Caban Dulas really is a perfect escape to the country for a family or group of friends!

As you entertain the property into the spacious kitchen area, it's the perfect place to rustle up that family favourite supper or prepare a few snacks in readiness for your day of exploring the local area. With the open plan living and dining area, it's a great spot to gather of an evening. Open the french doors to let in the summer breeze or step out into the sunshine to make the most of the glorious outdoor space.

The private paved patio area has plenty of outdoor seating which is an ideal spot for alfresco dining under the large parasol, let the children play on the large grassed area while you relax with a glass looking on from your private hot tub.

After a busy day of exploring and/or relaxing you can ensure a good night's sleep in the king size master bedroom, complete with it's own en-suite wet room. The second ground floor bedroom includes another king size bed which can also be arranged into two single beds to suit guest requirements. To accommodate the additional guests the sofa in the living area conveniently teams up as a double bed. There is also a family size bathroom with bath and shower over.

For those chillier months, this cabin will always remain cosy and warm with underfloor heating.

Located in a truly lovely area of Mid Wales, whether you are looking for a relaxing stay at the property or to explore the locality there are lots of things to see and do! Rhayader, a quaint market town is just down the road and you will find places to eat and relax in as well as local independent shops to browse around. Elan Valley and Gilfach Nature Reserve are also just a stones throw away, the perfect places to explore, walk, relax and taking in the rural Welsh air so don't forget to pack your hiking boots. If you are planning a family holiday there is also an on site children's play area just a small walk from the property.

Please be advised that there is a 10pm outdoor noise curfew. This is a family-friendly property, and all guests are expected to respect the quiet hours to ensure the comfort of everyone on site.

A great and lovely stay. Great setting and views are beautiful.

It was a great property. Peaceful and quiet location; private location not overlooked in the garden, which was lovely. Enjoyed the outdoors due to afew good days' weather, and the hot-tub was excellent.
Beds were very comfortable and nice bedding.
Having 2 bathrooms worked very well, as it meant my sister could have her own bathroom, and my husband and I the other one.
We would not hesitate in staying again if doing a break like that with my sister with her dog.

There were afew issues with water/showers when nearby hot-tubs were being filled-up for the next bookings....but when I contacted the owners, they very quickly sorted that out for us, without any problems. They were very helpful.

Things I would recommend to make the comfort factor higher - some cushions for the hard outdoor furniture would have been a nice addition. Also did not find the sofa very comfortable (one of which was a sofabed)...the main sitting cushions kept sliding away. I would also suggest having more wine glasses - there were only 3, and more plates as when these were in the dishwasher, we had nothing to use until the wash was complete.
It would have been nice to have a salad bowl/fruit bowl....had to improvise, and afew small dishes for snacks etc.
The frying-pans look like they could do with replacing...I had brought one of my own (as I often find this the case in self-catering), so this was ok. Also handy to have one non-stick small saucepan for some things. The saucepans were not non-stick.
We managed ok, with what was provided, but just giving feedback on what would make things better/easier.

It was a lovely stay, and we found it very peaceful with just the sound of the sheep, and no cars passing by.

This place ticked all the boxes, wonderful comfortable living area/kitchen with everything we needed. Bedrooms really comfy too. The outside area with the hot tub is amazing with the most relaxing of views.
