A group of four holiday cottages on a grade II listed farm, awarded Five and Four Star Gold, can accommodate up to 20 guests. The Corn Barn in combination with other cottages can sleep 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 guests plus 5 infant in cots, has a large kitchen for catering and dining space for 20, so all can gather together. Each cottage has a luxury hot tub, cosy log burner or fire and private enclosed garden with BBQ. The cottages are well equipped and all bedrooms can be arranged as twin or large doubles rooms. The 3 larger cottages are ideal for families and friends to get together and the Linhay is a spacious luxury cottage just for two. All with numerous attractions and activities locally, families, cyclists and walkers welcomed, lockable storage, EV charging and a play area for children.

This was a venue that had everything: stunning views, beautifully decorated cottages which were comfortable, extremely well equipped and completely 5 star. The owners were kind, considerate and very friendly. They should be so proud of this holiday venue as it is superb. The weekend was one we will never forget. It couldnt have been more perfect to bring together 2 families and special friends to celebrate a wedding that will forever be a precious memory to each one of us. We will definitely come back

We booked the entire property for 18 family members, including 8 grandchildren ranging from 2 - 11 years old, to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had hoped the accommodation would work for us - in the end it far exceeded all expectations, and we had a fabulous week, even though the weather might have been kinder. The properties are beautifully furnished and appointed, each family unit having their own space to retire to for a bit of peace & quiet - very welcome at times! We used the bigger house (The Corn Barn) as a main base, as it was plenty big enough to host all of us for family meals.
The hot tubs were absolutely brilliant, and the family enjoyed impromptu World Cup football games most evenings in the large play area.
Graham and Jane have thought of absolutely everything that you might require to make your stay comfortable. Their recommendation of outside caterers was also excellent for my birthday dinner - thank you both.
We recommend without reservation - you will not be disappointed.

Great place for relaxing and ideal for kids, very clean . The owner live there !!!

Clean and well-equipped, the only issue is that the owner lives on-site, and neighbors are located nearby, leading to restrictions on noise levels.

Pleased to hear that you enjoyed relaxing and found the cottages both clean and well equipped. The fact that we live on site is in all our correspondence and on our website. We would like to point out that over occupancy of the cottages is a breach of the T& C's you agreed to, creates high noise levels and puts peoples safety at risk. If you book planning to bring twice as many guests as the cottages can occupy, yes you will get found out! Our site is well equipped, spacious and comfortable for groups of up to 20 plus 5 infants. Groups for special occasions and holidays together are very welcome.
