We absolutely loved this little hut, from the moment we met Sharon for the ride to the hut, to the moment we left, we fell in love with it, (and the animals!). Lady’s Well hut was beautiful inside and out and perfect for a little bit of peace and quiet away from our busy lives. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.
Beautiful location on a working farm with animals nearby which was lovely too see. Great set up in Lotties Lodge. The local pub serves excellent home made food, are dog friendly and in walking distance, book in advance to get a table. James was very friendly and helpful with recommending places to go. Cheddar Gorge is very pretty. Brean Downs is a lovely beach visit & also dog friendly.
The Yurt is a unique experience. It had everything you could want and more. A wood burner and electric blanket if you're staying in a cooler time of the year. Kitchen has all you need perfectly packed away. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Garden with loungers, fire pit and hot tub. It's location is quiet and peaceful.
We stayed in the Jollyoaks barn conversion as a group of 11, to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The place was stunning. Well equipped, spotless, great entertainment place. Hot tub was brilliant, and the outdoor Scandinavian cabin with bbq was fantastic. Each of the bedrooms was perfect, and well equipped bathrooms and kitchen, finished to a very high standard. We hired a private chef for 1 night, who was delighted to see we had 4 ovens! James and his team were very attentive, and the area was very nice, with a great walk just out the door up into the woods, and with coastal views...more
Really enjoyed our time here it is a beautiful spot and surroundings. Host was very accommodating and made stay extremely nice for us both and supplied everything we needed. 100% would stay here again.
Firstly, I want to say we had a fabulous weekend here at The Old Dairy. I was celebrating my 60th, and the facilities were spot on and full marks to the private chef Hollie, she was fantastic. First class prebooking communication , very impressed and very happy. Check in was a bit rushed because another party had arrived at the same time, which didn't allow for queries or questions to be answered. Outside seating was lacking in comfortable chairs. Three of our group stayed here and it was ok as we were only there for sleeping and for breakfast. The rest of the time we spent with the rest of our family at BOB. Although it sleeps 3 it was better suited for a couple having just a 2 seating dining table and outdoor seating. We found it quite difficult managing the shower in the bath and the longer shower curtain would have been better if it would have been trimmed to fit better.
