Step into 20 Marina View, a contemporary, pet friendly 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Bowness. Located on the edge of Lake Windermere, this luxury apartment is part of the brand-new Bowness development completed in 2022. With 2 modern bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a location that puts you in the centre of it all, could this be the perfect base for your next Cumbrian adventure?

Step into the spacious hallway and continue through the doorway straight ahead of you. Here, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen, diner, and lounge – a space designed for comfort and socialising. The grey kitchen is modern, featuring a breakfast bar and fully equipped, ready for your culinary adventures. Complete with an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an electric coffee peculator.

The lounge, with its cosy leather furnishings, invites you to unwind and relax in front of the 55” SMART TV.

Step out through the bi-fold doors onto the covered west facing balcony overlooking the peaceful marina and the yachts and cruisers, allowing you to enjoy marina life from the privacy of your luxury apartment.

The Master Bedroom is a soothing space of comfort and tranquillity, decorated in a muted grey colour palette. There is a wall mounted 32” SMART TV, mirrored wardrobes and a dressing table for your convenience. The elegant en-suite bathroom features a rainfall shower, a WC, hand basin and large mirror.

Across the hall, Bedroom 2 offers a spacious twin set up. This bedroom can accommodate a travel cot.

Next door, the beige tiled family bathroom offers a bath tub – perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the Lakes!

Bowness-on-Windermere, just a 10-minute walk away, is a vibrant lakeside town renowned for its scenic views of Lake Windermere, England's largest natural lake. Visitors can enjoy various water-based activities like paddleboarding and wake surfing, explore delightful shops, and dine at a diverse selection of restaurants.

There is lift access to the apartment and undercover parking for one car (Max headroom 2.10m).

apartment good but in the shade almost throughout the whole of the day! I feel that this issue / feature should be added to the description in the website.

We had a fantastic stay at Windermere Marina Village. The apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant on site was also great. This was our first time staying but we will definitely return.

Had a fantastic stay the apartment was immaculately clean and beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of negatives the sofas are not very comfy and the lack of glasses plates and cutlery. It would be nice to have more than four of everything! Look forward to our next stay.

Have stayed in this apartment on several occasions. Pet friendly and in a great location.
Apartment is spotless and has everything you need.
Boathouse restaurant is a great place to eat or for a coffee outside in the sun overlooking the marina.

We've had a lovely break, thoroughly enjoyed by all. We had gorgeous food in the Boathouse from breakfast to evening meal. We would definitely recommend staying at marina village.

This was our 4th apartment at the marina and would probably rate as not as good a standard as the previous 3. Maint issues and furniture comfort being at the forefront.

Fabulous location, right on the marina with fantastic views.

A very nice apartment , we enjoyed how easy it was to walk into Bowness on windermere views were great, rooms were very comfortable. Only issue we had was the sette wasn't very comfortable to sit on for long periods ie watching the football. Parking in the garage was a squeeze but otherwise was ok, the lift was helpful getting luggage to the room .

Lovely accommodation in a great location and only a five minute walk into Bowness. We have stayed on the Marina many times and have never been disappointed.
The accommodation was spot on! Would definitely stay again.

We took my mother in law away for a short break as she hadn’t been away since the passing of her husband. She was apprehensive but on arrival to the village she was delighted with the place. The apartment was spotless, very modern and a great size we all were extremely pleased with the place. The fact it was dog friendly sealed the deal
For us and we would definitely come back.
