large comfortable rooms, our dog was spoiled with great nearby nature walks.

The owner kept in touch and made sure all is available for us including suggestions for chefs and places to visit.

Absolutely beautiful and unique home in super location.
Tree Top house felt and smelled lovely from the moment we opened the front door, lots of space, well equipped kitchen so our weekend catering was an in house mixture of pre made food from home plus an M&S Ocado delivery to the house on arrival which was very easy (and delicious) and made for fun and relaxed evenings around the lovely dining table.
Sitting on the decking in comfortable sofas enjoying the afternoon sunshine was a bonus on our first day!
The lounge area allowed for lolling on sofa for board games and a bit of TV watching - the wood burner looked great but we didn’t need to light it as the house was so cosy.
Luxurious, comfortable, spacious bedrooms and en-suites for everyone- such a treat and a huge airing cupboard for family clothes drying!!
We spent a fantastic day at Moors Valley Country Park which is literally a 5 minute drive away- the children were kept amused there all day with the Gruffalo trail, amazing play areas, walks and miniature steam train. There are so many great places to visit and walks within easy reach, Burley was ideal on a damper day, building forest dens and a pub lunch.
By far, this was the best family home we have stayed in for our regular October family getaway, and we are very grateful to the host for his kindness and hospitality. None of us wanted to leave!

Tree Top House is perfectly located to access local walks and cycle rides without the need for a car. Short drives give you access to the lovely south coast beaches or New Forest attractions.
The property is immense, both inside and out, and is equipped with everything needed to make the stay comfortable and relaxed. Lots of nice little touches too, including books and games.
A 5 Star Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tree Top house as part of a multi-generational family. Lots of space for us all, well furnished, a beautiful location, and lots of places to visit for day trips.

A fantastic property that was well equipped and provided a great space that was enjoyed by three generations of our family.
Plenty of parking for 4/5 cars. The owner was easily accessible and contacted us to make sure everything was in order.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week at The Top House and felt instantly at home with the lovely decor and variety of different areas to relax. Our daughters were studying for exams so the study was well used as was the desk in the bedroom which was a must have for us. The walks to Moors Valley Park direct from the house were excellent - so quiet and then you arrive at the hub of the park with the Go Ape and various trails. We also visited various coastal towns for some excellent walks. We loved sitting in the light and airy open plan area in the middle of the house during the day and retreating to the sitting room to enjoy movies in the evening. The dining room also provided a great space for family meals and for revising teens! The decking is lovely - not much used due to the time of year but it is clear that all equipment is available for the summer months.

Thanks to the owner for a fabulous welcome and great hospitality.

We had a fantastic time here. 2 families with kids aged 2-12 and loads of space for everyone. From hide and seek in the garden to movies in front of the fire and many adventures only a few miles away. Moors valley is a must. Lovely quiet cul-de-sac, garage/wetroom which was much needed and footpaths straight into the woods. Super - thank you

Great house in a great location. Comfortably furnished will a good range of equipment. Plenty of space everywhere, inside and out, with an interesting overview of the hillside tree canopy from the enormous deck. All arrangements were simple to make, and the owner extremely helpful and communicative.

Highly recommended.

We were 2 families with multiple children of different ages & dogs too. Treetops provided us with the most amazing holiday home for our half term break & we will definitely be returning! We spent the days exploring this beautiful part of the world & had the brilliant Moors Country park on the doorstep! The beds were so so comfy & we had everything that we needed to cook, clean, wash & bake! We had excellent customer service & I am happy to write a glowing review for this property :-)

We had a family reunion at Tree Top House. We enjoyed how spacious the house is and its cleanliness. Vivek was very good at communicating with us and offered us flexibility in terms of early check-in and late check-out. We would love to come back to the house soon.

We absolutely loved this house. Was perfect for two families to share, including two dogs. It was winter so we didn’t enjoy the terrace, but the house is super comfortable and so spacious!. The kitchen is fab and has everything you need. We had gorgeous walks in the woods and were 20 mins away from the beach. We didn’t want to leave and would love to go back. Thank you for a wonderful short break!
