Daffodil Pod sits in the tranquil farming village of Saint Harmon. One of six large glamping pods with hot tubs & Wales' beautiful scenery beyond the private gardens. This friendly site suits families looking for dog friendly glamping near Rhayader and the Elan Valley

The market town of Rhayader, famous for its Red Kite Feeding Station is just over the hillside and has plenty of tempting eating and drinking options for humans too!

Having previously stayed at Lily, we already knew we loved the location and that there are amazing views all around so we decided to try Dafodil, mainly because our two dogs are now getting much bigger! Dafodil was as expected - just wonderful! Lots of space with a fairly large secure garden for the dogs. The hot tub is a treat and the cabin is cosy and calming. We wouldn't change anything about it. This was our third visit and as we have very busy lives, this is the perfect place to switch off and relax, with pubs and shops just a short drive away.
We also recommend visiting Elan Valley... wow! Stunning views and you can walk for miles!
Thank you again, for another perfect stay. We will certainly be back!

We had such a lovely stay at Daffodil! The pod was perfect, lovely and warm and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus and was lovely to relax in after some lovely scenic walks (Elan Valley and the drive through the mountains is a must) family friendly, my son (8) and our pup loved it! Great space around the pod that’s secure and gated so the dog could have a run around. We honestly couldn’t fault anything, thank you so much and we can’t wait to come back ☺️

This was our second stay and will not be the last, beautiful place so relaxing the hot tub of the evening looking at the stars is amazing.

We had a lovely 3 nights in daffodil. Its very spacious and has everything you'd need.
The only issue we found was that there was dog hair on everything so our clothes were covered.
Apart from that it was the perfect stay and the hottub was the best we've been in!

Our 2nd visit to daffodil and had another amazing time, very clean , comfortable and friendly staff, the hot tub is amazing with wonderful views, back again next year!

The pod is immaculately clean and has everything you need. Facilities are great. Beautiful outlook and peaceful location. The enclosed garden is ideal for the dog and the changes to the stream beyond the small field are lovely. The dog enjoyed a nice swim there!
Hot tub was still enjoyable but more a warm tub. Don’t know whether the temperature has been turned down to save on heating costs but it needed to be hotter.

The photo in the gallery for the pod shows the Daffodil being more in the middle of the 6 pods, when it is actually the first pod as you enter. It didn’t make much of a difference to the stay but it is misleading.

Still would recommended staying at the pods. We always enjoy our short breaks there. Diolch

We went with our 7 week old baby and dog and it was the perfect space! Great for the dog and lovely and clean for the baby! And the hot tub was great for us during baby’s nap time. Easy to access and plenty to do around - will be back!

Hi, we have stayed before last April. The only thing I would say is there needs more chairs or sofas
