This 18th-century barn has been tastefully converted, boasting an array of exposed beams and brick work. This is a perfect property for a gathering of family and friends. Sleeping up to 10 people with room for one travel cot, across 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

Oliver's Mill retains many of it's original features to create a homely atmosphere.

With the added luxury of a wood burning stove in the main sitting room, this cottage is great for relaxing and sharing special time together. There is a separate snug area, which is perfect for the little ones to sit and watch their television programmes or for a quiet space to read a book. There is a large well equipped kitchen, with all you need to cater for a large group. An ideal cottage for a gathering of friends or family.

This cottage is Pet Friendly and has a nice enclosed garden & patio area

You have access to all the shared facilities of Indoor Pool, Multi Sports Court, Under 5's Play Area, BBQ's, Bike Store, Woodland Picnic Site, Bird Watching Area, Oak Acre Walk, Onsite Parking & WIFI

A lovely venue with lots to do even in bitterly cold weather. The pool was great for the children giving activity even when we didn't go on a trip out.
It was peaceful, but near enough to a wide selection of shops for us to get food and forgotten items with no difficulty.

Perfect stay - suite all ages - we took one cottage and a different birthday group took all the others - didn’t impact our stay at all. Pool booking slots system worked well.

Oliver's Mill proved to be perfect for our extended family with 4 under 5's. The cottage has a snug area with a TV, toys & books perfect for the children. The bunk beds were loved by the children as well. Pool was great as was the play area. So much to do locally, we didnt fit it all in, but did visit Bewilderwood, Park Hall Farm, Hawkstone Follies and the ice cream farm that had lots to do. Was a busier week than we planned but the children loved it! Will be back

Lovely situation. Children enjoyed different activities. Comfortable accommodation. Very well equipped.
Good supermarkets in Whitchurch on doorstep 3 miles. Family enjoyed local activities at nearby lake. Some Chester Zoo. Older ones Liverpool. Owners very helpful.

Me and partner stayed with three other couples for a long weekend. Besides a couple of the bedrooms being a little tight for room we had a great time. We never used the pool or outdoor facilities but they looked great and would be ideal for kids and young families. Except location too that enabled us to have a great weekend.

It's lovely to find accommodation where all the facilities are in good working condition, and are presented so well. And to have a swimming pool and children's play area on-site; well, some of the children didn't want to come home!

the owners James & Emma helped me plan my stay, offering lots of suggestions for family days out and good local places to eat, alongside the "Walks Folder" and the leaflets in the cottage, it all added up to a great stay, with us being able to explore the local area and get a lot out of our time away.
The swimming pool and sports court were a big favourite too! The cottage was perfect for our group with everything that you needed.

Oliver’s barn was the most expensive we have used for our family get-togethers. The barn was used by two parents, two of their children and their families. There was only on en suite bathroom. Whilst the lounge was reasonably clean, the settee was tired and shabby; not up to the expected standard.
This is the first time we have been asked for a monetary bond for our weekend away, and we expected it to be repaid promptly on completion. This is still to happen!

Great cottage, with wood burning stove, so cosy for our winters stay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Owners very helpful at suggesting places to eat. lovely walking by the Llangollen canal & Whitchurch a nice market town to explore.
We used the pool, which was warm and the sports court, a great space.

All in all a great cottage and place to stay
