This utterly unique, luxurious treehouse, sleeping two, forms part of the very popular Roses Bowers Holiday Cottages Estate but is set in its own secluded space within a private woodland brimming with forest life. Views from every window and trees woven into the structure of the house make it a very special and memorable place to enjoy the best nature can offer, with luxury accommodation for those who like the finer things in life!

A great place not only for its own dark skies, we did venture to the observatory! But a great location for Corbridge and Hexham.
A fabulous setting with everything we needed, will come back in the summer.

From start to finish Sam, Vicky & team provided an exceptional 5* guest experience, so warm, friendly, helpful, efficient & the detailed information provided in advance to have the best time was so helpful. As for the accommodation - well, just a perfect woodland retreat, so warm, cosy, well furnished & maintained to a high standard. The location and secluded woodland was just perfect & pretty central to lots of great places of interest to visit during our stay.

Had a wonderful time - would def recommend Wooden Star Cottages - 10/10!

The location is great, hidden away on the edge of its own little woodland.

The property is perfect for a getaway and a relax surrounded by nature.

The Tree House was very well presented and in a fantastic location. Sam and her team at Wooden Star Cottages couldn't do enough for us.
Definitely would use Wooden Star Cottages again. Highly recommended.

The Treehouse is a beautiful retreat — peaceful, private, and full of charm. Thoughtfully designed with everything you might need, it is the perfect spot to unwind or explore the surrounding area. We loved the wildlife, the views, and the cosy, welcoming feel. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We would happily stay again.

We had a lovely time and wish we could have stayed an extra night or two. We like to go out and explore the area, so went up to kielder forest and then also across the border into Scotland which was a lovely drive and views. The only thing is then you dont have as much time to enjoy the accommodation which was fantastic and would have also loved to spend more time to relax there. Would highly recommend, and return again sometime hopefully next year!

The treehouse is a beautiful property situated in peaceful surroundings, ideal for a relaxing getaway and just what we needed to recharge our batteries surrounded by nature. Furnished to a very good standard, the treehouse has everything you need to enjoy a few days surrounded by trees, birds and animals.
