Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. The location was peaceful, lovely walks in the grounds, my child particularly enjoyed bug hunting and watching the wildlife. We loved the beach and rock pooling in West Runton and a Seal watching boat trip from Morston which was amazing. Pensthorpe was also an enjoyable day and is just short distance away. Lottie was really helpful with any query or question we had. We stayed in the buttery for a week with our disabled son. The buttery is open plan, so suitable for wheelchair users. The wet room is very good. Lottie provided a profile bed and table raisers which made the stay so much easier. The location is excellent just of a main road and less than an hours drive to most places. we even did great yarmouth in less than an hour. close to Sandringham and wroxham. The fox pub in lyng recommended in the village was great wheelchair accessible and good food only a 2 minute drive. We didnt meet our host but she was only a text away if we needed a...more
Great house clean with everything needed for a weeks stay … super comfy beds .. showers were amazing .. garden enclosed and safe for our puppy … Lottie recommended us The Fox pub in the village where we had a wonderful meal and great Fish and Chips from the chippy in Lenwade … already enquired about next years stay
