Nestled in the heart of peaceful South East Cornwall countryside amongst the rolling hills of Medieval Farmland is East Trenean Farm. Our south facing 17th Century Farm with grade II listed Barn Conversions offers 4 Luxury Self Catering Holiday Cottages. We are set in 10 acres overlooking the Ancient Woodland and County Wildlife Site of Seaton Valley, with views to the sea beyond. The farm is a peaceful rural haven with open countryside, wildlife and ‘big skies’ to enjoy.
We have stayed at Linhay several times now and it never fails to disappoint. The accommodation is first class, luxurious, well equipped, comfortable and immaculately clean. Owners Graham and Jane, are fantastic hosts, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. They do their utmost to ensure that your stay is as perfect as possible. We would highly recommend.
A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Very comfortable, well equipped and luxurious. Everything was provided that they said would be and in excellent condition and very clean.
The hot tub was lovely. Clean, easy to use and plastic glasses provided in the kitchen. We watched the sheep and birds in the fields from the hot tub each evening.

We have just had a wonderful week staying at the Water Mill cottage
The property is kept immaculately by Graham and Jane and the hot tub was perfect and just the thing after doing a day of Coastal Walks.
Along with an easy to light log burner the cottage had everything we needed and Graham and Jane are very generous with shower toiletries, logs, coffee pods etc
The location is great for visiting the Eden Project and the National Trust properties locally.
The coastal walks are only a 10 min drive away at Looe and Seaton.
The eggs from the farm are an added bonus.

The bedrooms were spacious and bright with big comfy beds. And the bathrooms were good, including an ...more
