New from 2020, we have our 5 berth Deluxe Bungalow Ocean Breezes. It has been fully refurbished to the same high spec standard as the single and double roundhouses.

This property comprises of 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, lounge/dining area with dining table & chairs, settee, flat screen TV, with patio doors leading out to a patio area with picnic bench.

The bathrooms have a double walk-in shower unit, sink and toilet. The main bedrooms having a double bed with wardrobes, dressing table and a flat screen TV, and a large modern fully equipped kitchen with integrated oven, hob & microwave plus a free standing fridge-freezer.

We have stayed at Hermanus for the last six years and have never had a bad stay.
The accommodation is always clean and well maintained.
The site and facilities are always clean and tidy and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
The only things that would improve the site would be WiFi connectivity in the accommodation and possibly designated parking spaces.
Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back next year.

We've just got back from a fantastic weeks holiday in Winterton on Sea and had a lovely stay at the Hermanus.
This was our 4th year in a row staying at the Hermanus and as always it was a fantastic week. To anyone looking to stay in Winterton i highly recommend the Hermanus. Its such a lovely little holiday park, so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place for a family holiday. The site is so clean and well looked after and the accommodation is fantastic. The bungalow we stayed in is beautiful and clean, loads of space and everything you could possibly need for your week away.
All the staff at the Hermanus are so friendly and helpful.
A few minutes walk across the dunes behind the site and your on the beautiful long sandy beaches of Winterton and the site is situated right in the heart of the most beautiful village.
We have loved every holiday at the Hermanus and will be returning for many years to come.

First time for us to stay in October, just as enjoyable as our August visits. The weather was good to us not as cold or wet as we were expecting. Easy access across the dunes to the beach. Short walk along the beach to see the Seals. Stayed in "Breezes" bungalow, kitchen well equipped. All staff friendly and helpful as always, we will return it's such a relaxing place,

The check in is super late and the check out super earlier. With small children i can be trickery as we want to leave the property very clean.
There are not much engaging with the staff.
The pools area needs update. Lots of sharp and definitely needs to be warmer

This is our 3rd year staying in the Breezes bungaliw at the Hermanus and it is always such a fantastic holiday.
The Hermanus is a lovely quiet holiday park with fantastic friendly staff and the accommodation is lovely.
The bungalow itself is lovely and spacious and beautifully decorated, a real home from home.
Very clean with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday.
You have everything you could possibly want on the holiday park itself and a short walk to some gorgeous beaches.

We can't wait to return next year

It's good to see that the accommodation throughout the venue is having a much needed upgrade. It takes time but each year there are further upgrades.

The bungalow has been nicely refurbished and is a good size.

There are number of small, cheap things that could be added to make it a more comfortable and enjoyable customer experience. It does at times feel like the management does not consider its customers because the things that make a difference are very basic and cheap. A small welcome pack of the basics makes for good customer service.

I recommend that the following items are provided:

Washing-up liquid (even a small amount would be appreciated)
A whole J-cloth (rather than half of one)
Salt & pepper
Bin liners - only one very thin one is provided
Recycling facilities inside the apartment

Thankfully you now get more than one toilet roll for the week provided!!

We have stayed at Hermanus a few times and never had a bad stay.
The deluxe 5 berth bungalow was clean, well laid out and very comfortable.
If your looking for a quiet and family friendly holiday this is perfect.
Look forward to returning again next year.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at the Hermanus in the Breezes Deluxe Bungalow and we love it.
The accommodation is so beautifully presented with losds of space and everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. It really is a home from home.
The Hermanus is such a beautiful and peaceful holiday park with lots of facilities and perferctly located with both the beach and gorgeous village of Winterton 5 mins away.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful which always makes for a happy holiday.

We are already looking forward to returning again next year.

Thank you to everyone at the Hermanus for making our holiday in Winterton such a fantastic one again.

I have been holidaying here for years. It is a lovely location. I have stayed in different chalets and roundhouse they are all of a good standard. Staff are all very friendly. An all round lovely place.
