A sunny and cheerful holiday cottage, just 150 metres to the fabulous coastline of Rustington in West Sussex. With three bedrooms and a practical open layout, The Waves is an ideal base for a seaside holiday with family or friends.

Located just a few minutes from the beach and a few more from the centre of Rustington where there is every type of shop you can ask for.
The property has everything needed for a week or two away and was very clean and comfortable.

The cottage is about 5 mins walk to the sea and 15 mins walk to the village shops, cafes etc. There are coastal walks in both directions and interesting places to visit by car.
The cottage itself is very well equipped with sufficient furniture inside and outside as well as in the kitchen.
