Wow, what a welcome! Fresh brownies on arrival, a personal welcome, unlimited spring water and so WARM in the cottage whilst it was snowing outside. A log fire, parking, peace and quiet so we slept well. The best break surrounded by beautiful countryside : you should go!

All was well with our visit. We had the most amazing meal at Glenturret with relatives over from Australia so it was all a treat.
The proximity to there was great post meal.
All was good in the house. Lovely to have that outside seating area in the evening sun when we arrived.
Beds and bedding comfortable which is not always the case in holiday homes but very important. Loved the sheep wool downies so might need to treat myself there. Thanks for welcome goodies - the Brownies became a birthday cake for my 5 year old grandson on our return home !!
One very small comment - wooden bread board but could not find a chopping board ?? A couple of knobs on cooker loose ??
We may well use you again !!

Great location, quiet, lovely views easy access to walks and outside activities yet wonderfully remote and private but very close to Crieff. Really well equipped kitchen and nice wood burner in living room, comfortable beds. Highly recommended for relaxing getaway

At Monzie Estate (Keppoch Cottage), I felt the commitment to hospitality and care palpably. The family resides on this estate, and they steward their property and heritage wholeheartedly. Naturally, this is evident in how they welcome and treat guests as well.
There are many touches (filtered water on the premises, quality/style of appliances and other fixings, organic/bio washing liquids, the wine and brownies, impeccable communication, among others), to say nothing of the hiking trails and tours of the estate's castle and 1950s hydro plant, that go above and beyond so many other places. And I have stayed at nearly 130 BnBs in the last 6 years, so I have some perspective on this. It was s an experience I will remember.

Fabulous location for our weekend in Scotland. The house is well appointed, kitchen stocked with every utensil you need to cook a family roast dinner. Too often are there items missing but Keppoch has everything.
The fire was set ready to light, a lovely touch and house cosy to arrive to.
The beds are extremely comfy with the softest pillows, usually a disappointment but instead I found myself searching for the label so I could buy them on my return.
All in all a gorgeous home that we will return to.
The customer service was second to none, quick response from the owner throughout our stay and flexible for our late arrival whilst we allowed storm babet to pass. Just lovely! This is how to run a holiday cottage. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the Monzie estate. The Keppoch cottage is very comfortable and well appointed.
The Monzie estate is very convenient for visiting attractions in Perth and Stirling and surrounding areas.
Our hosts, Alex and David are very welcoming and helpful.
We also enjoyed some lovely walks in the evening sunshine.

The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. We immediately felt at home and the spacious kitchen with all the amenities was a huge plus. Communication with the Monzie Estate team was very good and we felt well taken care of.
The area offers much to see and we will definitely come back!

We stayed at Keppoch cottage in July for ten days. We really enjoyed it and would happily rent it again. A few observations:
1. Bring oil / various food basics with you, but the kitchen is pretty well stocked in terms of equipment.
2. All the equipment (washing machine, etc) is essentially new and works well
3. Alexandra was always on the spot if we ever needed anything
4. Monzie is a beautiful area of Scotland with plenty of lovely walks, etc
