Spacious fully equipped Apartment with views over our rear courtyard area at ground level. Our building is located on the sea front of Paignton within Torbay’s English Riviera.
This apartment has step free access to enter the apartment from the rear of the property (1 flight to access from front carpark entrance). There is a step to enter the shower cubicle.
Sleeping is via a double bed in the main living room area. Travel cot is available on request subject to availability.
Your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen all crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and glassware included, limiting what you need to bring from home.
Free parking at the front of the building for 1 standard sized vehicle per apartment.
You will also have your own separate bathroom with built in shower cubicle within the apartment.
Electricity is supplied via a coin operated meter, this will need to be topped up when running low during your stay. It is only a contribution towards the bill and is not in place to make money from the electricity usage.
