Recently refurbished, this cottage has the wow factor! Ideal for families and groups of friends. From the wooden flooring and cosy rug in front of the fire in the lounge and the two dining areas, there is space for everyone to escape. The living room and kitchen have double doors leading onto the secluded terrace with table and chairs, flowering shrubs and tubs. Upstairs the cottage boasts a king master bedroom, twin and another twin room, which can also be turned into a super king on request. This cottage has an upstairs bathroom, separate shower room/wc and downstairs toilet. The large terrace area at the rear of the cottage is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the gardens as it catches the sun all day!

We do not allow dogs in this cottage.

We have just returned from a week stay at Nethway farm. This was our second visit. We have two boys age four and six. The farm and cottages are perfect. The cottages are immaculate and there are lots of activities for the children. We love the games room and all of the outdoor space. Lizzie and Nathan are always on hand and are super friendly. Thank you!

A much needed and last minute 10 day break to Nethway Farm, where I was made very welcome and where Lizzie and her family could not have done any more to help me make the most of my visit. The online guide that is made available when you book proved invaluable and I referred to it very regularly throughout my stay, visiting many of the places suggested. Tarragon is a lovely cottage, well-equipped with everything you might need. The amenities available on site are particularly suitable for families, but I also enjoyed them - animals, swimming pool, games room for older children as well as one dedicated to under 5s, walks around the farm itself as well as others starting from the door. Excellent location, close to Dartmouth and Brixham with easy access to the South West Coastal Path and beautiful beaches. Lizzie and Nathan responded to any questions immediately, both prior to booking and during my stay and were around if needed but left me to enjoy the cottage as if it was my own home. Thank you, I’ll definitely be back again!

This is our second time staying in Tarragon and it likely won't be our last. Everything you need is provided, including kids toilet seats, cots, steps, bed guards etc. they've thought of it all. The indoor sports area was a lot of fun and so too the mud kitchen and feeding the animals.
The location is fantastic for beach, zoo, trains , National Trust properties etc., in short anything you would want to do.
Lizzie and Nathan are thoughtful and friendly and strike the right balance between being present and not intruding into the holiday. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Nethway. Cottage extremely clean with modern decor and equipment and beautiful setting. The children enjoyed feeding the animals and the soft play room (for under 5s). Lots to do nearby for little ones with beaches, zoo, and theme park. Ferry ride to Dartmouth very nearby and easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Nethway Farm. Cottage was very comfortable and Lizzie and Nathan very welcoming. The children loved every minute there making new friends, learning to swim in the lovely pool and feeding the animals. We will be booking again for next year.

A holiday cottage in a beautiful location run by people who actually understand what families need! The hosts are so kind and helpful, the farm is beautiful, the cottage is well equipped, the pool is genuinely warm! You can tell that Lizzie and Nathan are always making enhancements and improvements and really care about you. It's such a peaceful, rural setting and yet within 10 mins you can be at the beach or town.

Tarragon cottage provided perfect accommodation for three generations of our family and the wide range of facilities available kept all of us happily entertained for the week.
Lizzie and Nathan were welcoming and attentive and have put much thought into making Nethway Farm a delightful holiday destination for families.
We were lucky in that we enjoyed a week of sunshine so we could visit the nearby beaches and other local attractions but our grandchildren (aged four and eighteen months) would have been just as happy to stay put and spend their days playing in the soft play area, driving the many ride on tractors and cars, and splashing about in the pool! Not forgetting feeding the animals.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Nethway, the cottage is brilliant, very well equipped, spotlessly clean.
We all, age rang 6 to 70, love the swimming pool, mud kitchen, helping Lizzie and Nathan feed the animals, lovely walks around the farm.
The surrounding area is great, near Brixham, Dartmouth etc, Dartmouth Steam railway is just down the road at Kingswear, boat trips up the river Dart, crabbing at Stoke Gabriel.
So a big thank to Nathan, Lizzie, Amelia and Jessica, we will be back to visit again you make us feel so welcome!!

Our family stayed at Tarragon cottage and had a wonderful time.
The cottage itself was perfect and so roomy. We'll equipped and very tastefully decorated.
The grandchildren loved the animals, especially the goats. They enjoyed the mud kitchen, the soft play room and the swimming pool. They cried when.leaving. The space itself is just amazing.
Our sons said it was just the perfect family set up.

We had a lovely family holiday last week.
We first came here 30 years ago when our children were young and were now back with grandchildren.
The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped and - warm!
Lots of different options - the pool,games room, indoor and out door play areas and best of all - the farm animals.
The private seating area outside has great views of the gardens and up to the hills nearby - very peaceful.
Location is good, access to beautiful walking and other amenities for children...
And the weather was very kind to us -
So all in all, we had a wonderful time and will be back!

We had a wonderful family holiday and loved seeing and feeding the animals. The mud kitchen and stream was a real win with our kiddies and they also loved the swimming pool. We will definitely we back.

A fantastic stay at a lovely farm cottage, all excellently equipped and spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the amazing hosts and it's lovely that they let you help out with feeding the animals in the mornings - the boys loved it. The location is idyllic, with countryside walks and the coast on the doorstep. Also lots of wet weather stuff to do on-site or within a drive so worked really well despite a wet week for us. We'll be back!

We have been returning to Nethway Farms for many years now. It is always a wonderful holiday that we enjoy very much. Lizzie and Nathan are very welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend Nethway Farm, especially if you have children. Even though my children are getting older now they still really enjoy staying here. The games room and swimming pool are a bit hit, and we all love feeding the animals and the many walks from the farm. We are looking forward to going back soon.

We have just returned from our holiday at Nethway farm. We had a fantastic week and the cottage far surpassed our expectations. It was really clean and bright. We travelled with two boys age 3 and 5 and also their grandma. There was so much for us all to do on the farm it allowed us to have a really relaxing yet fun week. We definitely hope to return again next year. Thank you to Lizzie, Nathan and family.

What a fantastic spot! We just came back from a week at Nethway where we stayed in Tarragon Cottage. The farm is brilliant, loads of parking (and electric chargers), a stable full of toddler cars and beach toys, food for the animals available all the time, lovely animals to feed, from chickens, goats, sheep, pigs, ponies, ducks and horses. The grounds are beautiful, so many flowers and nice plants, with amazing areas like the secluded enclosed mud kitchen with the stream running through it. The soft play area is clean and well maintained, the pool is fantastic (private booking system so you get it to yourself). The cottage was clean and had everything you could need. Our daughter was miserable to come home! Getting there is easy, with the roads dual lane all the way to the farm, only the driveway (100m) is traditional Devon 1 lane! There is Broadsands beach 5 mins away which is incredible, and so much to do in the wider area.

We would thoroughly recommend staying here; Lizzie and Nathan have really put a lot of thought into what makes an easy fun holiday for young families and it all just ‘works’.

Another brilliant holiday, only the weather tried to dampen our spirits, but didn't succeed.
The cottage was superb as usual, the welcome pack surpassed all expectations.
Children enjoyed feeding the animals for the first time. We all enjoyed the pool.

We spent a week at tarragon cottage and have never staid in a cottage so comfortable and well equipped. All infant related equipment provided and easy to use. Wonderful cottage complex, kids loved the pool, the playbarn and feeding the goats. Lizzie and her family could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We spent a wonderful week at Nethway Farm in June with our family, which included a two-and-half-year-old and an 8-month-old. We had every intention of going on steam train rides and trips to the zoo but it turned out our grandson was happiest in the stable with the ride-on cars and tractors! We did visit nearby Brixham harbour and Dartmouth. Broadsands beach was only a five-minute drive away and its shallow water was perfect for paddling and there are two cafes to keep adults supplied with coffee and cake.
But there was more than enough to keep the children (and therefore us) happy on the farm. We fed animals, collected eggs, swam, paddled in the stream by the mud kitchen, and played in the soft play room. We were blessed with beautiful weather and evenings spent sitting out on the patio were just lovely.
Huge thanks to Lizzie and Nathan for being so welcoming and happy to make time for us and our grandchildren.

An ideal place to stay for all generations but particularly those with young children/grandchildren like us. Great facilities, beautiful scenery, stunning garden, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal location. We have been coming back every year for a while now. The children love the animals and the pool. The cottage is always very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a really good holiday which the weather could not dampen. Children were really excited to feed the animals morning and evening. Collect the eggs. Swim in the pool every day. Play in the soft play. All in a very scenic part of the world. Wood burning stove was lovely to relax in the evenings.

Everything you could wish away from commercialisation.

Lizzie and Nathan are wonderful hosts and Nethway Farm Cottages makes for a superb week’s family holiday. Rainy days are hassle-free with all the on-site facilities - lovely warm pool, games room, soft play room and walks from the door (the mud kitchen adjacent to a running stream is brilliant.) Our six and almost four-year-old loved all of it. The animals are the star attractions though, and during our Easter stay, we were able to bottle-feed lambs and hold new-hatched chicks. Lizzie is so helpful and accommodating with the animals - and everything in fact. The whole enterprise is very professionally run, with a comprehensive and intuitive app that you’re sent before you arrive, yet it still maintains a warm and welcoming family vibe.

Tarragon Cottage was newly done up and spotless when we arrived. It’s a little on the small side for six people (four adults, two kids) - the bedrooms and shower room in particular (there’s also a bathroom that’s better sized.) The dishwasher is a slimline, and also too small for a house designed for six, and the round dining table in the living room doesn’t really work in the space. These are only tiny complaints however, we really did love our stay and were sad to leave such a pretty and tranquil place.

We have stayed at Nethway Farm over half a dozen times over the last 10 years. The cottages and site have recently been revamped and improved to a really high standard.
We had a great pre-Christmas break with the children making the most of the facilities on site. Swimming, soft play, playing pool and table tennis and walking around the farm site and feeding the animals.

We loved our 5 night stay in Tarragon Cottage. The Cottage was beautiful, cosy and warm and the farm itself was lovely and well looked after. Our 2 year old adored all the animals and loved feeding the goats, rams and horses everyday. There was a soft play room and outside play area for children, as well as the mud kitchen which was tucked away down by the stream, and a swimming pool. All great fun! We highly recommend Nethway Farm and hope to be back one day thank you Lizzie and Nathan! X

We always enjoy our stays at Nethway. Tarragon was a lovely cottage and Lizzie and Nathan were excellent hosts. The number of on site facilities adds to the appeal of this complex. The pool and soft play area, in particular, were given a thorough workout by the grandchildren. This years’ addition of a guest app was really useful and informative.

When we arrived at Nethway Farm Holiday Cottages we were met by Lizzie the owner and were welcomed. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable in Tarragon cottage. Everything was very organised including the use of a warm nice size indoor swimming pool. We were lucky to be blessed with good weather for a November weekend with sunshine. It is very easy to visit beautiful Brixham and Dartmouth via Kingswear ferry with short journey time. The cottage is well set up and although it has central heating, we also enjoyed the log burner. For relaxation it was perfect.

We spent a lovely week in the delightful setting at Nethway.

The cottage provided everything we needed for our stay, and we were all thoroughly entertained by the farm animals - especially our granddaughter, who was thrilled and delighted to be involved in both feeding and petting them

Having use of the pool also added to our enjoyment of the week, and the indoor play area was a real bonus.

Nathan and Lizzie were very friendly, helpful, informative and obliging throughout our time there

It was our second stay in the charming and peaceful surrounds of Nethway, and we look forward to getting the chance to stay there again in the future.

Had a wonderful time at Nethway Farm Cottages. Tarragon is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
The farm itself is very well kept with no farm smell at all!
Nathan and Lizzie are lovely hosts very warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble...
Our whole family enjoyed all the facilities especially the pool and games room. My 14 month old grandchild loved the soft play area which was very safe and clean.
Would definitely recommend!

Second holiday at Nethway farm and very much enjoyed our holiday. Within the farm, swimming pool, animals and the indoor barn play area was enjoyed by all of us. Having to book the pool per cottage was a really good idea, and we all loved it.
Cottage and amenities inside fulfilled our needs, but didn’t get to use the BBQ.
Great location to both Brixham and Dartmouth, lots to do in both towns and in between.
Great for families and all ages but would advise, a car is required.
Hosts very helpful and friendly.
Problem with recommending the venue, is now trying to rebook for next year.

Best place to holiday with the family plenty to do in the area, fabulous accommodation and perfect hosts. Nethway Farm is annual summer go to, you won’t be disappointed if you book.

Such a lovely stay at Nethway Farm. Perfect for families and the children loved spending time in the pool and with the animals. Lizzie & Nathan were so friendly and approachable making us feel very welcome. Excellent location with beautiful views and close to great beach & other towns. We stayed in Tarragon with our son and wife and their two small boys. It was a great place for a your family with the soft play area and lovely warm swimming pool a bit hit with everyone. Lizzie was very welcoming and helpful. Nethway is a quiet location but not far from beaches and the interesting destinations of Brixham and Dartmouth.
We had a lovely holiday together staying at Nethway, even though the weather was not brilliant.

A very pleasant, secluded and well managed complex located in an area of South Devon close to both the Dart and Teign estuaries. The accommodation is welcoming and well presented with the makings for a cup of tea or coffee on arrival and even eggs, from the farm, for the next day's breakfast. Plenty to do on site with a good selection of farm animals, which enchant the young in heart as well as the young in body. Even more to do in the surrounding area with both easy access to the English Riviera and the Dart Estuary. A short drive takes you up onto the wilds of Dartmoor with its rugged enchanting terrain. Plenty of good food outlets nearby but early booking is essential. This year saw the christening of the newly provided Weber gas BBQ on the patio. The hosts are very obliging and always ready to help. This is a return visit for us and we'll be back again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay, the cottage was really comfortable and perfect for 4 adults and a baby. The farm itself is lovely with all the animals to see and walks to do. Really liked that you could book the pool for your own cottage.

Cottage and farm has everything you need for family stay. Near Kingswear ferry car park. Few minutes crossing river (with or without car) to Dartmouth. Lots of eateries and river trips. Steam train to Paignton. Coleton Fishacre National Trust is few minutes away with beautiful grounds.

We have been staying at Nethway farms every year for the past 10 years. We have a severely autistic daughter so holidays are extremely difficult and challenging for us. Every year we have an amazing holiday. All the facilities on site and the very friendly owners make things so easy for us. I would highly recommend this property. The children love the animals and there is so much to do on site. We will be back again next year.

Lizzie was the perfect host, she greeted us on arrival and made us feel very at home. The facilities are great - my son especially loved the playroom! There are lots of lovely things to do and see in the area. We would highly recommend staying at Nethway farm and hope to be back again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tarragon cottage and would love to come back. The pool, play area, soft play and mud kitchen all went down very well with our children and the location is really convenient for local beaches and attractions. The app for the cottages is extremely helpful and answered almost all the questions we had and any others were promptly answered either in person or via WhatsApp. A really good find!

We had a fabulous holiday at Nethway, lots for the children and adults to do, loved the swimming pool, farm walks, feeding the animals, always something for the children to do.
The cottage was spotless, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, cosy sitting room!!

We were looking for a relaxed holiday for 3 generations and our stay in Tarragon was perfect. 2 children under 5 were very happy to play on site whilst we sorted out our day plans. The swimming pool was just wonderful. The area is very beautiful so plenty of interesting places to visit without travelling too far. Fully recommend it .
