A lovely lodge in beautiful settings with my wife and 2 children both under 2 years old.
Location is very rural with a good few places to visit in the area.
The lodge was perfect with all the amenities needed for the long weekend we stayed there.
Would recommend it for anyone.
The hosts were lovely too.

We booked the hill side lodge for a girls 30th birthday weekend trip and enjoyed every moment. The lodge is very spacious and provided a very comfortable nights sleep. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub, and seeing all the animals roaming around. The lodge was in perfect location to the sights and walks we wished to visit on our trip. We will be back in the summer.

Great weekend in Rhayader- very relaxing, great weather, host was lovely. Visited Elan Valley & the Crown Inn on the Saturday night for a meal. Lodge had great amenities, storage, welcome box - everything you needed for a great weekend. Already a returning customer and will be back :)

A perfectly located holiday village nestled in the wonderful Woman countryside providing a range of accomodation types. Hillside Lodge provided a balance of access to the countryside with luxury and comfort.
After a full day of rambling around one of the abundant local attractions, it was a pleasure to return back to a well equipped lodge and relaxing hot tub.

Absolute gorgeous cabin, the hot tub was amazing.
There was a lovely welcome package when we got there we had marshmallows, Welsh biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, toilet roll, towels and wood for the fire which I wasn’t expecting.
The only downside was the amount of flies that get in if you leave the doors open but they do have fly strips.
Could possibly do with extra pillows but other than that it was an amazing few days away.
Claire was amazing answering any questions I had and helping out.
The site is quite a drive to anywhere so be prepared to drive, but the views on the site are beautiful.

We booked a short stay as a mini hen weekend, the aim of the weekend was to destress and relax. That is exactly what this property provided, the most relaxed environment with comfy beds, relaxing indoor and outdoor living areas and the most beautiful views.
The hot tub was spotlessly clean and the perfect temperature. The property is close enough to areas with lovely cafe’s, pubs and restaurants but also far enough away to feel like you’re in your own bubble.
We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will 100% return.

At first it wasn’t what we initially thought there was a lot more cabins around then I saw on any pictures. The lodge it self was unique with a small bedroom up the ladder with a mattress on the floor, unsurprisingly not too bad to sleep on. The location was beautiful the villages surrounding were beautiful.

We had a lovely weekend at Hillside Lodge, the lodge was cosy and warm, the most amazing views and so peaceful. The owners were on hand to answer our questions and very helpful in suggesting places to visit. We will definitely be back!
