We traveled from the United States and spent two nights here as a family of 3. It was absolutely perfect! Close enough to town to walk, and right on trails we could explore. Only wish we had more time and would love to go back! Definitely a highlight of our holiday.

What a wonderful time we had at your beautiful hilltop cabin. The location is stunning and made even more beautiful by the deep frost covering the landscape and freezing the loch in front of us. You have obviously thought of every thing a great self catering cabin needs from the self retracting key lock, the heated boot room to the cosy log burner and the kitchen layout. The bedrooms are gorgeous, beautiful linens, cushions and throws all adding to the luxury feel. The underfloor heating made it so cosy and with the log burner on, it was a magical place to spend time with the freezing highland winter outside! The area is perfect for star gazing and we lost count of the number of shooting stars we saw. We will definitely be back, maybe a family stay over the summer. There is so much to do in the area, we only scratched the surface!

A very enjoyable stay in a luxurious cabin.

Decor and soft furnishings very good quality. Location good, a few snagging issues such as an ill fitting front door and bathroom tiles missing grout and starting to wobble. All issues you can deal with when over all it was such a lovely stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay, perfect location and lovely and quiet. Our only regret was not exploring all the walks available to us from our doorstep due to the weather being a little wet. Estate team were very accommodating too. We will come again.

Stayed for 3 nights and must admit probably the best lodge we have ever seen. The quality of the build, location, furnishings and decoration were excellent. Everything you need for a break in the countryside, good walks right outside your door and not far to get into Dunkeld if you fancy a walk down the road. We have a low car but the bumps are fine, was a bit concerned when got the email saying ‘drive up the bumpy road’ but nothing to worry about. Actually have no negative comment to make apart from possibly not the cheapest but on this occasion you get what you pay for. Will definitely return. 10/10

We loved our stay at Willow with our two young children.

The view from every room is beautiful and despite being there throughout Storm Babet we were so cosy and weren't bothered by the wind and rain at all - the cabins must be very well insulated.

Great location very near to Dunkeld. Would highly recommend; I'm sure we'll be back.

An absolutely excellent stay in the Willow Cabin. The cabin itself is beautiful and functional and located in the most wonderful location. Everything we needed was provided for - including games for the children!

I had a really delightful time staying in Willow. It was a joy to arrive and find such a beautifully prepared space, with so many thoughtful details. It felt like being at home - but better! The lake creates such a peaceful atmosphere, and the cabins are so light-filled that you get the feeling of being outside even when you're cosily in. I highly recommend!

The location is perfect for getting away from it all. Lots of walks from your door step. The cabins are surrounded by forest and woodland our cabin looked over Cally Loch, which is covered with beautiful water lillies. Dunkeld is about 1 mile from the Glen Glack cabins, the village has everything to support self catering. The Willow cabin has been fitted out to a high standard. The bunk room is ideally set up for young children however a young adult would be comfortable too. The galley kitchen has fully integrated fridge, oven, with induction hob and disherwasher. Essential cleaning products are also provided. Bathroom is well appointed with integrated power shower, amazing to set you up for the day ahead! The kitchen, dining and sitting area are comfortable for short stays. There are french doors that open out to a covered veranda, this gets the sun to midday. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and took the opportunity to fully explore the surrounding area.
Thank you
Glen Glack Estate.

Not the prettiest from the outside but probably the best cabin you can have!

We've booked Glen Glack cabin Willow early in the year, long before it was even build. The only thing we had seen was the artist impression and the description provided. We loved it already and took the gamble. In the end it delivered a lot of extra stress because we didn't know if the cabins were ready and there weren't any photos of the build online. The email with check-in details only came in 5 days prior to arrival. I've tried to email 3 times to 2 different mailadresses plus the contactform on the website the last 2 weeks before departure to ask about the checkin but haven't got 1 reply. Because we've booked so early we knew every detail that was provided. When we came we loved the location and the house but immediately saw that things were different then the artist impressions (no large sundeck, no jetty in the loch). Which is totally okay but we just liked to know it beforehand. The pictures of the house are now uploaded on the website but weren't beforehand. We have told the kids that we could try to see little fish and the beaver from the jetty but we couldn't reach the loch now. Cabin Willow is not the prettiest from the outside but inside: oehlalaa. The views are to die for. Having coffee on the deck watching the osprey was amazing. We had a great time with the kids. The bumps on the road were a bit to high for our fully packed family car. Cleaning could have been a bit better. Overall everything was clean but we found a very big dirty underwear in the closet and a bullet cast in the basket in the living room? In the bathroom there were black footprints on the floor. It's just the first impression of the house that sets the tone which is unnecessary because further everything is clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was a bigger boiling pan for pasta/patatoes etc. And maybe add some tiles behind the hob or use paint to that you can clean? We made chipolatas and they splash around. I tried the clean the wall immediately but it didn't come of (only the paint so I stopped). Last point of improvement: a voodoo poster with a skull is TOTALLY inappropriate for a kids bedroom. Why oh why?? We needed to have a conversation with our kids (mum, what is voodoo? Why is there a skull?) that we had loved to miss. In the end the things we loved, which are a lot: the beds with comfy bedding and matching hot water bottle, fluffy towels and bathrobes (even for the kids) with a great scent, modern kitchen utensils and all the windows with daylight. The location is great for walks. In the end we had a great time and it was sad to leave. I a little time when all grass and the trees are grown it will even more be a gem hidden in the forest.
