Stayed at Potter's Lodge to celebrate my mums 85th birthday. Delighted with the lake view and comforts of the lodge for all the family. With the addition of the hot tub and being able to bring our family dog. We all had an enjoyable long weekend at the lodge and would highly recommend. Lots of little extra touches which were welcomed.

We have stayed here before and love it here, we come back because it’s a very comfortable lodge with a view of the lake and a hot tub to enjoy. We stayed in September and November, we also rebooked for next year. Can’t wait

Perfect location for a break away.
I can only imagine how fantastic this must be in the summer, but even in early winter with dark nights after the clocks have changed and the colder temperatures and damp weather we came away feeling totally refreshed and recharged. The location and beauty of the lake is outstanding. Thank you for letting us stay at potters lodge for a wonderful family holiday.

This is a fantastic lodge, its clean and comfortable with a got tub and a view of the lake. We have stayed here a few times now and have booked again for November and next year. We love this Lodge and Park and cant wait to go back !!

We have stayed on White Cross Bay 3 times per year for many years now and this time was by far the best Lodge we have stayed in.
Perfect Lodge in a Perfect Location we loved it so much we have already booked twice for next year.
The Lodge itself was spotlessly clean overly spacious with 2 x king size beds & a double, it most certainly shows the owners take exceptional care of their property, we just could not fault it even if we tried.
The Hot Tub was such a perfect added bonus being situated on the Sun Trapped Decking with views over the lake.
needless to say we definitely did not want to leave such a truly amazing lodge.

I would also like to give a shout out to Fiona and the team at Lakes and Cottages, who through the whole process from start to finish was both extremely professional & knowledgable and a credit to the company.

We found the lodge to be perfect in every way, very spacious, very roomy with three double bedrooms. A very large decking area for relaxing and, of course, the hot tub.
We liked it so much, we had only been resident for one day and we booked it again for next summer

On arrival the lodge was immaculate, it really is a lovely place to stay, gorgeous views of lake Windemere, contemporary interior, and the decking area is delightful, blessed with sunny weather we enjoyed many hours sitting on the comfy rattan furniture. We have stayed at this park for the last 10years in a variety of private and Parkdean lodges, this is by far the very best we stayed in.
It was spotlessly clean and had a excellent fixtures and fitting,
It is in a great position on the park with fantastic view of the lake.
We have already booked to come back in October.
I would highly recommend this lodge.

I have stayed at many lodges over the years at White Cross and Limefitt and this lodge just outshone all of them - it was spacious clean and just all the little attention to detail to make our stay comfortable made all the difference - the hot tub was amazing such a good size and the location looking down to the lake was the best - beds were comfy and everywhere was just so clean and well thought out - we have already booked to go back later in the year and counting down the days - I have also recommended this lodge to a few friends and family

Such a lovely lodge right near a lake , comfortable, modern, very clean, had everything you need there.
Hot tub was lovely plenty room , only thing I found wad the contractors that maintain the hot tub not very good. Young lads that just threw in chlorine tablets no testing or cleaning water. Our tub temperature was 43.5 soo hot we couldn't get in it , after calling they sent the contractor who literally there 1 minute but no difference in temperature so barely used it unfortunately.
The lodge perfect definitely would stay again, the park needs to change hottub contractors.

We note your comments about the hot tub contractor and having followed up on all you have said, we can tell you that the tub was at 38.5 degrees for the duration of your stay. The contractor uses technology that accurately records the temperature of the tub along with the ph levels, this includes a time and date stamped photo, taken twice daily on the tub. The whole process takes a couple of minutes. We can only apologise that you felt the tub was not looked after properly. On a more positive note, we are pleased that you otherwise had a lovely stay at Potters and thrilled to hear you would stay again.

We’ve been lucky to stay on white cross bay a few times now, but this lodge is def our favourite. Bedrooms were lovely, our son usually ends up in the kids bedroom but he felt like he had the best one this time. The location on site is ideal with a view of the lake, but not to close. Plenty of room out on the decking and the hot tub was fab, def recommended, hopefully we will get to return next year.

We've stayed, as a family, in this lodge before. When we saw that it had new owners and a full refurb AND new LOCAL management team, we booked a full week.
Just my wife and I. We booked with Chris and his team ar Lakescottagesandlodges dotcom.
Chris really helped me out even before we arrived with a surprise for my wife in the lodge for our arrival. Whilst we were there Chris helped again with 2 small issues that could well have waited until our departure.

Anyway, the lodge...absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need, is beautifully decorated, hot tub is fab and cleaned daily also its emptied and filled after every visitor. Washer dryer, vacuum, iron, hair dryers, all kitchen and cooking utensils, great showers, indoor & outdoor dining areas/tables and just a lovely place to chill and relax for your time in tge Lakes.

The lodge looks out over the lake and is very well positioned. We have stayed in Whitecross Bay 5/6 times, always been lucky with the weather and Potters Lodge has been the best by far.

Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Lodge. We will book again.

One of the best we have stayed in and we have stayed in many over the years. Would definitely recommend Potters Lodge and would love to stay there again
