We had a wonderful stay at Nethway Farm Cottages. We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 young children (4 years and an 8 month old). Lizzie welcomed us on arrival and showed us to our cottage. The cottage had been set up to accommodate small children with the use of travel cot, high chair, stair gates toilet seats and steps which was wonderful as it saved us bringing everything. Tarragon cottage provided perfect accommodation for three generations of our family and the wide range of facilities available kept all of us happily entertained for the week. Lizzie and Nathan were welcoming and attentive and have put much thought into making Nethway Farm a delightful holiday destination for families. We were lucky in that we enjoyed a week of sunshine so we could visit the nearby beaches and other local attractions but our grandchildren (aged four and eighteen months) would have been just as happy to stay put and spend their days playing in the soft play area, driving th...more
We recently stayed at the Netway Farm Holiday Cottages and it was well worth it. You are close to the towns/activites, but isolated on a beautiful farm setting in gorgeously appointed cottages. I will definitely be booking my next stay there.
We have been coming for over 20 years, we love the accommodation - very comfortable, the farm - animals and walks and especially the swimming pool. My son is autistic with learning difficulties so use of the pool and familiar environment really help him enjoy his holiday. Its a great location close to beaches and my sons favourite Woodlands. We also like a steam train trip and over the years have visited the Rare Breeds Farm, Butterfly and Otter Sanctuary, ferry over to Dartmouth. We had an outstanding short break at Nethway. The cottage was lovely, equipped to the highest standard and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The farm walk was delightful and for us included sightings of kingfishers. The barn owls hooting at night were also very exciting. We would love to return in the future.
