We were celebrating my husband's 40th and it was a great cottage, well equipped, perfectly clean, hot tub and BBQ were just what we needed. When ever we had an issue /question the team responded to us very promptly.
We are 3 sisters (and husbands) who try to book to take our children and their children away on a family break every year. We love family get togethers. We booked both properties at Unsliven and both were absolutely outstanding. Can’t think of a single thing they didn’t have. Spotlessly clean and spacious. We thought the photos were great but the properties were even better than they looked. Booked a different property with Yorkshire Premium Cottages last year as there was less of us and that was brilliant too- hence booking with them again. Honestly this property was just the best. Thank you
We were a mixed age range family group who had a brilliant stay. The accommodation is spacious , clean,comfortable and very well equipped and offered everything we needed .The children particularly enjoyed the games room and playing in the meadow while relaxing in the hot tub was a hit with the parents. Great walks from the doorstep and surrounding area. We hope to return soon.
We were a large family group of young adults and older. We rent cottages regularly and Leapings Lodge must be the highest quality one to date. Spacious and very well equipped. Hot tub always hot. High quality finish. Owners quickly responded to any queries. It was great to have the Trans Penine route literally at the top of the garden. The morning runners among us loved it. We would definitely return to this one.
Weaver’s cottage was wonderful, the rooms were prepared well and their owners were kind and responsive. The area provides many opportunities for hikes and walks, while the towns nearby have everything that you need. The road up to the house (the last stretch, really) is a little challenging given the potholes, but the house itself is beautifully maintained.
