Lovingly restored in its original Georgian style, Estate Cottage lies at the heart of the 300 acre Worstead Park. As the name suggests, the cottage was once the home of the estate’s head gardener and lies in prime position, a stone’s throw from the site of the former Worstead House and opposite our beautiful wedding venue.

The house is fantastic , but what really sets it apart is the estate , staying in a woodland estate with an abundance of woodland, wildlife,walking trails was amazing ,

The estates staff went over and above to help us and make sure we had a good stay

Def would book again

A fantastic house set in lovely grounds with plenty of walks and gorgeous views. Secluded with no light or noise issues, a great setting to explore the Broads and Norfolk coastline.

The property is well equipped and very comfortable to live in for a week. The hot tub is nice to relax in at night, watching the stars and listening to the owls.

The cottage was lovely, cozy clean and well equipped. The setting was fabulous and very secluded. The garden was huge and very dog friendly. The hot tub and the games room were great! Easy to get to the coast and the Broads. We loved it and would definitely recommend it to others.



Absolutely wonderful stay at Estate Cottage we can’t wait to go back again.

We can’t really fault estate cottage at all, just a few suggestions 1) hot tub would be better
being closer to the property or having stepping stones across the lawn to it, 2) a larger tv maybe on the wall in the lounge would be nice and the two smaller ones put in the bedrooms, 3) lights on at night opposite property, the ones to the car park were lit but not ones opp property so pitch black and
quite scary at night, other than that the cottage was beautiful everything there you need in wonderful surroundings, would love to come

We visited for 3 nights over new Year's Eve. 3 couples with 2 dogs. The cottage is a real delight. Hot tub under the stars was perfect with such little light pollution. Walks across the estate were loved by us all and truly explored by the pups!! Absolute gem of a place. We hope to come back soon.

A lovely and peaceful location a short drive from the coast.

The property itself was clean and cosy. The games room was perfect to entertain the children on one of the wet days and the enclosed walled garden kept the dog happy and safe.

Three of us (plus two dogs) stayed here for four nights in October, and were truly glad we chose this cottage. Aside from it being quiet and peaceful, and out of the way, the cottage itself is beautiful. It has been decorated stylishly throughout, and the furniture is all comfortable. Booking was a breeze, and contact with the manager was very easy and friendly throughout. Can’t tell you how lovely it was to sit in the hot tub in October and just soak away the stress of non-Worstead life!

Memorable family holiday in a peaceful estate with so much to do. The cottage is beautiful with an enclosed garden and games room, perfect for when you want to stay close and entertain family, kids or dogs but close to stunning villages and towns or activities like Dilham canoeing, boats on the broads from Wroxham, Bewilderwood, etc offering so much to do and memory making.
Charlotte and Rachel were very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Thank you.

Beautiful Cottage in a peaceful location. Everything you need to have a fun and relaxed break. Beds are extremely comfortable , bathrooms are of a high standard . Hot Tub and games room means there is plenty to do even if the weather isn’t great . The Garden is fantastic for dogs, it’s completely enclosed so dog owners can just relax. A lovely time was has by all , would definitely return .

The Estate Cottage lived up to all our expectations. The property itself was stunning set in the back drop of such a peaceful woodland environment which was perfect for walking the dog in the morning. The cottage was warm and cosy and the added extras of the games room and the hot tub really added to our stay. Communication between the Estate Team was very easy and all the information beforehand made our trip feel so easy. Even though the location was quite remote we were only 15-20 minutes away from the coast. Thank you for a wonderful short break.
