We had a great long weekend at Sea Breezes. A lovely property, great layout and the house worked well for the group. Loved the walks around Pagham harbour and a slightly boggy wet walk to the Crab and Lobster ( lovely welcome and delicious food). Unmade road is the only tricky bit but as long as you are in no rush it’s fine!
This one bedroom offers everything you need for a week in the South Downs. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the owners and shown around. Whilst only one bedroom, this cottage is surprisingly spacious and well equipped. The difference is the small touches that make it feel like a home from home. The bed is very comfortable. Conveniently located minutes away from Ditchling Beacon and the village of Ditchling, splendid views and walks are on your doorstep. Brighton is also only a very short drive away over the downs. Ditchling is a delightful village and we enjoyed the easy access to Glyndeb...more
Very comfortable accommodation and bed. The kitchen is well equipped with good appliances, well laid out, very light and plenty of room. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage for clothes. Bedding and the bed linens are of a high quality. A very pleasant place to stay.
A truly one-off property, with a fascinating history. It had all the amenities of home that you could need, very comfortable, warm, clean and peaceful. It is situated in a rural part of Sussex, will wonderful 360 views of the surrounding countryside. The Owners were very generous and kind and giving of their time. The welcome pack was the best we have ever experienced. Thank you Louise & Jon, we had a very memorable stay and would like to return in the not too distant future. Best wishes Debbie & Peter

This beautiful cottage is outstanding in every way, each room has its own personality and warmth, from coming in the gate to the front door and beyond. Great for snuggling up by the fire after a long soak in the beautiful bathroom after a long walk or shopping.
Brilliant third stay at Woodland cottage. Excellent well equipped cottage in great location with nothing wanting. Very friendly & considerate owners next door. Already rebooked to return.
Stayed at Little Vintners for a couple of weeks whilst moving down to start a new job and would highly recommend it. Wonderfully quiet, rural location with delightful hosts who are both friendly but also respectful of your space and privacy. The property itself is superbly comfortable and cosy and is appointed to a very high standard. A huge grass garden is yours to explore as you wish or, alternatively, just keep an eye on the squirrels and woodpeckers.
The cottage had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed either relaxing in it or looking at it out of the French windows. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location to enjoy the South Downs with plenty of walks locally and further afield.
This is the second time we have stayed here. Lovely location overlooking open countryside. Very well appointed with all we needed. Very generous welcome package which was much enjoyed.
Mafeking is a beautiful home in a lovely little village, central to everything in Kent/East Sussex. It is very spacious, light and very clean. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay with 4 children. The hosts had put out toys and kids books, which was so kind. The garden is just beautiful, with the roses in full bloom. Walking distance to the local pub and cafe but feels very secluded and is very quiet, surrounded by the gardens. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we came to the area, and would thoroughly recommend to others.
Bell Cottage is charming! Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, well equipped and a great location for walking and for visiting Glyndebourne. Alfriston is a lovely village with a brilliant shop/deli and good pub meals.
House & garden layout worked out perfectly for my family, specially our 2 old dogs & 4 year old grand daughter, with plenty of space. Quiet location on private estate yet short walk to shops & a good flat walk to coast. Good facilities & instructions.
All communication was speedy with clear instructions for locating & entering. The cottage has everything you need for an extended stay. It was spotlessly clean & well appointed. Good parking & an easy walk into Chichester. Ideal for visiting Arundel & Portsmouth docks. We met up with family & was lovely to sit & catch up in the garden.
Very quiet, secluded and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here with pheasants and deer as the only company.
We had a wonderful time at The Poolhouse. The weather was perfect and the pool was a real bonus! We could not have enjoyed it more!
The house was excellent for our needs. We are a family of ten. Six adults, 2 children of ten, one in a wheelchair. 2 younger children. The kitchen was good for making meals together and the dining area big enough for us all. There is an en-suite shower room, another bathroom with a bath and a shower above. Nice garden and garden furniture. Parking in the driveway for our 3 cars. It’s 2 minutes walk to the beach. Shops and cafes very nearby. It worked well for us. Lucie is an excellent host and communicated very well, answering all our queries. Thank you Lucie! Cecily
The house was in an excellent location for the beach and the garden is lovely. The house was spotlessly clean. The accommodation worked well for us, with plenty of space downstairs for us all to be together, or be in different rooms.. The children loved the playroom, which thoughtfully had toys for them to play with. We really enjoyed the space but also the cosiness of the house - it flows beautifully. It was a bit of a difficult walk with a double buggy along the coast but, apart from that, we very much enjoyed our stay.
We stayed for one week in this wonderful and cosy cottage. Making some short trips to surrounding spots (Arundel, Brighton, Porsmouth), going for some walks in the beautiful landscape and just relaxed in the nice place - great!
This is the third time we have stayed at Bell Meadow. A lovely home to chill out, so quiet. The youngers are self entertained with the table tennis and snooker. Everyone loves the pool. The expansive garden is a delight with visiting deer and entertaining squirrels. Inspire staff are very helpful and everything was easy and organised. Access and exit to the property is tricky. We look forward to coming again.
