The accommodations are fabulous. Clean and cosy. Exactly what the pictures show. Each room has a different design. The beds are very comfortable. Anything needed is provided. Surrounding is beautiful. Hot tub clean with perfect temperature. Thank you to keswick estate agent for your service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5 star accommodation. Can only highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic last minute stay at Red Robin when our camping trip was cancelled due to weather. Excellent location and house had everything you could need. Kitchen extremely well equipped and spacious living room and bedrooms. The log burner was a dream. Will definitely be returning. Great service from Keswick Cottages too, staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had a lovely stay at Lydia’s River Cottage. The cottage was very welcoming with all the amenities and a lovely garden over looking the river. It was ideally located with a 10 minute walk into Keswick where there are variety of places to eat and market on Thursday. There are plenty of places to walk, including Derwent Lake and good bus routes to Ullswater and a 60 minute drive to Scarfel pike.This was our first visit to Keswick, we packed in a lot in a few days and would return to stay, I would highly recommend Lydia’s Cottage.
Fell View is a beautiful, pristine cottage. Everything is high end from the crockery to the bedding. It is extremely comfortable and homely. The location is great, a 20 minute walk into Keswick for supplies, pubs, restaurants etc. I would definitely stay again. I have to give a shout out to Keswick Cottages who were brilliant. We had a small issue that needed sorting. They answer the phone every time (a real person!) and got back to us with a solution quickly. I would book through Keswick Cottages again next year as I also like that they are local.
We have stayed in Keswick many times and we were delighted to be able to book this newly renovated cottage. It certainly has the Wow factor with its stylish design, also private good sized parking which is always a bonus. The cottage is very well equipped and has a pretty outside area which meant we could eat outside when the weather was good. It is also within a couple of minutes walk from the high street with its ample pubs, restaurants and shops so after a days walking in the fells you can just wander out for a meal. We will definitely be returning.
A lovely cottage to stay in. Very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook during your stay and lots of plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery etc. The cottage was very clean and spacious. Excellent location, only a short walk into the centre of Keswick. Everything was good, just as described on Keswick Cottages website.
We have just returned from a lovely break in Keswick. Cherry Garth was ideally situated as it was close to Fitz park which was ideal for walking our dog. It was also really handy for accessing the town too. The house was spacious and very comfortable and the enclosed garden was perfect for dog.

Very comfortable holiday cottage. Location is ideal being close to the centre of Keswick and Booths supermarket. Having 2 car parking spaces was ideal for us and the furnishings are to a high standard. All in all, a perfect place to stay and very close to the Keswick Convention site. 11 out of 10 would be our rating which I think says a lot.
Lord's Seat came highly recommended and still managed to exceed our expectations. It is a wonderful space with excellent views from everywhere - including the bathroom! We especially enjoyed sitting in the bay window, enjoying the view - you can just about see the lake from there. The common garden is also beautiful. The accommodation was spotless though it would be nice to have some kind of insect netting on the windows as we found it impossible to open windows in the evening without letting in a host of insects. We enjoyed our holiday here. The bungalow is in a peaceful location with lovely views of the surrounding hills. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The conservatory and large back garden are an additional attraction. We would book again.
Ideal central location for a short stay in Keswick. Once parked up I didn’t need to move the car as there was plenty of walks from the town. Lovely 1 bed, modern fully kitted kitchen and up to date shower room. Lovely touch of a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk & biscuits plus a pack with washing up essentials. Not suitable for anyone that can’t manage stairs as one set straight up from the front door and another up to the bedroom. Being so central you have to accept they will be some late night noise from people leaving pubs and early morning from delivery’s to local businesses. Not a prob...more
We have stayed in Felltops previously, but prefer Coledale as fewer steps to the flat. Lovely flat with excellent facilities and welcome touches like the blackout blinds that help sleep with little ones in the summer. Ideal location near Booths and the bus stop and a quiet area.
We travelled with our son and his girlfriend and my mother (80) and her partner (86). We were slightly worried about the stairs up to the first floor property but they were fine. The accommodation was very spacious and in a great location. Having two car park spaces was a plus. Everything was spotlessly clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. The TV’s in the bedrooms were great, given we were three couples, it was handy when people wanted to watch different things. This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and won’t be the last. The apartment is home from home, very comfortably sleeps four. The two double bedrooms are very spacious and beds are so comfortable. Only issue is their is a lot of stairs up to the apartment certainly not suitable for the infirm. Customer service from Keswick cottages was outstanding, after I left my bag after checking out nothing was a problem to get it returned.
Loved our stay at this 3 story house. Ideal location near to town & Fitz Park. Wonderful views from the windows to the fells. New smart TV. The garage is a bonus. Our Kuga fitted with plenty of room. Comfortable beds & luxury bedding. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.
Skiddaw Skies has a great location being within very close walking distance of shops, restaurants, the food coop, and even hiking trails. We were able to walk to several of the trails right from the front door. The rooms are cozy (but not small), and the lounge is full of books, games and DVD's for all ages. The kitchen is modern and stylish.
The cottage is in a very quiet beautiful setting with well manicured lawns very scenic views and ample parking spaces. The cottage is very spacious with a large lounge and kitchen which has an adjoining outdoor dining area. Every utensil required is available Two double bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Two lovely bathrooms with superb showers and quality bath towels. I don’t normally give such high praise but our stay was faultless. My partner and I will definitely be returning here in the future.
We had a wonderful week in Bridge House. It's in a great position, it has everything you need for a family holiday. The house is old with wooden beams but beautifully decorated throughout and very comfortable. The garden is an added bonus especially as the weather was so good! The main road outside does provide some noise but we didn't find it much of a problem. Communication with Keswick Cottages was clear and efficient before and after our stay. We will definitely be returning!
The Three Peaks Cottage was amazing. The location was great, and the cottage was beautiful. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and one child - everything we needed. The view from the upper patio was lovely. All together a wonderful stay — would highly recommend it to others.
Another fabulous week in this cottage, has everything we need and perfect location, Grandkids enjoyed playing in the garden weather permitting and hoping to return next year.
Having stayed elsewhere in Keswick over many years gone by, I can honestly say that the Bridge House complex is first class providing all round quality - no complaints at all.
We had a lovely week at Causey View. The cottage was a good size and had all the amenities we required over our break. We didn’t use the washing machine, but it was a great bonus to know it was there if we needed it. The beds were very comfortable and we had no issues at all with the accommodation. The surroundings are beautiful and there are some really lovely local walks which were detailed in the information booklet at the property; it was very helpful to have this information provided! Daisy Cottage was all that we might have asked of it. It's central location made it ideal for all that Keswick has to offer, yet only a short distance from buses travelling all over the lakes. The small parking place was an additional bonus. The only negative comments I would make would be that some additional cutlery and crockery would be helpful, and that some steps would help those of us of smaller statue to reach the top shelves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would certainly repeat the experience.
Stayed 4 nights in Ellergill, 6 adults & 3 kids. Perfectly located in the heart of Keswick with parking for our 3 cars. It had everything you needed for a family break all the rooms were clean and spacious. The weather gods weren't kind to us so we couldn't utilise the outside space. Any little queries we had were dealt with by the ladies in the office. All in all a good place to stay, would use again..
My family very much enjoyed our week in beautiful Keswick staying at the Bridge House apartment 2. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with the added bonus of two parking spaces. The location is wonderful for accessing all that Keswick has to offer and there are 2 supermarkets within a couple of minutes for any necessary shopping. There is some road noise, audible from the apartment but the convenience and comfort of the apartment, with it's proximity to shops, restaurants and activities far outweigh the rumble of some cars. Excellent location, easily accessible to Keswick by foot or bus, but quiet. Space for 3 small cars on the drive was useful. It was very well presented and equipped, and had comfortable beds, (an important thing for our family!), only negative was the cost, as it felt a little expensive in comparison to similar sized properties in Northern Lakes, but understand it is the height of the season.
We had a great week in this beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped home. We would recommend this property as a base for exploring Keswick.

We have stayed a this apartment a few times and it is very comfortable beautifully maintained. Having the small outside space with table and chairs is great. Would certainly stay again.
Location of the cottage was perfect for us, walking distance to a number of wainwrights and of Keswick (around 20 minutes) to get food afterwards! Cottage was well equipped and extremely tidy, but watch your head on the low beams! There are a couple of things that could have improved the stay, firstly the Wi-Fi is so slow it barely works so don’t plan on being able to do any work etc. whilst away. We had a wonderful week in the Lake District. Braithwaite is ideally located for accessing the northern Lakes. Rock Lynn is a very comfortable home with walks into the hills from the front door. It is well equipped with a lovely outdoor space and views. There are also some very good eateries within walking distance. It is close to the Keswick bypass so you can avoid the busy centre of Keswick. The Winlatter Forest activity centre is also very close with walks and mountain biking.
We loved everything about the accommodation. Very spacious with all amenities we needed including a very big well equipped kitchen. Slightly further out of the town centre than we usually stay, however this gave us a very pleasant walk along the Keswick/ Threlkeld trail into Keswick each day, plus there is a Spar only a few minutes walk away for essentials. Highly recommended.
Everything was as it should be. The house was very clean and warm. Cooking equipment was a very high quality. Excellent location for restaurants and walking. No complaints here. Looking forward to staying again.
Bridge Mews provides dog-friendly accommodation in a great location in the centre of Keswick, just a few minutes walk to Booths supermarket and the bus station. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The shared lawned garden space and terrace were a great plus as well as the allocated parking. Keswick Cottages were very responsive to my queries before arrival. Hope to stay again soon in better weather!
Braithwaite is a very pleasant, picturesque village on the bus route to Keswick , as well as other walking destinations. If I could put it in my pocket and take it home, I would. The village shop is very useful and the owner kindly offered to open it up for us after it was closed when we arrived after an eleven- hour drive.(Warm croissants , fresh bread ( both baked on site ) and milk , fresh orange juice etc.or you can buy brunch there.) Glenn Cottage is an outstanding property. Recently renovated, the cottage has been finished to a very high standard. The owner / renovator has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, for example, night lights that click on if you get up in the night, outdoor lights to highlight the garden, black out blinds, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Great 2 bed house with enclosed front yard, 100 yards from the main street. Central location and also close to park and river greta. Great for dog walks and property easy and quick to centrally heat when needed
We had a great week at Grandy Nook. The central location was brilliant and the views and weather were fantastic during our stay. It's very spacious and comfortable. We had a few issues which weren't ideal: One of the 2 blinds in the bedroom was half open and would neither open nor close The shaver socket in the bathroom didn't work so we couldn't charge our toothbrushes There were bits of crisps in some of the bins and on the floor and in one of the kitchen drawers when we arrived and a peanut on the living room floor and the dining table mats had sticky stuff on them, so it didn't feel ver...more
We very much enjoyed our stay at Tithe cottage, it was in an excellent location with all amenities handy in the centre of Keswick. The cottage itself is perfect for a couple, the owners have thought of everything to make you feel welcome and at home, we had an excellent sleep in the bed probably one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time, we would highly recommend the cottage and and area and hope to return soon.
Despite terrible weather, we enjoyed a week at this cottage. It was in a convenient location, just a short walk to the town centre and the lake. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped with central heating to dry out after the rain! Nice green space outside with lots of birds including a pheasant.
This was the second time I’ve stayed at Tawny Cottage and have enjoyed both stays. The cottage is very clean and spacious and had two parking spaces which is a bonus in this area. Highly recommend this cottage.
Had a fantastic weekend staying at Acorn Cottage very convenient for access to Keswick and no problem with parking. Cottage was really clean and the little packs of bits and pieces were a nice touch.
Our 6th visit to Millside Cottage, that has become a "home from home" for us in this lovely spot. So many walks from the door without the need to use the car. Bonus of private off road parking. Village shop 5 doors away, with good selection of provisions fresh bread, cakes, ice cream and cafe. Great to see it thriving. Coledale Inn just short of 200 yards away. Dog friendly. Good food, fantastic views from beer garden. Looking forward to returning next year.
A very comfortable and well furnished ground floor apartment, situated very close to Keswick town centre and all local amenities.
No loo roll on arrival which after a long drive more important than a box of biscuits , flat door not secure enough lots of movement in door when locked , toilet seat loose all little things that can be rectified easily , be aware your deposit won’t be returned when you leave they keep it for 10 days after which I find utterly wrong , that said place is clean tidy good location great for a couples short break right in the centre pubs , restaurants & parks all well within walking & it has a parking space which in Keswick is a god send & I probably would stay there again.

Comfortable property. Lovely views from bedrooms in a quiet area Close to the Threlkeld to Keswick railway path. We did have a car but also used the bus service from Threlkeld into Keswick.
This is the second year in a row we have booked rose bank cottage lovely cottage in a lovely part of the Lake District.
Second time staying at Elm Cottage. Great location, couple of minutes walk into Main Street but very quiet. Added bonus of having allocated parking. Cottage itself comfortable and no issues.
Better information needed regarding parking. Noisy plumbing. Showers seems to be limited one only at once. Good size family room and eating area. TV in all rooms.
Third time we have stayed in Apartment 3, very comfortable and well equipped apartment just off the centre of Keswick. Parking for two cars which is a major bonus and lots tables in a private garden to enjoy the sunshine (if you are lucky!) Exceptionally clean throughout and comfortable beds, the road noise is a pain but not unbearable, it starts around 0530 so something to consider for light sleepers. Keswick Cottages are very helpful and friendly if you have any issues or problems.
Well positioned and appointed cottage. Sofa could be a little more comfortable. Oven could be more user friendly! Parking a nightmare if more than a few cars are present and you’ve managed to dodge all the bins in the forecourt, but otherwise fab stay. Excellent location for central Keswick and rest of lakes.
Just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick and 15 from the amazing Derwent water; we found Byways to be the perfect base for our 4 night stay.
Lovely apartment in a great location. Warm and clean. Everything needed, included. The only grumble was the shower. It was a poor pressure and kept going hot and cold. We realise it runs off the electric, but that is the only thing I would change.
We had a great stay in Birchgate. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Parking our van in the drive was a bit tight but we managed. Definitely don't follow sat nav for the property details as it took us up a very small narrow drive, follow the instructions from the email! The only negative we would say would be the lack of bootroom/utility. Being the lakes it was wet and having a room to enter first with wet clothes, shoes and dog would be a bonus! But all in all it was a fabulous place to stay.
We had a great stay here for our week at the Keswick convention. The house had all the essentials and Keswick cottages were very helpful with any problems. We would have loved an outdoor area (the balcony was not very appropriate for the little ones). It was wonderfully central, very clean and had comfy beds. We felt it was very expensive for what it was but no more so than everywhere in Keswick in the summer holidays.

This flat, whilst obviously well used, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay in Keswick. The little welcome kitchen and tea packs were a nice touch. The location couldn't have been better. We could walk to everywhere from the flat which also had a handy off road parking spot. The information from Keswick Cottages was spot on and there was a handy tablet packed with information for our stay. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
Crandy Nook is a lovely place to stay - warm, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the beds hadn't been made up on arrival but after a quick phone call they sorted it within 10 minutes. Pillows could be a little comfier but that's just personal preference. Great location and parking permits were very handy. Highly recommend.

A lot of noise behind from Booths getting deliveries at 6.30 in the morning. one improvement I'd suggest would be to remove the frosted film from the window so there is a view and have blinds instead for privacy at night.
After a terrible start to our holiday when another company double booked us and we had to find a new property, we couldn’t have been happier with Stickle Tarn and Keswick Cottages. Communication was excellent, the property spacious, clean, perfectly located and reasonably priced. We couldn’t thank you enough for saving our holiday.
Our family had a great week, kept warm and relaxed, enjoyed the location and made the most of the local walking opportunities. Trips to Keswick for essentials or just mooching, and the women had a fine spa session at Lodore Falls. Our spaniel had such a great time in the woods, up the hills, and in the waters of Derwentwater Lucy convinced me to join her in lake dipping, which we did several times through the week … cold!! We loved the space in the cottage, and the chance to be apart within the many “quiet spots” inside the cottage
