Attention to detail was first class, from quality of fixtures & fittings, and furnishings, to the essential refreshments, cleaning products and toiletries. Service was professional and friendly. We didn’t need to ask any questions, but would have no hesitation reaching out because Lottie made us feel like she sincerely wanted our stay to be perfect. Even the undercover parking bay was a delight! The enclosed garden was perfect (even in October). The underfloor heating and endless hot water was a luxury. Even the cute, comfy dog bed was enjoyed by our doggo.
The buttery was very well equipped including some thoughtful extras like a flash torch that doubled as a night light. Comfortable beds, good quality bed linen and excellent showers. We were very happy with our stay. It is high tech so you will need a smart phone to easily access all the information available
My family stayed in all 3 cottages between Christmas and new year which were superb. Each cottage is self contained with their own gardens and adjoined by a court yard. All of the cottages are beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back again in the future!
