Apartment 2 within Glencoe Holiday Apartments.
Fully equipped sea view 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with large bay windows, right on the sea front of Paignton Beach within Torbay’s English Riviera.

Bedroom can be made to have either 1x Superking bed or 2x Single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living/dining room for an additional 2 quests.

The living & dining room looks out over to the sea and harbour. The perfect view during meal times, or relaxing after a days exploring.

Your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen all crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and glassware included, limiting what you need to bring.

You will also have your own separate bathroom with built in shower cubicle within the apartment.

Free parking for a 5mtr sized vehicle per apartment.

Electricity is supplied via a coin operated meter, this will need to be topped up when running low during your stay. It is only a contribution towards the bill and is not in place to make money from the electricity usage.

Had a lovely stay at this 1 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Bed was very comfortable, enjoyed watching the sea from the bed in the morning. Great to have onsite free parking.
James gave a guided tour of the apartment which was very helpful and showing me some walks in the local and surrounding areas (including where to find free parking)
The little touches were lovely especially the Christmas tree and delicious home made chocolates.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was a joy to have you stay with us! We completely agree—there’s something quite hypnotic about watching the waves and sunrise right from under the duvet! We are delighted you noticed the 'sparkle' in the apartment, as we take great pride in making sure everything is just right for our guests. I’m also glad the local walking / parking tips helped. As there are so many places that get overlooked that are total gems in the area. Parking can be really hard work. My Mum, Jane, will be particularly chuffed to hear your feedback on the chocolates. She puts a lot of love into those homemade treats, and knowing they added a bit of Christmas magic to your stay means a lot. We had a very enjoyable holiday in October as usual staying at Glenco Appartments. Room was clean and comfortable with a sea view close to local ammenties. As always we were made very welcome by James and Anna. Also thanks to Jane for the lovely chocolates.

My husband and I have stayed at Glencoe each September over the last 10 years (excluding pandemic years) and have always enjoyed our stay. We are Canadians and visit UK to see family. Visiting the seaside is something we always look forward to and have always found Glencoe welcoming and friendly.

We have stayed in this apartment many times and so it is all very familiar to us. It is very convenient for the beach and harbour and is only a short distance from the railway station and bus station. We are always made welcome.

Paignton a lovely base for travelling around area , good bus and train service if you don’t want to use car.
Lots of nice cafes and restaurants in Paignton . We enjoyed our holiday.
Down side is boy racers at night on beach front. Also problem with seagulls.

A lovely clean apartment, everything you need for a short break. Owners friendly and helpful and give a welcoming tour of the flat and facilities. Great location overlooking seafront and extra bonus on-site parking. Comfortable living room if the weather is bad and all you do is sit and look out the window. Small bathroom and kitchen but perfectly manageable and both clean. Complimentary homemade truffles.

My family and I (2 adults & 2 kids) stayed at Glencoe apartment (1 bed with seaside view) for 2 nights. Excellent customer service! We arrived a couple of hours late due to terrible traffic on the way - James was able to accommodate, he greeted us, took us to the apartment and went round showing how everything works. Apartment itself was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Everything needed for the stay was provided at the apartment, we only had to bring towels with us, which James had warned us about in advance. The seaside view was the cherry on the top - just amazing waking up to that. We were able to log into our Netflix account, which was handy for kids. James and his mum had lots of tips for us in terms of local information. They also allowed us to check out later than usual time - which was very nice. The location is ideal, right next to beach, pier, ferry and restaurants. Overall we’ve had an amazing time here - thank you very much!!

We had a lovely week culminating with the air show.
James, Anna and his Mum made us feel very welcome and outfit the apartment with everything you need for a stay.
Our only comments are the hot water takes ages to come through in the bathroom. We think the super king bed (very comfortable) is very close to the wall and and a king size would give a bit more room.

Absolutely spotless apartment with everything you could wish for.

Well equipped little kitchen with glass panel for seaview. Lovely views from both rooms, quiet location, close to town. Great for familes, couples, can not fault my stay on anything.

We were so happy to finally return to Glenco after covid etc. The new owners James, Anna and lovely Mum Jane made us feel very welcome. Everything was clean and fresh. Bed really comfortable. We could not get the new TV to work but Mark went out of his way to solve it for us. Hand made chocolates a nice gesture. Views fantastic. So handy for everywhere. Really enjoyed our visit and will definitely return next year. Wishing them all a success with their new venture.x
