Really enjoyed our stay at Coorie Lodge. Was well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. Very handy being right next to cycle route 7!

Great stay at Coorie Lodge - clean, comfortable and warm. Would definitely come back. Would also recommend Back Country Bikes next to the Co-Op - Andy was very helpful.

We booked this stay quite last minute and were very happy with the house when we arrived.
The house is large and spacious with lovely bedrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with paraphernalia and we baked and cooked at our leisure.
The house is situated a short distance from Aviemore and the view over the golf course makes it seem that you are very remote.
We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious house, great location, quiet but close to the centre of Aviemore. Good walks for the dog. We were a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay at Coorie Lodge. Loved the large living room, dining area and the view looking over the golf course towards the mountains. Hope to be back again soon.

This is one of the best Christmas lodges we can remember. The lodge is wonderful in every aspect. Set in a quiet side road overlooking the golf course.

The Christmas decorations were tasteful and the lodge itself was warm and welcoming in the heart of winter.

The kitchen is large and extremely well equipped.
We cannot recommend Coorie Lodge highly enough

This is our second time staying at Coorie Lodge and we love it. The property is fantastic and extremely comfortable. The location is great for those who like to hope on their bikes into Aviemore or the opposite direction to Boat of Garten.

Only comment on this stay is that a couple of items from the previous occupiers had been let - an empty moisturizer box and a large number 6 or 9 birth balloon which prompted me to question how well cleaned the property was between us and the previous occupiers.

Other than that another fantastic stay and we will definitely be back again.

A lovely house in a quite location, not too far from town centre. Great having the dart board and table tennis table in the garage for those rainy days. The house was really well equipped & very cosy.

The only thing I think needs to be improved is the wire fencing around the garden - some lower parts are not secured to the ground & a small dog could easily escape. I'd seen this on a previous review & had to keep an eye on our old small dog all the time. Or make it clear in the description of the property.

But the house was great. And I would highly recommend booking through Great North Lodges. We've booked through them many times and stayed in some great properties. They are always extremely helpful & quick to deal with any queries. We've already booked another property through them for 2024!

The place is very good for families with children or elderly people who don't want stairs.
We had an excellent stay in the lodge with only one major concern!
We booked the lodge as it was described as being dog friendly unfortunately it is not!
Our dog escaped the first day and we were so shocked and we were all over the area looking for him.
I got a call from a local lady who had captured him as he was all over the road and people's gardens desperate to get back to the lodge.
I was so so grateful to her for her kindness and help.
I feel that the lodge is described incorrectly and that it could of ended with devastating results
This spoiled our stay in the lodge for the sake of a roll of chicken wire to remove the risk.

Excellent lodgings for a family summer holiday. All equiped to a bery good standard inside. A short cycle to town. Cycle route very close by. The number 7 cafe was excellent for breakfast and just round the corner.
We would happily stay at any GNT accomodation in the future.

One small comment for improvement if I may. Dont charge premium prices and ask you customers to strip beds. Please remove the sorry email about time needed to clean during COVID. This is no longer necessary.

Thank you again for an excellent stay. We will book again!

This is our 3rd visit to Coorie Lodge & we are always amazed at the location, the beautiful home & this time the weather. We have gone since our son was a baby & he loves it. There is so much play space both inside & outside. The kitchen is so well prepared & the garage is fantastic for table tennis & also keeping bikes. We are booking for next year

The property was a great size, great facilities and very clean> the locations excellent for acmes to Aviemore's shops bars and restaurants. You can also walk or cycle from the property with acmes to its of trails and walks. Overall a great property.

A fantastic experience.

A particular highlight was the cozy log burner, which made the whole place feel so warm and inviting whilst kicking back and enjoying the views from the huge windows in the living room.

The beds were all super comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The showers were fantastic - hot and loads of power - which was lovely after a day's skiing. The whole property was incredibly clean and felt very upmarket, with attention to detail evident in every room. There's a definite wow-factor when you first walk in and I would highly recommend Coorie Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Aviemore. My little girl enjoyed a game of table tennis too on a wet morning whilst waiting for the rain to clear.

Location was good - off the main drag but a short and easy walk into town. Access to the Aviemore Orbital and Speyside Way walks is literally out the front door and round the corner.

Fantastic lodge in a quiet residential area, easy walking distance into Town. Has everything you could ask for so comfortable with a very large well equipped kitchen. Views from the living room onto the golf course is what makes this lodge, we have witnessed some stunning sunrises from the deck. Great walks straight from the door and easy driving distance to all our favourite walks when in the area. The log fire is so relaxing and warming after a long walk. We love the lodge so much have booked to return.

We spent a Fri-Mon weekend at the lodge whilst skiing. Didn’t spend a lot of time indoors but when we did we had everything we needed. Comfy beds, good showers, excellent kitchen facilities, it was spacious, warm, clean, has off road parking and set in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the town centre. The lodge has a lovely outlook at the back onto the golf course and my son and husband loved the table tennis and dartboard in the garage. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again. Many thanks.

We had a fantastic week at Coorie Lodge.

Excellent location for cycle tracks both into Aviemore and to Boat or Garten.

The house is beautiful and very well presented and equipped. The kitchen is to die for.

Our only comment would be that we found the bed/pillow a little uncomfortable in the master bedroom but this wouldn’t put us off staying again.

We’l be back for sure!

Lovely stay at Coorie Lodge which is situated in a great location with a beautiful outlook and we were lucky enough to see deer in the morning. The property was as pictured and spacious and clean so ideal for the 4 of us, however only thing that I would say it the decking is indeed very very slippy when wet which the owners did warn of however the dog slipped badly going up the stairs which have gaps in the back which his leg went through…however luckily he was ok but a gate or non slip flooring on the stairs would help as I had to hold on also with walking boots on ! - apart from that it was a very nice property.

Coorie Lodge was everything we could have asked for. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and perfect location for us for cycling, running and walking our spaniel Bailey! Boys loved the games room we will most definitely be back.

We had a really nice stay here. Very large and comfortable accommodation. Nice and quiet area but within walking distance of the high street. 10 mins away from Landmark by car. The fireplace kept the livingroom nice and cosy.

Having stayed here back in May, we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The house is fantastic as is the location, which again led to us having a great holiday.
We hope to return again next year.

Stunning fully renovated house with lovely large reception rooms and a gorgeous deck overlooking the golf course. Perfect location for walking or gravel riding. About 30mins walk to the centre of Aviemore.
The water pressure is incredible, which makes for a great shower!
We had a fab week and will definitely be back.

I would question the sleeping space for 6 adults though, given one room is a very small box bunk bed room. I don’t know too many adults who want to stay in bunk beds on holiday. Other than that, the beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed our time there.
