Stayed here with my family last week and loved the accommodation which is a two minute walk to the Town centre and a five minute walk to Derwentwater. Really clean and well equipped and a bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch.Parking is great with two spaces and communication from Keswick Cottages is professional and friendly especially Jessica.
The only slight downside is the poor water pressure so we couldn't use any taps or the toilet while we having a shower as it affected the temperature drastically from freezing cold to extremely hot.Beds are on the hard side but there are mattress toppers which we used and they did make a difference.
We would return in a heartbeat 9/10.
Would be 10/10 with better water pressure.

We travelled with our son and his girlfriend and my mother (80) and her partner (86). We were slightly worried about the stairs up to the first floor property but they were fine. The accommodation was very spacious and in a great location. Having two car park spaces was a plus. Everything was spotlessly clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. The TV’s in the bedrooms were great, given we were three couples, it was handy when people wanted to watch different things. The only negative was the shower in the family bathroom which had very low pressure and the temperature changed from hot to cold randomly. Overall this accommodation was excellent and we would recommend it and use it again. Thank you for the Prosecco on arrival, a nice touch!

Some of the kitchen equipment was not clean and two of our party found the cooking smells from the restaurant below were troublesome. For this reason I would hesitate to give an outright recommendation

Had a great time in keswick, the apartment is in fantastic position for town centre aswell as walk to the lake .
It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend
The management company (Keswick cottages) were brilliant with a problem that arose in the flat
They were quick to respond and kept us informed all the way

Fantastic location , great layout , great decor apart from the strange fox teddies doing the splits over the door frames!!! It was our 25th wedding anniversary so we splashed the cash on this one. For the price of the 2 nights we stayed we expected the shower and fridge to be amazing but sadly they let the apartment down. The fridge was making some strange noise the whole time and it was barely keeping things cool, the shower looked amazing but in reality it was poor water pressure,. The other bathroom smelled excessively of chip fat due the restaurant downstairs and the window being broke (jammed slightly open)
Overall it was an amazing place , just them niggles ironed out and it would have been perfect

As a regular guest at Park View I have nothing but good things to say. The apartment has a fresh and modern vibe and is well maintained. Great location with the bonus of parking.

Keswick has a lot to offer, some great places to eat and drink and on the doorstep of enough peaks and walks.

Looking forward to my next visit, which is already booked.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property and again everything was excellent.

We had a lovely weekend at Park View which was perfect for our needs. We have stayed in Keswick many times but this was the best location we have found and having 2 parking spaces was ideal for us. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed being close to Hope Park and the lake. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble in the evening. We would definitely come again.

See above plus two market days whilst we were there.
Easy to walk to the launches in Derwent water we crossed the lake and walked to Lingholme for superb breakfast.
Plenty of open space for the boys to run their energy off and plenty of lively eateries for the adults.
We attended a wedding at Ladore whilst we were there so it was fabulous to have parking spaces to allow us to travel to and from the venue.

The accommodation was in immaculate condition and was very well equipped to provide an excellent central Keswick short break location. We have used Keswick Cottages to provide accommodation on many occasions and as usual their service and the apartment were of the very highest standard. This time our group was two couples and our grand-daughter. The layout of the apartment enabled us to have private space with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms being excellent in preventing our occupation feeling crowded. Facilities were very good and the furniture comfortable. The availability of two free private parking spaces on the property in central Keswick was an absolute joy making coming and going over the break exceptionally easy. The only draw back to the property is the access being up a set of stairs at the rear of the building. This may not be suitable for anyone who has mobility difficulties, you do need to be able to climb a flight of stairs up to the first floor location.

An excellent property for a multi generational holiday. Spacious, well- equipped and clean. Perfect position for access to town and lake and for wider exploration of Lake District. Very good location for walks of various levels. Parking for 2 vehicles a real bonus. Any problems dealt with speedily by Keswick Cottages. This was a very nice unit in the heart of Keswick. A short lovely walk through the park to the lake or to the market area. Keswick Cottages was very helpful and easy to work with leading up to our trip. Would gladly stay here or at another of their units again in the future.

Park View is a light, well equipped apartment in a convenient location, close to the centre of the town and within easy reach of the park and lake. On-site parking for 2 cars was much appreciated.

This flat is in the perfect location to explore Keswick and the surrounding area. You can leave the car, in the assigned free space you get with the flat, in the centre of Keswick, and walk into the town, Booths and the lake so easily. Despite being so central it was peaceful, tucked in the corner end of a side street. We loved it. And the flat was so comfortable and clean. Great beds and sofas and everything you need in the kitchen. We had a 80+ grandparent staying with our family and it was ideal for him too. So works for mixed ages. We would definitely recommend to family and friends and would use again if we return to Keswick. Also to note is that Keswick is a gem, such a lovely market town, with great shops and places to eat. And only 20 mins in the car to go up Scarfell Pike.

Again a lovely stay here as always .
Slight problem with light in lounge when we arrived , sorted out by staff at Keswick Cottages straight away.
One tiny complaint , only one toilet roll in each bathroom , should have been spares.
Also a bit like party central on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon from the bar below but stopped by 9.30 on Saturday and 6 on Sunday .
We love this apartment however and it has recently been upgraded beautifully with a tv in each room …. Necessary with children!

We had a great week at Park View (despite the weather!). Good central location. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-equipped apartment. Staff at Keswick Cottages were excellent - we had a problem with the toaster and they sent someone round within the hour to fix!
Only downside for us was that being above a busy restaurant, we felt it was pretty noisy early morning with deliveries and late in the evening after closing time.

The apartment was of the highest standard and ideally situated. All the rooms were spotless and the kitchen was extremely well kitted out.
As Keswick is a well known walking area, having a utility room with a washing machine was a great bonus and there was also other cleaning materials that could be used.
All contact with Keswick cottages were both helpful and informative and replies were very timely.

Cannot speak highly enough of the property and the people we dealt with.

This apartment was a great find. It is newly refurbished and everything has been done to a high standard. It has absolutely everything we needed for our holiday which was partly a walking holiday and partly just relaxation. Very well placed for everything in Keswick. It is situated above a busy and well regarded restaurant but we genuinely never heard any noise from the restaurant in the apartment, there was no noise from customers coming or going and it was always closed and quiet before 10:30pm every day.

Beds were very comfortable, towels (an additional cost item which was a surprise to me) were new and generously sized. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances clean and easy to use. The living room is great with dual aspect windows and plenty of seating. The apartment was generally very warm but the heating was more than adequate on the two evenings that we needed it. 2 allocated parking spaces are a definite bonus.

Management company were very helpful, good communication before we got to the apartment and a minor maintenance issue with the door was fixed without fuss in a very short space of time.

The access to the building is not all that welcoming as the entrance door is tucked behind the restaurant kitchens. Internal stairs and landing area were a bit cold and could do with a bit of TLC but the apartment more than made up for that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay here. The apartment was just stunning, everything was so high spec, furnishings, decor etc. just so tasteful. Linens were expensive and felt luxurious. The kitchen had everything provided, coffee maker, every utensil you needed. 4 smart TV’s Netflix plus a range of other apps. The actual location was simply perfect, a stone throw from Main St. My parents are elderly and I was concerned about their mobility as the apartment is on the first floor but the stairs were wide and had a good handrail which made it easy for them. Keswick is just a beautiful town and so quaint. This was the most amazing break and the accomodation was the absolute highlight for us. Thank you Keswick Cottages you did not let us down. ☺️

We had a lovely week stay at Park View, location superb and 2 parking spaces which were excellent for our family. We would have liked to have known about the storage huts outside to store my Mothers mobility scooter, however no information was provided for access. We could not find the bin to dispose of the rubbish and welcome and information pack was lacking as this has been replaced with a tablet. All in all a successful visit and no additional issues with the accommodation. Many thanks

Apartment is so nicely decorated, was lovely to stay somewhere that felt grander than home! Really well furnished and with everything we needed. Perfectly situated a few minutes walk from Derwent Water. Great base for walks, the town, water activities, the theatre by the lake, the cinema etc. Used Davies Taxis when we needed to get just outside town for Ghyll Scrambling with Keswick Adventures (which was fab). Was woken at 7.45am by noise of the road and the deliveries and daily recycling for the restaurant below, but don’t think we’d have noticed that if we’d closed the windows (was really hot during our visit, hence open windows!). Overall, fantastic place, would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Park View. It is furnished to a high standard and we would definitely recommend this property to others. The only suggestion for improvement we would make is to the fridge: for a property that can sleep six people, the fridge is not big enough if you are intending to self-cater for a week.

This apartment is beautifully decorated, furnished and equipped. It is very conveniently located for the town, the lake and the local countryside. The three bedrooms are all of a good size with very comfortable facilities. They are perfectly presented as is the rest of the property. The lounge is very comfortable and the double aspect windows ensure a light and airy feel throughout both the lounge and the kitchen area. The latter is very well equipped. The utility area and "boot room" are also very useful additions if you are on a walking holiday.
All of our group would be happy to use the property again and consider it good value for the facilities and convenience it provides.

A great week in Keswick. Location is ideal for town or park / lake access. Stones throw from the high street but you would need to walk past great bars and restaurants to get there. Spoilt for choice.

Property is spotless and modern. Nice layout and good sized bedrooms. Kitchen and lounge make a great living space with sunshine from dawn to dusk.

Had all four seasons in a week but loved coming home to the apartment.

We have been coming here for about 8 years now and we love it! The recent refurbishment is super and it was like coming to a new apartment. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for a weekend away. I have already rebooked for next year. The showers are much improved although you still need to take care as another gets turned on (sudden rush of freezing/boiling water)
Couple of points to make it even better:
Replace bath towels with bath sheets
Encourage FellPack restaurant to tidy up round the back of the restaurant - it might be out of sight for them but their empty kegs, pallets, debris is at the entrance to the apartment. It was never like that when it was Morrels.

Park View, Central Keswick offered everything we needed over our Christmas break. Luxury accommodation, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable sitting & dining area. We couldn't have asked for a more central location. All the booking staff were professional and prompt with all our queries.
