A wonderful cottage, with plenty of space that can comfortably sleep 6 people along with a travel cot for one infant. This is a pet friendly cottage with a wood burning stove and lots of character. A perfect family cottage to enjoy a country break in.

With 3 bedrooms, Master Bedroom with King Sized bed and en-suite bathroom, a lovely bunkbed bedroom and a large double bedroom which are serviced by a family bathroom.

Downstairs has a large sitting room with wood burning stove and large well equipped kitchen/diner, perfect for 6 guests.

There is a good sized enclosed garden & patio area outside.

Williams Hayloft has access to all the on site facilities of Indoor Swimming Pool, Multi Sports Court, Under 5's Play Area, BBQ's, Woodland Picnic Site, Oak Acre Walk, Bird Watching Area, on site Parking & WIFI

We booked the hayloft for a stay whilst at a family wedding. It was a clean and comfortable abode with plenty of room for 6 adults.The description of an all activity area would be more accurate than a sport's court , smaller facilities than we were expecting and we were disappointed to find there was no tennis net. However we thoroughly enjoyed our basket ball match.On arrival we were looking forward to using the pool having been told the code to the spa would be waiting for us on arrival only to find it was shut until the next day!! This was also slightly over advertised as a spa!! But was a warm swim.
Interesting need for a bond to be sent prior to arrival. This was all well and good but needs prompt acknowledgement of receipt even if owners are away. Quick refund provided.
All in all the place was ideal but a bit over stated relating it's leisure activities.

A lovely, peaceful, well appointed and comfortable cottage in a farming location.
It is reasonably well placed for visiting local attractions and has, on site, outside areas for walking and recreation, including a small indoor pool.
We had a most enjoyable stay.
