What a beautiful location! From the first greeting as we arrived on site, everything about the stay was welcoming and wonderful. Loved waking up to the rabbits and sheep. The local pub was excellent and lots of outdoor activities to do in the local area.
Beautiful location on a working farm with animals nearby which was lovely too see. Great set up in Lotties Lodge. The local pub serves excellent home made food, are dog friendly and in walking distance, book in advance to get a table. James was very friendly and helpful with recommending places to go. Cheddar Gorge is very pretty. Brean Downs is a lovely beach visit & also dog friendly.
The Yurt is a unique experience. It had everything you could want and more. A wood burner and electric blanket if you're staying in a cooler time of the year. Kitchen has all you need perfectly packed away. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Garden with loungers, fire pit and hot tub. It's location is quiet and peaceful.
We had an amazing stay at big oak barn for a hen do. It was clean, well equipped, and all the facilities were perfect for a hen do! Our bride loved the giant disco ball above the stairs! The sound system was perfect for a party. We stayed at the house the whole time and did all of activities there, as the house had everything we needed! James and Sharon were both extremely helpful and friendly prior to and throughout our stay. Thanks for a great stay. Perfect hen do house!
Really enjoyed our time here it is a beautiful spot and surroundings. Host was very accommodating and made stay extremely nice for us both and supplied everything we needed. 100% would stay here again.
We had the most amazing stay at The Old Dairy. Everything about this property was exceptional, from the Hot Tub, Parking, Outside Space, Inside Space, Location, Sauna, Facilities to the Staff - all fantastic. A special mention to James, he was great- helped us with our questions, gave us information on the history of the property and made us laugh.. a lot! Also, Sharon, very helpful and friendly, we couldnt have asked for more. My review doesnt do this place justice. Lovely pub within walking distance. We couldnt wait to book again for next year, here's to 2027!
We had a lovely little stay at the Cider barn It's situation in a lovely village, just a short stroll to the local pub that Had a nice atmosphere and nice food And only a short drive to Western superman, The owners were lovely, always there to help. Very friendly. The cider barn is quite small so I would say it only suits for two people and does not have a garden. We had a dog and had to use the private orchard but this meant going back and forth through the gates and car park to let our dog out for his toilet wasn't very convenient for us, also could do with updating garden furniture Ther...more
