Nestling at the edge of the Pennines and the Peak District is Unsliven Bridge Barn.
Converted from an old farm building into a luxury holiday cottage with characterful features including stone exterior, oak beams, stone arch, window seats and deep walls. The cottage is perfect for small family holidays or weekend breaks. However Unsliven Bridge Barn is not suitable for late night parties or celebrations which may create excessive noise or result in the property being mistreated. We do not allow group bookings where the majority of the guests are aged between 18-30.

The accommodation was spotless and of a high standard. It has a large open plan living area downstairs and 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs. The ability to make all beds into singles was a plus for us. The showers were excellent. We were all impressed with the location, on the edge of the town and within walking distance of the shops. A very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Driving to Unsliven again gives me such a happy feeling. As a family we love this place, we’ve stayed in all the cottages but love Unsliven because of the stream running past.
The cottages are all amazing, every detail thought about, from decor to furnishings to kitchen utensils.
We had a lovely relaxing week away from the day to day rush of work & school.
Our vizsla had a ball too, great walks on the doorstep .

This was a BIG family celebration and 17 of us stayed (spread over the Farm and the Barn). Two Beautiful properties, in gorgeous surroundings and both extremely well equipped with everything you could need. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to spend time in either of these properties. Thank You Lisa and Nick

Spent a week in this great property with our dog. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The dog loves the meadow and all the country walks on the doorstep. I love the patio overlooking the river for my morning coffee. A beautiful home from home.

We booked the barn and the farm for guests from further afield to stay in for the weekend.
It’s perfect, seriously they have thought of everything. After the first night we had loads of food I wanted to cover up but I hadn’t bought foil or cling film. No need to worry, container’s with lids were in one of the cupboards!!! Little as this seems, it’s just an example of how well equipped each property was.
The decor is perfect, underfloor heating is luxurious and everything bedroom is perfect. Our guest were amazed and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

An amazing stay at this beautiful barn conversion. The property is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need from a home from home. The location is perfect for walkers and dog lovers. Lots of stunning countryside on the doorstep. A river and meadow both on the actual property. The hosts are very welcoming and on hand to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. All in all a great stay and we will definitely be returning.



Wow, the pictures do not do this barn justice! It far outweighed our expectations!

This barn is lovely, it has so much space, everything you need? It’s in a lovely location too. The meadow was great for the dogs. We had a lovely long weekend. Everything was perfect from booking, arrival information and customer service. Thank you so much? You can be justly proud of your venues?
