This is our third stay at Cherry Garth because it serves our needs in terms of comfort location and it is also near to Keswick Cottages if we have any issues, which we rarely have. We hope to be returning again next year.

The property is large and easily sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. It’s centrally located and it’s very easy to park on the drive and in the street; which is a bonus in Keswick.
The garden area is fully enclosed and has a lovely patio table and chairs.
It is well equipped and comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again.

Cherry Garth provides modern facilities in an excellent location across road from Fitz Park and bus stop plus 5 min walk into Keswick. Parking a great bonus in a busy area too. Lovely garden with great outdoor furniture fully enclosed for dogs.
Some minor issues - the iPad needs to be updated with simple clear instructions on how to use heating, cooker etc
I would suggest some cleaning materials should be provided in kitchen & bathrooms and more than 3 dishwasher tablets for a week.
Seating in lounge & front step into property not suitable for elderly people.
Keswick Cottages staff are excellent and offer a personal service “second to none “ and I would highly recommend using this Company for all your holidays

Good service, good kitchen, comfortable beds, good space. Can let dog into garden without them getting out. Just about space for 1 car but space in the roads around for the others.

Spacious property in a great location with parking space and garden. Nice to find good quality kitchen equipment and crockery (which is not always the case in other properties). The new welcome tablet was not much use. It provided basic mostly generic information- it could be very useful if it had a search function and more depth of information. However it did not spoil our stay which was very enjoyable

We have just returned from a lovely break in Keswick. Cherry Garth was ideally situated as it was close to Fitz park which was ideal for walking our dog. It was also really handy for accessing the town too. The house was spacious and very comfortable and the enclosed garden was perfect for dog.

Lovely cottage, four large bedrooms, very well equipped, a luxury home. Kitchen was like home with a very clever pull out worktop for extra food preparation space. Also kept the kids away from the cook! Ideal garden, wasn't sure I'd like fake grass but it meant kids stayed clean and could move seamlessly from house to garden. Dog liked it too! Keswick is a beautiful place. Cottage located near Fitz Park and town so perfect. Everything we needed within walking distance. Didn't move car all week. Definitely recommend. We would go back.

We booked this again as it's very convenient for town and parks.
The cottage is ideal having two ensuits and a family bathroom, a nice south facing garden with furniture.
Seating in lounge could be improved, sofers are good but little chairs uncomfortable for family of eight.
Would recommend booking through Keswick Cottages as they are so good at what they do.

We booked Cherry Garth because of the amount of bedrooms and that some were downstairs. We all had a great week as we have been holidaying in Keswick for many years and found the place very clean apart from the cushions on the chairs at the window as they were covered in dog hair. The tumbler dryer didn't work very well as it kept stopping after about a minute. The only other issue we had was that there was never any hot water when we needed it as the boiler pressure kept falling low and we were having to reset every time we needed hot water. Despite the few issues we would stay here again.

We were really pleased with our stay at Cherry Garth. A very modern, clean and comfortable property with secure outdoor space for our small dog. Very near to Fitz Park which is a bonus if you have a dog or children. Issues with parking, but that is only because of inconsiderate bad parking by others. On street parking was at a premium and some people consistently parked over the white lines making manoeuvring in and out of the cottage space very tricky. We had an issue with heating but staff at Keswick Cottages dealt with it quickly, even visiting personally to see if they could sort it for us. Useful utility room (finally found the freezer in there). A really good experience dealing with Keswick Cottages. We liked the smaller, friendly company giving good customer service and would highly recommend booking through them. Small thing to mention if being picky would be crockery provided. I honestly have never seen such small bowls. It was a struggle to fit in weetabix. No larger bowls for pasta or soup. We had soup out of a Pyrex jug! All in all a great place to stay, very near the park and town centre.

This was a special holiday for us to celebrate a milestone birthday. We chose Cherry Garth because we have stayed there several times before and know that it is an excellent property. Only downside for us was that previously we have been able to book on a reduced occupancy basis and so, as this wasn't available this time, the property was too big for 2 people and 2 dogs and therefore expensive for us. That said we had a wonderful time at a wonderful property.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Cherry Garth in December. The house is comfortable and facilities are perfect for people who are there to walk as we were. The location was central and very convenient for us in terms of Fitz Park and other places where we wanted to walk. Overall we had a very comfortable stay at Cherry Garth in terms of space, cleanliness and its appropriateness for our family reunion. It was cosy and it was straightforward to regulate tbe temperature when necessary. When we had a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay we were impressed with how promptly they were dealt with.Location was also ideal. The property was spotless; excellent facilities and completely safe for our four legged companions. Also the bonus of off road parking outside the property which is 2mins from Fitz park and 5mins from the town centre. We would definitely rebook this property with Keswick Cottages.

Keswick has a lot to offer. Cherry Garth is right in there. The accomodation is clean, warm, very spacious and very well equiped. Our first break in a very long time which we thoroughly enjoyed. We felt at home. Thanks Keswick Cottages for making the whole process of booking. checking in and out an easy no fuss experience. Would love to repeat this short holiday.

Keswick cottage never disappoint with their standard of accommodation on their books and once more this fabulous home met all our expectations.

Comfortable and yet spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and dogs with us all being in each others space. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for us all and serve up a lovely meal at the large dining table.

I’m sure anyone who stays here will be more than delighted.

Cherry Garth is a lovely property. Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Great property for my grown up family to share, with two en-suite rooms as well as family bathroom. Good utility room & garden ideal for dog owners, which was a bonus as a lot of properties we have previously been to have none or limited area to let them out. Similarly good to to have a parking spaces, one dedicated space, also parked across our own driveway to create another, as roads in that area are very busy.
Great location for walking in to town.
Pity we didn’t have the best weather this time but still got out walking every day and it was nice to come back to dry off and chill out in such a lovely property.

Excellent accommodation only a few minutes walk to the park and central Keswick with parking and fantastic enclosed garden. All rooms are furnished to a very high standard with a beautiful fitted kitchen and very useful utility room that was perfect for our four legged friends to sleep and relax in ( the underfloor heating was wonderful). This was our first Christmas away from home and I only wished we had booked and stayed till New Year. We will definitely book again, thank you Keswick Cottages.

Lovely stay at Cherry Garth. Great location. Cottage had everything we needed including safe garden for our Grandson.

Cherry Garth ia in a great location to acceas the towm, beautifully furnished and decorated. Great bonus having am outdoor space too. Would highly recommend.

Excellent all round. Only real problem was difficulty parking as Greta Street is a bit of a rat run.

Lovely cottage, very well appointed very clean, small car park. The lounge cum dining area was large and airy, good sized bedrooms.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to pubs, restaurants & shops, lots of walking & cycling. The cottage is absolutely stunning, great for families having 2 en-suites & a main bathroom. We managed to store 4 adult bikes in the utility room. It's very high spec, spotlessly clean with lots of lovely touches. Would definitely recommend.

Cherry Garth is a lovely house decorated and furnished to a high standard. The location is superb, only a few minutes walk into Keswick and very close to the park which was great for walking the dog in the evening. Keswick is our favourite town in the lake district and we will definitely book this property again when we return to Keswick.

Cherry Garth is a spacious, beautifully furnished property which we would highly recommend. The central location is within walking distance to the town centre and the lovely Fitz Park, which was excellent for the children and the dog!
The property itself had everything we needed, including a washer, dryer and washing line (great following some muddy wet walks) which some self catering properties don’t have. The decor is really fresh and it’s clear it’s kept to a high standard in terms of cleanliness.
The enclosed garden ensures the children and dog could play outside without the worry of escapee’s!
The customer service was also excellent, plenty of communication via email, with friendly and prompt staff answering any question we had.
Overall we were really pleased with our stay, we couldn’t fault it. The property is perfect for what we wanted. We would definitely book again.
