Accessed via a private entrance, to the right of the entrance hall lies the blissful Master bedroom. Featuring a plush super King bed with silver scatter cushions, you’ll never want to get out of bed in the morning! Inspired by the surroundings, colourful Lake District artwork adorns the walls. In addition, you’ll find a dressing table, built in wardrobes and enough floor space to house up to 2 travel cots should you need these.

The stylish bathroom with a shower over bathtub is perfect for wake-me-up moments or wind-me-down evenings, decorated in gorgeous grey tones with wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail to keep towels warm and fluffy.

Continue down the hallway to the open plan kitchen and living space, adorned in a soft palette of muted clay tones to create a relaxing haven made to simply relax and reset. Another lovely stay at Windermere Marina, friendly helpful staff.
Apartment was well equiped, lovely and clean, but did notice dog hairs under bed along with a make up brush, which had obviously been left by a previous visitor.

A beautiful ground floor apartment. Modern comfortable L shaped settee with large screen TV. Good kitchen area with all you need for a short stay. King size comfortable bed. Dog friendly and handy to cut through to grassy area in adjacent car park to exercise dog. Just round the corner from Boathouse restaurant which is also very dog friendly with good food. Parking right outside the front door.

Once again on our return visit to the Marina village all was as beautiful as our first visit last year, perfect for exploring all of the Lake District and so relaxing on return to the wonderful accommodation hear on Windermere. We would happily recommend this property to others. Two minor points 1) more dishes and cutlery 2) please totally clean vacuum cleaner before hire, the smell doesn’t encourage use.

After a tough few months with family issues, we needed a break and our go-to place is here. We are regular visitors to this apartment and love the facilities, the comfort and the location, plus it is dog friendly. The apartment is always immaculately clean and tidy. We always say when we are there 'we could just live here!' We will be booking again early next year for my birthday.

Our second year at Windermere Marina Village and we have already booked our stay in 2025. Excellent location, great standard of apartment with everything we needed. Truly a home away from home and our dog loved it too!

Apartment was lovely. The reception staff were polite but should have pointed out the barrier code was changed each day and explained that there was a tag on the key ring which opened the barrier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we did a lot of walking which we enjoyed very much, even in the rain as we knew could get dry on our return and enjoy the view from the lounge.

Thank you for your feedback, we're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. If guests arrive before 4pm we issue a barrier code to access site whilst waiting for your apartment keys. When you call back to Recpetion to collect your keys all guests are showed the barrier fobs and how to gain access. We appreciate that there is a lot on infofrmation to take in when you get here so it may be that you missed this when you collected your keys. We hope to welcome you again soon

We enjoyed our stay, compared to other self catering establishments we have stayed at, including one we have a time share in,WMV is heads and shoulders above. A comfortable and well appointed apartment, the Boat House is very handy and great that it is dog friendly.

The WFI was very intermittent. As the property above has wooden decking when raining it just constantly drips through making it impossible to stand outside number 26.

We have just returned from a break in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is spacious and furnished with quality pieces. There is everything you need in the kitchen area to make a meal and enjoy it on the lovely balcony area.
The only thing I would say is the bedroom and front door would benefit from blackout roller blinds to give an option of a darker room as the outside lighting at night is bright.
Overall a lovely place to stay and we will definitely return.

The accommodation was great, ample size, excellent location and very clean and had hairdryer, straighteners, iron etc.
The only thing we were disappointed with, especially for the price paid, was the lack milk, sugar, salt & pepper sachets. We've stayed in other places and have had a welcome bundle included in the price, which has included bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, sugar etc
I think going that bit further would have been the icing on the cake, especially when travelling for so long that you cant get in and make a cup of coffee/tea as no milk or sugar.
The other thing that was really disappointing was the reservation I made (initially for the Friday night but we had to change it to the Sat as I was in A&E) for the boathouse pub & restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. When we got there for 8pm on Saturday I was mortified to find we had been seated in the bar area and not the restaurant. This was highly inappropriate as I had dressed up to be eating in a nice restaurant so we had to leave, go home, get changed and go into to Windermere centre to eat there. I felt very self conscious and overdressed to be sitting in the bar area in more formal attire that I was wearing. The original booking was specified as a meal for 2 for husbands birthday so I struggle to understand why we were seated in the bar on a romantic trip away.
