This is a very convenient ground floor South Snowdon Wharf flat situated on the popular harbour side in Porthmadog. It is most comfortably presented with views through the full length patio doors across the harbour and town.

This is the second time we've stayed here, so that's telling you something. It's good property in a lovely location and it's clean and welcoming.
The only issues (& they are minor) is that the chairs get a bit uncomfortable for watching television and we struggled with the firestick.
Other than that, it was great.

Another lovely week in this really nice flat, lovely and clean and comfortable beautiful views, owners very friendly and nice, everything you need there. Would definitely recommend this flat, have been there 5 or 6 times and never any complaints.

The only snag was the poor Internet connection which seemed overloaded for much of the time.

We were given a kind and helpful introduction to the property by Mrs Roberts.

On the matter of Jerry the mouse we made strenuous efforts to deter him keeping the flat free of crumbs etc.

As we expected the apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice welcome tray of tea etc. Storage in the kitchen area was a bit limited but we managed.

Welcome tray on arrival was very helpful, as it contained refreshments for a drink & Lemon Drizzle slices. (lush) So no need to get milk on arrival. Property was well maintained & included everything for a comfortable stay. Bedding, towels, washing up liquid & a few toiletries were also provided. Owner called in halfway during our stay to check that everything was satisfactory for us.

This is my second stay at Clydfan and in my opinion it’s the best flat on Snowdon Wharf. I’m speaking from experience as I’ve stayed in a few.
The flat fully met my requirements and expectations. It has been modernised, is well equipped , clean and comfortable.
The view of the harbour and mountains from the patio doors is spectacular. I particularly enjoy looking out at the harbour lights at night.
The refreshments on arrival are always welcome after a 5 hour journey .
The property is on the market and if I had the spare cash for the asking price I would most definitely buy it .
The staff in the local shops , cafes and pubs are so kind and friendly- a big shout out to the ladies in Pikes, staff at the Pencei Pub and the crew in The Creel.
Can’t wait to return next year with family to my ‘Lle Hapus/Happy place’.

Very nice apartment but totally unsuitable for a disabled person. This was our own fault as we didn't ask enough questions. This a new situation for us and we learnt a lot from the experience. We would like to come back next year but will have to find a more suitable apartment.

Immaculately clean flat with just the most wonderful view of the harbour! The owners were a joy to meet along with the amazing service provided by the agent. We had such a lovely time, we did not wish to leave and went into the agents to see if we could extend our stay but some other lucky person had already booked in.
Would highly recommend this apartment as the location is first class, combined with the practicality of the flat being in the ground floor and with car parking right outside the door. There is so much to see and do both on Porthmadog itself and also further afield either by foot or car.
We will be looking to come back soon!
Thank you to both the owners and the travel agents - a perfect holiday all round.

The flat was well designed, plenty of cupboard space, and had everything that you would need. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and we had a welcome snack on arrival and nice touches where we were provided with a few basics, that were appreciated, especially as we forgot the odd item. The view from the lounge was outstanding and the site of the flat was excellent and close to all amenities. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely week spent at the harbour view flat. Nice welcome pack left by the owners just what you needed after a long drive. Excellent view of the harbour from the flat. Brilliant location. Made a great base for trips out and sight seeing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Due to my wifes ill health we needed to get away while our bathroom was being changed to make it nice and easy for her.
So we headed to Porthmadoc and stayed at this lovely little ground floor flat which looks out over the harbour.
It was clean, tidy just perfect for my wifes needs. We spent most of our time at the flat watching the comings and goings of the traffic in the harbour and all the different birds that come to feed in and out of the water. We also had a cheeky robin which used to come up to the large patio windows and looked in to see where his titbits were?
Also just a 100 yards up the road there is the station, where the steam trains are in and out all day, and lots of eating and watering holes within easy walking distance.
If I am going to be picky the one downside is that the shower is a bit snug. Otherwise it was just what the doctor ordered.

We have visited Porthmadog before, and this time chose this harbourside ground floor apartment. Whilst compact in size, it contained everything we needed for a great stay. A parking space outside the front door, and brilliant views across the harbour from the back patio doors. The flat is part of a unit of six, with external stair access to the other flats above.
