Our charming roundhouses, all recently refurbished, are ideal for a short break, romantic weekend or special celebration in an idyllic coastal setting.

Roundhouses comprise a double bedroom, lounge/kitchen and bathroom, and are double-glazed, centrally heated and tastefully decorated throughout. They’re fully furnished, with a flat-screen TV in both lounge and bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for self-catering, including an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge.

Each roundhouse has a modern shower room, now with a roomy walk-in shower.

Electricity and bed linen are included, but you do need to bring your own towels.

Charming little roundhouse, extremely well
equipped, fantastic location and sits just above the sand dunes. Really could nt have hoped for anything nicer!

Wonderful location! Amazing to see all the seal pups. Lovely cute roundhouse, very clean. Only comment would be some handwash, a tea towel and decaf tea/coffee on welcome pack, would have been nice. That said we stayed an extra day as enjoyed the area.

Spent 2 days away here the facilities where clean lovely warm and cozy and so close to the beach made for a perfect get away many thanks to the hard working staff and cleaners.

I've had a lovely time in a round house just enough room in side , friendly staff, did not get to go to winterton beach because a film was being made, but got on the dunes , weather was amazing, very clean place,thanks x

There is nothing to complain about, except the huge rise in prices. £120 , a night for the roundhouse. Having said that we probably would come again. We would like to stay a whole week but your price rise makes it impossible. Forgot to mention the staff, always very pleasant. It must be ten or more years sometimes twice a year we have stayed at your site and always found your staff helpful and pleasant.

We spent 2 nights in one of the roundhouses. The property was clean and well presented and we loved the quirkiness of the place. Excellent location for Winterton and the beach. We ate in the Coach and Horses and the food was great.

Would definitely recommend and we will definitely book again.

We stayed in a single roundhouse which was very comfortable and had everything you need. The view from the bedroom was brilliant looking over the dunes to the sea. The meals in the restaurant were all really good, especially Sunday lunch. The only down side was that the restaurant and bar doesn’t open Sunday night and all day Monday, but I think that was due to shortage of staff.

Ever since I was a kid holidaying at Hemsby I used to be fascinated by the roundhouses at Winterton and have finally got to tick a stay off my to do list. The draw is obviously the closeness to the beach and the view out of our roundhouse did not disappoint. On both days we went for a walk down the beach. The beach is beautiful and sandy still although the dunes have changed due to the storm damage over the years. The cottage was clean and had been refurbished and refreshed. Very clean and well presented and nice and warm on arrival. The single roundhouses are compact but have everything you need.

We have been here several times over the past few years, always a pleasant stay, bit disappointed that on this occasion the bar and restaurant were closed ( I know its self catering but always nice to go for a drink when you get back from a day out) The roundhouse itself was fine but the hot water was no where near hot enough for washing up or for a decent shower, the top hinge on bedroom door was off but apart from that it was OK

A truly beautiful location. A view across the dunes of the sea in the distance. Accommodation was basic, but served your needs for a long weekend. We did find the bedroom rather cramped with access to only one side of the bed, but they did well to fit everything into such a small roundhouse. If we were to go again, would opt for a larger chalet.

Can't fault it. We had lovely walks, the village was clean and friendly. The site was ideal, used the swimming pool everyday and had food and drink in the Highwayman/Coach and Horses which we thoroughly enjoyed. Look forward to going again.

Such a unique place to stay - comfortable Roundhouse with all you need for a short break. Met family here and lovely place to get together with own space to retire to. Gorgeous setting on edge of dunes - lovely walks and cycles from the door.
The food at the Clubhouse was delicious and such variety.

What an amazing place, in the perfect setting. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly cool in the extreme heat. Everything you need is in the unit, even 2 camping chairs for your use. The only thing that we found a little strange for a holiday setting was the fact that everything on the site is closed on a Monday, don't understand that at all
