Our home from home was perfect for our week long trip skiing at Glenshee. Close enough to everything we needed, sitting in picture perfect surroundings. Don’t know when, but we’ll be back.

We had a great weeks stay in the Castle for Easter week. Helen and Rob do a great job of managing the property and were there to help whenever we needed it. The castle itself is extremely well looked after and has everything one could want for a stay in the hills. Local walking is excellent, whilst one can get into the heart of the Cairngorms very quickly. As for rainy day activities there are plenty of things to do in the area all capable of creating an appetite and an excuse for sitting around that huge dining room table. So thanks very much.
Absolutely gorgeous location, cottage and service. Rob was So friendly and helpful. The views were stunning. The dogs had a ball. And we all left ( reluctantly) after a relaxing stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Easter caiplich. Spending day time walking down to the shee river, up to the lochran and to the wee Glen shee shop. Spending night time in the hot tub. Everyone loved waking up to highland cows and their babies. A must try when down is the persile gin distillery tour 15 minutes away from the cottages. This was our second stay on the estate and both time’s fantastic. The team are friendly and easy to reach if there is any problems
Lovely cottage in rural location, spacious well equipped cottage. Beautiful walks and lake nearby. Glad we Ordered a shopping delivery as 30 minute drive to nearest shops and restaurant. Kitchen well equipped to cook Easter Sunday roast.
Beautiful log fire which we didn’t use as sufficient central heating. Concerned that it would be Smokey as walls in this room needed repainting and we had our 5 month old granddaughter with us so didn’t want to take a risk.
Comfy beds and plenty of wardrobe space, although one wardrobe had black mould, so not used. Would suggest freestanding rail placed in u...more
