We've stayed in some lovely houses over the years but Middlemarsh was something quite special. It really felt like someone had thought of absolutely everything you might need to feel at home. Need some Worcestershire sauce? It's in the cupboard. Want to steam a jacket? There's a steamer. Just so many little things that you wouldn't necessarily expect in a holiday rental but that make such a difference. Our second stay at The Beach House and it didn't disappoint. It's a beautifully designed house with everything you need for a brilliant holiday. We're already missing the stunning view across the bay to Mudeford Spit. We paddle boarded right from the house and every day we swam in the sea from the Spit, soaking up the chilled out vibe and coveting the beach huts. Our family had a fabulous holiday and we would wholeheartedly recommend The Beach House.
The location of the house is amazing. It is a couple of minutes walk to the Quay and then the other way to the beach. So nice not to have to drive everywhere. The house itself is very spacious and very well equipped. The garden and hottub are beautiful. We had a few great days out including the New Forest inflate water park and Paultons park. We also enjoyed the open top bus that goes to all the beaches. Communication was excellent from booking through to arrival info. We had to contact Karen once and she was very responsive. This was our 2nd visit and can't wait to return again.
This is a comfortable, well equipped flat, clear instructions given. Location not as accessible to waterside as we hoped but did not prevent our enjoyment of the flat and holiday.
Lovely property in a great location. Everything went very smoothly. Great garden. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
The enjoyed our stay at Seafield Beach House. Comfortable beds and lovely en-suites in two bedrooms. The garden was enjoyable. The kitchen provided plenty of cooking equipment and space to eat with the open plan dining area. Our stay was enhanced with beautiful weather and being close to the beach.
Deco Beach has everything you could possible want. Spotlessly clean inside and out. We have booked for next year!
Lovely bungalow with wraparound garden. It is around a 20 min walk to Avon Beach and The Noisy Lobster and 15 mins or so drive to the New Forest National Park. There is a shower in the en-suite which was ok and could do with a stand up shower in the main bathroom. Our only slight issue was the towels are too small, they barely cover you! We stayed at the coast house recently for my dad's 70th birthday weekend. There was 10 of us staying at the house (6 adults, 4 children) and a dog, and there was plenty of room. We loved the open plan living space and kitchen and also used the hot tub ehile there which was great. Location was perfect for us and a short walk down to Mudeford Quay. Only minor complaint was that we struggled to get the temperature consistent in the rooms - the main living area always felt very warm but some of the bedrooms seemed cold and I couldnt seem to get the radiators on.
