Stayed in ‘the yurt’ for 2 nights in February and had a fantastic break. Yurt and shower room were spotless and hosts could not be friendlier. Although it was cold outside the yurt, the wood burner made it warm and cosy inside and the hot tub under the stars was a delight. A 5 minute walk to the pub and Chinese takeaway was a bonus, but recommend booking in advance if you want to eat in the pub as very popular especially at weekends. Will be going back for sure.
All very clean, nice and warm. Super bed and sitting area and great kitchen. Very comfortable to stay. The village is really quiet which suited us; Supermarkets and shops a ten minute drive away and the village pub's nice, very welcoming. And you get to watch the rheas in the orchard.
Great facilities and a beautiful set-up! Really is something for everyone. From the idyllic setting, to the lovely hot tub, to the cosy vibes inside the Shepherd's hut, it ticked all boxes!
Perfect weekend break, lovely lodge, relaxing and great location. Recommended the local pub and it was great!
As a family group of 12 ranging from grandparents to teenagers we all had a most wonderful stay and would definitely return another time. Facilities provided at the barn combined with opportunities for walks, topped by a great local pub were perfect for us. Loved the hot tub and arctic cabin. Jollyoaks is an ideal barn for a large family gathering. Well appointed bedrooms/suites offering privacy, with an extensive communal space for getting together. Large very well equipped kitchen made mealtimes easy. Lots of space and entertainment in the lounge area. Outside the hot tub, sauna, bbq hut and bar area make a really useful space. Local walks from the door onto the Mendips were inspiring, and the beach is only 10 mins away. We had a great few days staying here. Thank you Jollyoaks!
Lovely and warm, very comfortable, everything we needed in the right place. Plently of dog walks and a charming village
