We had a brilliant family break at Granary Lodge, which is extremely spacious and very well equipped for 6 adults, 2 children and a small dog. Bedrooms very spacious. Games room and hot tub very popular. Weather was fantastic and scenery amazing.

We had a fabulous weekend at the Granary. Very spacious . The games room and the hot tub was a hit. Very well equiped and spotlessly clean. We got a food delivery from Tesco which worked very well too. Would love to come back again.

We had a fantastic week with all our family and the dogs. House is amazing and spacious and very clean and they cater for everything, washing machine, tumble dryer , ironing board to name a few things. Lovely enclosed garden, very homely and warm. Just what we required to relax.
Only 2 small niggles, we couldn’t see anywhere around other than the roads through state to walk dogs, maybe our lack of observations but I know there was a note saying they are working on route maps, we were worried about going through closed gates. One other wee niggle/ sorry is the noisy pumps when water running and toilets flushed, ( through the night) given the size of property hopefully a soundproof solution can be found for this. As I say only a little gripe. We absolutely

Once again we were not disappointed. Have never stayed in the granary before. It was beautiful and comfortable. Everything you needed. We are back at drum fork later in the year. The only thing I would say about the granary, and this is being picky, the kitchen is a little tired and the oven. However. Would definitely return.

The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved staying in it but there were an extraordinary amount of flies! We tried to keep the windows and doors shut but they just multiplied. They were in every room and by the end of the weekend there were dead ones everywhere as well as flying around everywhere!
The bridge near the property was closed and the diversions were not clear. In the dark it was very difficult to find. We stopped in a local village to ask directions but no one seemed to know an alternative way. We eventually phoned the housekeeper who was very helpful. It took an extra hour of driving around country lanes in the dark. It would have been helpful to know the bridge was closed and an alternative map provided. Google maps didn’t register the closed bridge.

Every room is very spacious and plenty of everything you need. Loved the fact they had loads of provisions for us.

My only complaint was the noisy pipes especially when others showering but this woke everyone else up but it is an old property.

We had a great stay - lovely spacious accommodation and beds very comfortable.

The only slight criticism was the bathrobes that we paid extra for were not very fluffy and quite hard to wear - also the pool table is not even so although fun not very accurate play

Not long returned from a 4 night stay at The Granary with the Family and dogs. Although the weather wasn't great it did not ruin a fantastic stay at a quality accommodation. Facilities were great and a very spacious, comfortable and enjoyable premises. Games room a bonus, although the pool table desperately needs levelled lol. Would highly recommend for a family gathering and we will definitely be looking to book again. Have been to several Solid Luxury properties and they are always clean, tidy and welcoming. Great Company to deal with. Thanks!

The granary was perfect for our break. Very well equipped property and the enclosed garden was perfect for the dog to be let out without any worries.

Excellent Hot Tub, if you're into that. We aren't but two in our party loved it!

Location wise it seemed quite isolated at first but in reality only 10/15 mins from some nice pubs/shops.

Would definitely recommend and book again

The only very minor issue was the barbecue we hired was definitely on its last legs!! Time to renew I think

We stayed as a family to celebrate my sons 40th, booking and communication was easy and very good.
We had opted for the celebration package which consisted of 1 banner and 1 balloon, at a cost of £14, I consider that to be expensive, non the less appreciated.
The property itself in my opinion is tired with chips on all kitchen work tops, the fridge freezer was dented, the shower rail in the bathroom was loose. There wasn't a non slip bath mat in the bath making it difficult to bath the babies.

The accommodation is spacious, beds very comfortable and plenty storage.

The outside area could be tidier, the decking around the hot tub is rotten, the bbq has seen better days and the weeds between the slabs could have been tended to.

I would not call this property Solid Luxury but with some work it could be.
I wouldn't recommend this property in its present state.

We, as a family had a fantastic weekend. Chillin in the hot tub and just enjoying the idillic location.
We arrived on the Friday and had Indian takeaway delivered from Zaika Bistro in Bridge of Earn. It was delicious and they delivered very quickly.

We loved the location, the hot tub, the fenced in garden and enjoyed our week.
There are a few issues that need addressing; For a property that sleeps 8 the kitchen is poorly equiped and we had some issues with the range oven, dishwasher housing and crockery supplied. The only plates are either tiny bread plates or huge pasta bowl type plates, we had to go to Tesco to buy dinner plates to use during our stay. There is no steamer and not enough pans to cook meals for 8 people, or serving dishes etc. There is no pyrex or microwavable dishes to enable safely using the microwave.
We had to call the maintanance team out twice to the range oven which switched off during cooking (large oven) over temperature(small oven), the operatating panel was missing its knobs and markings which meant this could not be adjusted, time to get a new oven!!
The dishwasher was not fitted correctly and rocked forward in the carcasing while loading, maintenance fixed this. The starter in the flourescent tube when but maintanance also fixed this. The remote for TV in living room needed new batteries, should be checked by cleaners. There are signs of wear and tear in the kitchen on the units, especially the central island, and skirtings on the units that keep falling down.
The zip and link beds are large but do need mattress toppers to cover the zips and as the mattresses are quite firm, my husband and i both ended up with severely cricked Necks and backs due to the matress being too hard. However this was helped by frequent use of the hot tub.

Overall, the Granary was a lovely space to stay with the family over the festive period, with plenty of space and facilities in lovely location. There were a few minor points that could have improved our stay. 1) The pool table is not flat so all the balls end up at the edges, so not really fit for purpose. Table tennis was a lot of fun though! 2) The downstairs shower room smelt of damp. 3) Some of the curtains and rails need a litle attention. 4) There was some variablity in the mattresses, with a few being very soft, resulting in backache (that may be a personal preference for firmer mattresses mind you). 5) The fencing around the hot tub got in the way of some lovely scenary that could have been enjoyed if, for example, glass had been used to enclose the area. Again a very minor point, but a shame not to be able to lie back and enjoy the views.

As dog owners, we are appreciative of being able to holiday at a venue that welcomed 3 dogs and had an enclosed garden. The lady who came to check the hot tub alerted us to an enclosed field behind the bins that was fully enclosed and which we could exercise the dogs in, off lead. However, there was no signage to say which field was the right one, and on our first attempt, we had walked around the wrong one. Luckily we hadn't let the dogs off lead as we were later told this was a pheasant rearing field. Some signage to say which field would be safe to let dogs off in would be a fabulous addition to the signage around the place, and would, I'm sure, be a plus point for many dog owners considering this venue as a holiday destination.

We stayed at the Granary for a weekend. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Before we went we did take a run out so see where it was, and thankfully we did, as we knew in advance that it is very isolated. No shop’s within walking distance. So we knew to take everything with us. The staff we meet were very friendly.
The accommodation is very comfortable, rooms were large, warm and the beds were great. Bedding and towels were clean and in good condition. There were a mixture of showers and bath’s.
The hot tub was lovely and warm, and the staff attended to it. (Unobtrusively)
Plenty of parking for our three cars.

We had a lovey 2 day stay at the Granary. We had booked this as part of my sons 21st birthday celebrations.
The cottage was very spacious and spotlessly clean, beds were super comfy.
We made good use of the large hot tub.
There were plenty of kitchen accessories to allow us to enjoy large family meals together round the large dining table. The dishwasher door could do with upgrading.
We were disappointed with the state of the pool table as this was one of the main reasons that we booked the cottage so that we could have our own family pool tournament as part of our entertainment the table was completely off balance and no matter what we did it was impossible to get the table level. So we had to make do with wonky pool. One other suggestion would be to upgrade your speakers most people use their smart phones nowadays for music the speakers that you have required us to bring an additional cable if we had know this we would have brought one.

This property is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a four bedroom home, each bedroom is big, and beautifully set up, either as a twin or a double. There are two lovely bathrooms, with showers and a shower room downstairs. The kitchen has all you could need for your stay. It has underfloor heating, which kept us warm throughout our stay. The staff are amazing and very attentive if you have any issues or questions. I would love to go and stay there again. First class stay

If you want to get away from everything (literally) this is the best option. Amazing views, very private with absolutely no noise from other residents. Only down side i had qith my stay was the rules with dogs however I can understand these. On arrival you have kitchen essentials to help you get started with was a massive help. Would definitely stay again.

The Granary is a lovely property situated in wonderful surroundings but there were a few issues. Although these were dealt with promptly, hammering on kitchen tap and leaky bath screen, the resolutions were only a temporary fix and still caused minor inconveniences. There was also an annoying flickering light in the kitchen, we didn’t report this though. We also didn’t mention the unsecured fencing in the garden as there were no dogs staying there, something to check on though for any future doggy guests!

All in all we feel that things should have been checked, preventative maintenance would be better than your relying on guests to report problems when they’re staying there!

That said we did enjoy our stay!

This is a most stunning property, extremely spacious with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A beautiful enclosed garden that is dog friendly with bbq, patio furniture and hot tub in a tranquil setting overlooking stunning Scottish views. Downstairs comprises of very large lounge with tv and dvd (tv is basic channels) so bring dvd’s if you are wanting lots of viewing. There is a games room with pool table and table tennis; downstairs shower, separate toilet and utility room. Kitchen is very large with dining table and everything you could need. First floor there are four huge bedrooms, a toilet and shower and a bathroom with shower and wc. Ample parking to the front. If you want to be off the grid for a while this is definitely the place for you. The wi-fi is spasmodic and we found mobile reception was also random, this was excellent for us - but do bear this in mind if you are reliant on this. We ordered the bbq pack which I can highly recommend, it was of a superior quality.

I would highly recommend The Granary at Rosie Ochil and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay here. The girls loved thr hot tub. Nice location but lacked views of the countryside from the accommodation. We were just looking at a shed. Loved watching the bats come out of the roof every evening. The rooms were an excellent size, very spacious. Had trouble with the cooker as the markings were all rubbed off but we got there in the end. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday.

My friends and I stayed at the Granary for my 40th birthday. The road was closed and we were sent on a diversion which would never have taken us to the house. We made the decision to drive through the closed road and I'm glad we did.
The house was lovely, albeit a bit outdated some of the furniture however it was certainly clean. One shower did leak though which we then decided to not use any further. Overall stay was brilliant and my friends and family had a great time

The Granary is a great place to relax and recharge.

The property will easily cater for 6 to 8. Sitting in a quiet corner of the estate, you can close the door and be unaware of others around you.

The garden has a great view and is a proper suntrap from dawn to dusk.

The layout and size of house is fantastic however the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of some repair and TLC (marks on wall in downstairs bathroom, sharp peeling edging on kitchen cabinets sticking out, rust on towel rails etc). For the price I would have expected it to be in better condition although I understand businesses have had a tough couple of years. The bedrooms and lounge are really spacious and comfortable and the Christmas tree was a lovely touch. The hot tub is fantastic, very private and gorgeous views at sunset. The WiFi is not secure and pretty nonexistent, this could be greatly improved. We found dirty cups in the cupboard so maybe a check of all crockery could be done before each new set of guests. A warning needs to be put somewhere about not running any taps when someone is using the shower. When the taps are used the shower water goes scalding hot. The area is very picturesque with lots of nice walks and the accommodation is really dog friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there is a lot of room for improvement.

When we arrived we were so pleased and impressed with the whole property. Entrance was straight into the kitchen which was larger than the pictures imply. Kitchen was very equipped to allow us to have an early Christmas dinner & benefit of utility room for added space. Downstairs had more than enough room for everyone to chill & spend time without being on top of each other! Games room & hot tub was an added extra along with the heated flooring. Bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Surrounding areas where pleasant however this is very much "off the track" and perfect for those wishing to get away from it all. Def recommend

A great house and a quiet location. Great for a family get away with friends and dog friendly. We would definitely recommend a visit.

A couple of things, but only our opinion.
The single track road to the house is a few miles long and provides some great views.
Glad we had an SUV for passing oncoming vehicles as there’s a lack of passing places.

The back garden is large so great for the dogs. We visited at the end of September and the garden wasn’t as well kept as we would have liked, with long grass and plenty weeds, making cleaning up after the dogs very difficult and impossible in some areas.
Also keep an eye on the gate into the woods. It’s not as secure as we thought and found it open one day. Luckily the dogs didn’t notice so all good.

Our delayed family holiday was well worth the wait. The accommodation was pure wow factor! The rooms are all huge, very tastefully decorated/accessorised and so comfortable.

Clean throughout (except the cooker). Pretty much everything you could possibly need provided.

I've given it 4 stars for condition because some parts were a little "tired" and there was some damage (not the owners' fault; visitors are so careless), but with the situation last year I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is due to lack of income rather than not intending to decorate/replace.

Beautiful area. Pretty isolated so may not suit everyone, but we loved it, especially the wildlife/birds all around. We had a red squirrel and countless species of birds in the garden and saw deer in the surrounding fields.

Would definitely recommend and we have every intention of returning ourselves.

We have stayed in a number of locations and a variety of lodges and cottages in recent years and The Granary at Rossie Ochil Estate has been the most pleasant and well appointed so far. The customer service from Solid Luxury and the support from the on-site team has been the friendliest and most attentive I've ever known. The cottage is an absolute marvel- soooooooo much space with every facility you could reasonably consider. The games room is a particularly nice feature.
Don't expect ultra-modern, but the nature of the site would not suit it anyway. It is perfectly secluded along with a handful of other properties, but with no imposition to your privacy. From the entrance to the estate to the gardens and every room in the house, care and attention have been taken to provide a restful stay in the most pleasant of surroundings. There are a range of beautiful walks to stretch your legs on, but you can equally sit back and enjoy the wondrous scenery from the spacious garden area.
As noted the estate is fairly secluded, so you have a bit of a drive along the farm road to reach shops, so you should try to load up with essentials as much as possible before your arrival. Once out on the main road though, you are in a central location with great access to Perth, Dundee and St Andrews with good links to South Fife and Edinburgh.
I'm already looking at this as being a regular spot for my son's respites and our family holidays. As a final note, compared to the inflated prices I'm seeing with most other short breaks providers, Solid Luxury have proven on this occasion to be the most reasonable and good value operators by a country mile!

We can’t see past the Solid Luxury group of properties for short breaks, they just tick our box. Quiet, in the Country and with a touch of luxury. Very comfortable, 4 huge bedrooms with fabulous beds and bedding. Every item you could wish for in the kitchen. Fabulous hot tub, this one is perfectly placed to sit in the sunshine all day long. A lovely enclosed garden for the dog to enjoy safely. The pool room was used although the pool table could do with being replaced - it was bowed, most folk wouldn’t care though.

Negatives, none of the 3 bathroom doors locked - not ideal in a property for 8. The main grill didn’t work, I am going to report this to the management as this isn’t acceptable.

I would definitely go back and The Granary would be our pick at this location.

From arrival to departure we had the best time in spite of just coming out of lockdown. Stunning location and superb accommodation with great walks around the area. Would thoroughly recommend this and can’t wait to go back and even try other locations owned by Solid Luxury.

The Granary is a lovely place to relax and chill with friends or family. The added addition of underfloor heating was a real delight - warming up your toes first thing in the morning or when coming in from the hot tub. I would thoroughly recommend it and will definitely be back with my family. It would be good though to have somewhere dry to hang towels or robes next to the hot tub so that when you exit the hot tub you have a dry towel to use rather than one that has been soaked by the rain while you are in the hot tub.

Eight of us stayed and our dog. The young folk and their girlfriends loved the hot tub and pool table. Absolutely plenty of room and ample shower rooms/bathrooms. Beautifully clean and has everything you could bed including cooking utensils. Would absolutely recommend staying at the Granary

My wife wanted a family Christmas in 2019 with our three children as it has been many years since we had all been together for Christmas. Our youngest son, who lives in Scotland, suggested we all meet up there. I fortunately found Solid Luxury, the Rossie Ochil estate and the Granary. It was perfect and we had a fantastic Christmas with our three kids and their partners and were able to meet my youngest son's partner's family who live on Fife. The staff at Solid Luxury were superb and nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeper at the estate greeted us warmly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. If we had forgotten anything, which we hadn't, everything was provided for. The Granary was exceptionally well equipped, it was very comfortable and the beds were set up as requested.
Thank you all at Solid Luxury for a super Christmas.

We had an excellent time at the granary. The location is remote but perfect for a weekend away to do nothing. The surrounding areas are gorgeous with some lovely walks.
The house itself was very spacious and the beds comfy. The house could benefit from additional lighting at the back beside the hot tub as after 5pm you couldn’t see outside at all.

We had a lovely stay to celebrate my Mums 60th birthday. 6 adults and 2 small children.

House had everything we needed including dishwasher and washing machine. Hot tub was lovely and clean. Staff checked the water daily.

Only feedback would be to have a high chair available for free on request. Make checkout 11am. Also, house is joined onto other houses and we had to ask staff to remind other renters to be considerate of noise (loud music at 1am).

Would definitely go back and would book through solid luxury again.

Please do not hesitate to contact the emergency phone if you are staying with us and feel there is an unacceptable noise level coming from any of your neighbours, we are here to ensure you have a relaxing holiday and are happy to attend to emergency issues at any time. Highchairs can be booked in advance for a charge of £10.00 and on our larger properties, if available, you can request late check out of 12 noon for an additional £20.00 (unfortunately we cannot always provide late departure as we need the full time for the property to be cleaned for the next arrival)

Could not have asked for a better holiday! I strongly recommend this location for anyone who loves the out doors, nature and being away from the troubles of the world! So so amazing! We went to The Granary for my sisters 30th birthday surprise! It was an amazing weekend, the hot tub is huge and was a highlight to our stay! We didn’t use the games room much, but if children were there it would definitely keep them occupied! The house itself is massive and really nice!!
We found it difficult to get through to the number provided in regards to having an issue with the oven, but when we did it was sorted within the hour! Excellent stay and we hope to return soon!

We booked this property having previously stayed at another Solid Luxury property (Chauffeurs Cottage, Drumfork Estate). We were so impressed with the condition & facilities at Drumfork and expected this to be of a similar standard. Unfortunately the cottage itself is in need of a little TLC with peeling paintwork etc inside. The bathrooms need a bit of attention & updating. The hot tub, whilst being the perfect way to end a busy day, seemed to be in need of a little attention. It had sand/grit in the bottom and felt a bit ‘scummy ‘ round the sides which made it very slippery (as our daughter discovered when she fell).

The location was ideal for a quiet, relaxing break with our family and dog - loved that it had an enclosed garden. There are so many wonderful places around there to explore.

The customer service was excellent. All the staff we spoke to were really friendly & helpful.

Overall we had a lovely break but feel that with a little bit of care and attention the cottage could be much better. Unfortunately as in it’s current condition we wouldn’t recommend this property to others or return ourselves.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, our properties at Rossie Ochil are more traditional than the modern properties at Drumfork Estate however we would still endeavour to ensure our décor and furniture are up to the Solid Luxury standard so we will ask a manager to go on site to look at the points raised from your review. Hot tubs are emptied and cleaned between stays and are checked daily however the use of moisturisers etc can affect the water. It’s lovely to hear you found Rossie Ochil relaxing and took full advantage of the location. We hope to welcome you back to any of our locations in the future.

We have used Solid Luxury before but this was the first time at the Granary. We were all very taken with the size of all the rooms and the space (put a tv in the kitchen and I would have just lived there) beautiful surroundings ,great walks for the dogs and the staff were more than accommodating with any queries and questions .30th wedding anniversary in a couple of years and we are maybe looking at the Rossie Ochial house. The grannery is a beautiful lodge. It was well equipped, very spacious & extremely clean.

We had a little problem with a leak in 1 of the bedrooms, we emailed late at night when we arrived, staff came early the next morning, sorted it & cleaned all the mess up. Great customer service. Staff were all really friendly & helpful.

The hot tub is great, only downside is the hot tub area & back garden didn’t have much light, we were here in the winter so it was dark around 4pm, it could of done with a few more lights.

I would higgly recommend this lodge, we will definitely be back at some point!

The location of The Granary is excellent if you are looking for a peaceful time away from the noise of the city - in the country but not isolated. Very shortly after our arrival we were greeted by Heather who is very friendly and helpful. There are so many positive things to say about this place - location, hot tub, layout of the accommodation, cleanliness. The best thing is to book it and experience it for yourself. We have stayed in Solid Luxury accommodation before and The Granary lived up to our expectations. We will be returning.

8 of us stayed at The Granary with hot tub for a long weekend, This is an ideal retreat if you want to escape from the daily hustle and bustle of life. We stayed as a group of 2 families, 4 adults and 3 children. This place was more than big enough for us all with room to spare. The house is beautiful and so well equipt. All the details have been thought of which makes packing that bit easier. Location was great for days out, so much to do within an hour's drive, and very peaceful for relaxing in the hot tub after a day out. There are no amenities within walking distance but we knew this in advance and planned for it. We loved our break here and will be re-booking for next year.

I decided to treat my family to a weekend away as part of their Christmas gift. I could not have chosen better! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were close by and came to check that everything was ok. The hot tub was a big hit, as was the kitchen where we gathered for meals.
The only downside was that we had to go home at the end of the weekend!

Everything about the cottage was great. There were 6 of us and it didn’t feel at all cramped. I hope we can return again soon so I would definitely recommend.

This place is beautifully located with views over open countryside and Scottish Hills. The grounds are outstanding and there are lovely walks in the surrounding fields leading down to beautiful rivers and streams.

The Granary is an exceptional place to stay and the the facilities are amazing making a fun filled stay using the hot tub and table tennis table!!

I would recommend this to anyone planning a stay in Scotland but do bear in mind that it is VERY secluded and miles from the nearest Sainsbury's and MacDonalds..............HEAVEN!

Weather wasn't great but house and company made up for it. We had a great time. Remember Bring plenty more towels if using hot tub or book more. Even when washed in washing machine they don't dry in time. No need to bring plastic champagne glasses for hot tub these are provided.
Nice quiet roads to cycle around near by. Would come again.

Amazing, on arrival we were pleasantly surprised all the rooms exceeded our expectations.
The walks on the Estate are beauitful and ideal for dog walking whilst taking in the amazing views and wildlife.
The location was ideal we travelled to Perth Town, The Falkirk Wheel, The Kelpies and Loch Leven in our weeks stay. Then return for games and a soak in the hot tub.
We are already planning our return trip. Very pleased with our stay at The Granary. ☆☆☆☆☆

Everything was ok. For an excellent we missed something. There were only big plates enough for one meal, we heard in one bedroom the water pump, we had no view over the landscape, game room was very used and other little details. But in all it was a quite good accommodation worth a recommendation. Highlight is the Hot Tub.

We went for our mums 70th birthday celebration 5 adults and 3 kids. We had a wonderful weekend beautiful weather fantastic views and walks. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and our kids even played hide and seek as there was plenty of hiding places!!!!! We will definitely be back again!!!!

A great weekend with a group of friends. Beautiful property with all mod cons. The hot tub was great even in the rain. It's a wee bit isolated which we new so could do with some proper guided walks which I think the company plan for the future. Could do with recycling nearer the property. V comfortable stay again, lovely and warm, immaculately clean, spacious and a nice quiet location. Great shower and good to see an armchair in the bedroom but still no where to put anything in the bathroom, just the floor for moisturisers/cleansers and make up (as no where in bedroom) - distinct lack of surface space. It's the only thing that lets it down.

This was our second stay at The Granary and it did not disappoint.
We were so lucky with the weather. It was warm enough to sit outside in swimwear (in March), despite having snowed earlier in the week. We made great use of the hot tub. It was lovely sitting in the hot tub in the sunshine, looking at the beautiful views. We also enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub at night. It was very relaxing.
The bedrooms and living areas are all lovely and spacious and there was loads of room for 7 adults.
We did feel that some of the kitchen utensils/pans could be improved. The knives were not very sharp and some non stick pans would be useful. However, this was a minor detail and did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay.
It was a fantastic weekend with my best friends and we will definitely be back.

This is my third stay at the Granary lodge with a group of friends. The lodge itself is spacious and well equipped. Although the location is quite remote this makes it perfect for a weekend away to chill. The hot tub is an excellent feature for our group and sitting sipping prosecco on a clear starry night is priceless. Would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful location at an excellent price.

Stayed here with my parents and 2 children and had a very relaxing week. The house is so lovely that we were more than happy to spend the week there.
The house is more than equipped with everything you need and all 4 bedrooms are huge. Plenty toilets/showers for larger groups and the games room is fantastic for all ages. The hot tub and under floor heating adds to the comfort.
We loved the little touch of leaving a blanket so our dog could come up for cuddles on the sofa and the chewy bone (which occupied him for quite some time while we unpacked).
This is the second Solid Luxury cottage which we have stayed and thoroughly recommend their high standards of accommodation.

This was my second time staying there and it's just an ideal place to stay and a great lodge with excellent size rooms etc and the hot tub was amazing. The only thing I would say is that the first time went went the house smelled clean and of bleach which was nice and was in immaculate condition but this time round it wasn't as clean as last time. Also if they could get the snooker table fixed as it's wobbly and the guys couldn't play pool due to this and this one was a major point on going there. We did tell the lady when she came round to check everything was OK and I'm sure a temporary fix was done but still didn't make a difference so they couldn't use it except for table tennis. The house is ideal for large groups of family's or friends and we would definitely come back again.

We stayed at the Granary with our daughter, son in law and their young children in August 2016. The main purpose of the trip was to attend a family wedding near Perth. We were amazed and delighted at the comfort and quality of the accommodation. It's spaciousness meant that you were never on top of each other.Every need had been considered and the furnishings and equipment were to a high standard and the house was spotlessly clean. The hot tub and private garden were great for the children. It was lovely to wake up in the mornings to wonderful views and no traffic sounds. If you want a break away from the rat race this is the place to be. Be clear though that it is 7 miles away from the nearest large village and 10 miles from Perth on narrow roads. The compensation is the opportunity to completely relax in the heart of the countryside with pheasants and cows for neighbours. There were two good restaurants in Bridge of Earn and an excellent Indian restaurant where you can order a take away as we did. Order your groceries online from Tescos before you come so you have more time to relax and enjoy your surroundings. There is at train station in Perth if you fancy a day trip to Edinburgh and Stirling, Pitlochry and a host of other places to see are close at hand. A couple of negatives. Whilst the rooms were spacious a chest of drawers or dressing table to put toiletries on would have added the finishing touch or even a shelf in each bathroom. Internet connection was very poor although this did not bother me personally as I saw it as a bonus. I definitely recommend this accommodation for any family group. It was an experience that my family enjoyed and will always remember with a smile when we think of Rossi Ochill.

The Granary provided an ideal house for the needs of everyone; the youngest was 9 and the oldest 92. The house was large, exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our two dogs enjoyed the walks. The hot tub was fantastic and a favourite of the two children and the 92 year old. The setting was really peaceful and beautiful, but close enough to to larger cities.

Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful location. Very clean house. Loved the hot tub and wonky pool table. Friendly staff who were very happy to advise on things to do in the local area. Great holiday had by four generations of family. Little granddaughter loved the window seat. Very well equipped and washer a bonus. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

Very spacious property with everything you need for a family break. The Estate is in the middle of nowhere which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pheasants which always seemed to be in the road when leaving for a day out.
A few quirks in the house like the noisy shower & the bowed pool table, the hot tub was a bit temperamental but nothing spoiled our stay.

My wife and I booked the Granary for a long weekend to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.

We arrived on Friday with 5 friends. The usual debate was running up to the weekend on who was getting the best /largest room, however when we got there we discovered that this was a mute point as all the rooms were "huge". We were amazed at the size and standard of the Granary, it has been a long time since we felt like we had been undersold anything but we did here.

The photos on the website certainly do not give the place the credit it is due. I would not have changed any of the weekend and even down to the lopsided pool table, the Granary just kept giving.

The Granary is in the middle of nowhere but not too far away. Which added to the appeal for us.

Well done Solid Luxury, we will certainly be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Granary. A large family gathering, everything we needed was on hand, well equipped and spacious even though we filled every room. brilliant weather also helped.

we loved the cottage. It completely met all of our needs and was really comfortable. Hot tub was great fun, and the wonky pool table made for some really interesting and really fun games! Heather and her colleague really looked after us. Thank you...

Lovely homely feel. Heather extremely helpful. It is nice to be cut off from the world for a couple of days - total relaxation. Will be booking to return with my family and already booked to return for the third time with friends.

Excellent location, accommodation 100% perfect for a girls weekend. Great value for money and highly recommend it.
Although no wifi it was lovely to not have the distraction. Although the mothers would have liked to contact the kids. Overall excellent place.

The granary house is amazing. It was absolutely spotless, had everything we could ask for and more and the location was just perfect. The bedrooms are huge and the layout is perfect if more than one family is staying together as it gives you your own space. The games room is an added bonus especially for kids as is the totally private back garden. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, it is huge and lovely and warm. The housekeeping team were fantastic, really helpfull and nothing is a bother. Pets are welcome too. We are definitely returning soon with our families. Thanks for everything. Definitely a 5 star stay x

This has to be the best self catering accommodation we have ever booked. The house had luxury written all over it. The standard of the accommodation considering pets are allowed was great. Pool table hot tub it had everything you need. Only downside was very poor wifi but for us that wasn't a problem.

The Granary is great for a large family or party. There is plenty of space throughout and the kitchen in particular is very good.

Whilst all the rooms are big and well decorated, they are short of some things that we would think standard. For example, whilst the bedroom have lots of wardrobe space, there is no chest or dressing table to put things in, do you makeup etc, and in the bathrooms there isn't anything to put your toiletries on. It ends up with a slightly unfurnished feel.

Another small point but an important one to us was that there was no guidance on where you could walk locally in the estate in the cottage.

We would definitely recommend to others though as we had a great time and it's in a great location.

Very large spacious house within beautiful surroundings. Kitchen was a great size and well equipped. Bedrooms large and comfortable. Kids and adults loved the hot tub. Had fun playing table tennis & pool only thing was the pool table was a bit off set but that was the only grumble. Kids got the chance to go to the barn and feed the lambs too. All in all a fantastic house and would highly recommend and would certainly visit again
