We had a wonderful stay at Monzie Estate in March. The cottage accommodation was exactly what we were looking for — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It had all the amenities we needed and felt comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of the trip was the access to the amazing hikes and walks around the estate. This was our fourth visit to Brae Cottage, which probably says everything about how much we love it, and there will definitely be a fifth!! If you’re looking to properly switch off from busy day-to-day life, this is the place. It’s so secluded and peaceful, you feel completely away from everything the moment you arrive. We stayed at Burnside for three nights in May, and couldn’t be happier with our third stay at Monzie. We have also stayed at Brae and East Lodge, and each cottage has its own unique charm! Burnside is located near the joinery up a little hill that is settled between two fields; we had the pleasure of saying hello to the cows each morning, which was great since there were a ton of calves! The East Gatehouse is a charming and characterful spot that offers a truly authentic Scottish escape. A family of three recently stayed here and found the house to be spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. The beds provided a great night's sleep for everyone, and the house itself has a wonderful spirit. They described it as having a "mini castle" feeling all to themselves. It is a beautiful, memorable place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway.
Mill House is a stunning, cozy, and spotlessly clean property. I organized a weekend away here for a client group and their families, and the experience was exceptional.
